[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — unnecessary billing charges in spite of termination of services from 5 months | |||
Dear sir / madam, This is to bring to your notice that the mswipe device was duly returned by me & collected by your team some 5 months back from my kharghar office Device id [protected] Tid: 42m37401 The cancellation request for the same was made on 31.10.2018 @ 1:25 pm (Your request id # tbk03300804 / mr raghven) However there are 5 auto debit payments reflecting on my savings account on 27.02.2019 totaling to inr 1652/- I am shocked to find why i am still being charged when i am no longer using your services?? As per the complaint received there is no Proof received from Merchant end to proceed Closure hence we have escalated the issue once device received at our end we will proceed Deinstallation. | |||
