[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — false commitment | |||
I had booked one of your card swipe machine one month ago. Your sales representatives have a commitment of one week installation. It's one month now. Actually this is the smaller issue as giving false commitment is a trend in our country. The serious problem is that the sales representatives are not responding to my phone calls since last two weeks. I am annoyed and feel insulted. The amount i have paid is not the issue. The irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable. I hereby give you 48 hours to respond. After that i shall assume that you are forcing me to take a legal action.
