[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — no response on complaint regarding extra rent deducted | |||
My name is narender from chennai. I run a retail shop. I first bought mswipe device on 2016. It was bluetooth connecting device. After one year the company person came up with the advanced machine which uses gprs connection instead of bluetooth, so i replaced the older bluetooth device with this new gprs device. The rental for gprs machine is around rs. 590/- including taxes. Though i gave back the old machine i have been charged for both the devices and rent deducted for both my account every month. I complained a lot of times about this to their representatives and also customer care people but no response on why they deducted double rent when i use only machine. I asked for the refund but still no response from them. They have been deducting the amount for one plus year instead of given complaint. Only from last 2 months after serious notice they have stopped deducting rent for old one. But when i asked for refund of rental amount which they deducted extra they give no response.
