Mswipe Technologies — monthly rental charge even after raising request for surrendering the machine

I had called up the customer care for mswipe on 30-Apr as well as on 7th May 2019 and after discussing with their customer retention team, they had agreed to take back the mswipe machine and close our relationship, since we are planning to close our shop. Till June 2019 end, no one came to collect the machine from our shop, and all of a sudden on 24-June, they have debited Rs 1298 as monthly rental for 2 months from our linked savings account in HDFC. When I saw this charge and called their customer care on 5th July, their customer care says that we tried calling you on your mobile few times, but no one picked up the call, and hence we did not collect the machine and charged the rental. They also told our customer retention team will call you within 48 hrs and resolve this. No one has called till now. How is this ethical ? This is complete fraud on MSWIPE's part. When I have cancelled my machine on 7th May itself and haven't even used it in past 2 months, how can they charge me for it ? I want my 1298 Rs back and immediate closure of my relationship with them. They can come and collect the machine from the shop whenever they want as per the shop timings. Please help in this regards as their customer care is not helping in any way. My user id for mswipe is [protected].

Fine..I will wait for next day or two...In the meantime, can you please update on refund of the wrongly charged rent of Rs 1298. That needs to be refunded.
