Dear team This is to keep you inform that i have applied for pos machine of your company on 29-august-2019 and i made a payment of rs-8496/- regarding same through cheque no. 325444 dated[protected]. The cheque gets cleared from my hand but i didn't received any pos machine till yet and no any confirmation call or msg regarding this. As i asked to your sales executive named anil agarwal and lalit ji ([protected]) about this, they didn't response my call or message from last month. What should i think they frauds with me or they are representing your company as this type of service. As an being leader in this industry this way you treat your clients or customers? Mswipe machine is dead from almost past 2 months am frequently complaining regarding the same to your persons .. As on date no one has attended ..kindly arrange to resolve the issue or arrange for cancellation of the same...my cont no / registered no :[protected]
