[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — Refund amount not initiated

I made a payment for an online product from Ekart on (December 8, 2020) using mswipe Google pay transaction. The delivery guy mentioned that the mswipe payment did not reach their account. Hence I made a payment by cash and he told the mswipe transaction will be refunded.

I still did not get the refund after 7 days. Please look into this.

I still did not get a response from anyone both from Ekart or Mswipe customer care on this. Can you please help escalate this issue?
