[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — fraudulent charges | |||
I have been charged rs.1000 from my axis bank account which is not linked to mswipe device. When i called mswipe, your staff is telling me that even though the device was cancelled on january 30th i am still liable to pay rent for february month in the amount of 649. Why should i pay for feb month when i already surrendered the device in january. And howcome my amount is deducted from my axis bank account which not linked to mswipe at all. I checked with my axis bank manager and i was told that the charges are from mswipe as per the statement. I need my 1000 rupees to be refunded to me from mswipe in full without any deductions as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
