Sir My name is prashanth. R Mswipe contact no - [protected] I done transaction of 100000 on 25th july 2019 for selling 800 trays of eggs to a retail customer.. He swipe me card of 100000 in my mswipe device the transaction is approved that time on the next day the amount was hold by swipe due to high transaction value we doing business in lakhs i attached invoice of buying goods copy and pan card for their reference still they didnât release my amount how can we another time because of these problems.. Using mswipe wisepad for last 6 months..When i tried to siwtch on the device tis morning, unfortunately I got an error message saying SYSTEM HALT B4 USB FF with some serial numbers.. Whts is this issue? can u pls guide me on this asap..
