Mswipe Technologies — Regarding failed transaction

I ordered a ring from bluestone Indiranagar branch Bangalore. To make the advance payment, bluestone people sent me a link of mswipe to make the payment.
I made the payment of 10k through Google pay. It was successful payment, but after half an hour of transaction I got a message from mswipe people as below.

TXN TIMEOUT INR Amt at TID Q0376781 from [protected]@okhdfcbank, on 03/27/21 12:25:36 PM, RR#UPC[protected], Any amount deducted will be refunded in 3-7 days t.mswi.pe/C37UC5

The above link is not working and it's been 3 days I have not got the refund as well as bluestone people are claiming that they did not receive the payment.

The googlepay statement is like below.
Our records show that your payment was successful and u should have received your goods and services by now. if not you should contact your merchant for refund.

The merchant is Sri Gavi Ranganatha Jewellers

And Bluestone Indiranagar Bangalore branch.
