[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — Unauthorized Double Debit

An amount of ?9, 974.42 was debited twice from my bank account on[protected] without my authorization, resulting in a total unauthorized deduction of ?19, 948.84.

Despite contacting the concerned party, I have not received a proper explanation or resolution. I request immediate investigation and refund of the unauthorized amount.
