[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — payment on hold for credit card swipe | |
I received the following message from mswipe yesterday for a transaction done 5 mths ago: Dear merchant, payment of rs.19, 999 for transaction done on 19/08/2018occassio consultants llp has been put on hold for risk checking. Kindly attach invoice & id proof of cardholder (Passport copy) click on following link https://goo.gl/Jfm8VD /mswipe app link:http://chip.mswipetech.com/mobapps/Android/Mswipe/MswipeWebSocketAtlantis_v5.0.16_Live.apk We are retailers and the only thing we look for is approval from the credit card swipe machine. We don’t ask for customer id’s for all customers so how do i upload this? I have the following issues: 1. If there was a risk why will mswipe approve the transaction without notifying us? 2.
