[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Payment on hold that's what mswipe does | |||||
I'm a businessman, accepting payments by cards, every transaction is put on hold, its my own money im asking, the customer has swiped the card with his or her own consent, asking for invoice, releasing payment after 10-15 days what is this non sense. Asking for clients pan card, who will give pan card, no updates for payment on hold have to call at least 10 times daily to get payment released . Im not a beggar asking for my own money you just say hold how much problem i face. I was said that charges are not there its under digital india scheme, initially less charges were deducted but it kept increasing as days went past. Void transaction system was not available. Im unable to understand there working criteria just minting money machines. Very poor service Was this information helpful? | |||||
