Dear Sir, My name is Ganesh, today morning I travelled in a MTC bus from Ambattur Estate to Guindy SIPET. I gave Rs.50 to conductor for one Rs.13 ticket, he asked me change for 3 rupees, unfortunately i don’t have a change... He said “if you don’t have change getdown the bus, I shocked ! then I requested to conductor give me the ticket now, you can give the change before my stop is reached. He is refused my request & gave 15rupees ticket, I asked why you gave 15rs ticket instead of 13rs…? Again he is asked for change, I said don’t have change… He is received 15rupees ticket & gave 13rupees ticket to me… I asked balance Rs.37, but he hardly said “go to bus depot & collect the balance amount”… I don’t understand why he behaved very badly & hardly to the passengers… Request you to investigate & necessary action please… Bus Number - D 70 (Deluxe Bus) Bus Number - TN01-N-8295 (AMI-2258) Ticket Number - 57063 – JE 58 Bus timing - 10.30 am (11/01/2016) Bus Fare - Rs.13/- Balance Amount - Rs.37/- Enclosed Bus Ticket Photo copy (Front & Back) Regards, Ganesh [protected]@gmail.com
