[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — waiting for machine installation... | |||
I have applied for two MSwipe machines on 9th of Sep 2018. I was promised to get them in next 3 working days. Also, The guy (Imran Khan/Muneer Ahmad) from MSwipe insisted for cash deposit while collecting the documents. I paid them around 6000 in cash and rest as account transfer. The day he collected money, got disappeared and not picking up any call so his team lead Surya Singh. Till date I haven't got any machines and still waiting for satisfactory/logical reply from MSwipe other than lame excuses like one or the other document is pending. I have also booked a complained through Customer care which # is TBK03119509. Here is my application # HAPP00084884. If I don't get appropriate reply in next few days days.
