[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — payment failed but amount got deducted | |
I have done transaction on 21st july 2019 in favour of myntra for rs. 1667.00. The transaction was failed and amount got deducted from my debit card. I have done the transaction again and it was successful but the amount deducted two times from my different debit cards of different bank accounts. I don’t have any contact number of merchant. I have contacted myntra but they told me that they have recieved the payment once only. I have attached my account statement of both accounts Was this information helpful? | |
