Mswipe Technologies — Refund for unauthorised amount deducted

Hello Mswipe team,

I would like to complaint that I have been charged today on 15 December, 2021 for Rs.2800.00 with Transaction ID: ACH/TP ACH Mswipe tech/[protected], for which I want a full refund as soon as possible.

The Mswipe account was closed with required attached receipt and charges to one your Mswipe employee on 25/11/2020. Your employee confirmed that there will no charges from thereafter.
Your employee also denied to refund me the refundable deposit amount of RS. 2500.00 which was been claimed and deposited at the time of installation.
The employee said that the deposit was non-refundable on the time of handing over the device.

Mswipe has deducted an amount of RS. 2800.00 without my authorisation, I need Full Refund of the above amount in addition with the refundable deposit amount of RS.2500.00 at earliest which in total is RS. 5300.

Request to verify the details and attached receipt and take appropriate action as soon as possible.

Also, as checked you were non-transacting from March 2020 till December 2020, so the amount which is deducted for the same period and that is the liable deduction which is non-refundable. These are fraudulent charges, your company employee confirmed me that there will be no charges from the day I have returned the device. And I was clear enough that I had not used Mswipe for a long time. It is wrongly charged, you need to improve and hire professional employees who do their work properly and do not fraud/cheat customers. I need my refund as soon as possible. Further, the company needs to follow up with the employee who closed the case with returning of the device. If you have saved data of customers, you are not allowed to deduct unauthorised amounts on name of any previous balance when the device was already handed over with a confirmation from your employee for no further charges.
You need to verify the receipt which I have attached with this thread.

Stop fraudulently charging customers for no service provided. And again you have avoided the refundable deposit amount of Rs.2500 which you claim against the device. But do not refund back when the device is returned back.

This is the worst experience ever for providing no service and being fraudulently charged for the same.
