[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Fraud mswipe employee

I Dr. Chirag Mehta took swipe machine which was told to me free lifetime with all connectivity (sim wifi) which i have a screenshot from your employee mr. Lakhan said to me. On 03rd September 2021 i recieved the card machine with no sim card the the delivery person said he forgot to got. He will get the sim in next 24 hours.. which i didn't received it yet. When i asked Lakhan( Lakhan Varma Employee ID 6091) regarding the sim he said sir it is chargeble to rs 590/- which is a fraud charges and was never told to me. I want either sim card orwant my money back of my machine by monday.. otherwise this will be reported socially with all the proof and to the police station too. We understand your concern here, however, the Sim Card is chargeable. When checked with the sales agent, we found that the field executive has wrongly committed the free sim service.
