M swipe transaction was done on 2nd dec 2017 of rs 2242 at tid 42m79046 Lekha farm cul Same was made void it was approved also but still i have not refunded this amount in my account. Card ending with 1312, Authorization no. 019470 Rr no.[protected] I want this amount to be refunded asap as void was approved 48 hrs back. Verified Support Dec 04, 2017 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Dear Vikram, as discussed with Mr.Vinay Barlota, you can find the void receipt at our website which you can show to your issuing Bank as a proof of cancelled transaction.Please prefer the below steps for generating void receipt. 1.Kindly ask the Merchant to login on www.mswipe.com 2.Select the date of your voided transaction 3.Click the approved button displayed below the amount which you voided. Its already 9 days when transaction is done there, is no refund from bank.

We understand your concern.
We have initiated a dispute to investigate the transaction dated December 02, 2017 at LEKHA FARM for Rs. 2, 242.00 through Service Reference Number SR[protected].
If the transaction is not claimed by the merchant, then the amount will be credited within 9 working days.
In case the merchant claims the transaction charge-back is raised.As per Visa/Mastercard guidelines, maximum time to investigate disputed transactions is 50 days.
