Dear sir,
i am an existing customer of mts datacard service having mts number [protected]. earlier i was using MTS prepaid service. on 7th of may i recharged my MTS account by 999 rupees plan(unlimited valid for 1 month). on 9th of may i received calls from mts executives regarding change of my existing prepaid service to postpaid service. they told me that this 999 rupees amount would be adjusted in the postpaid billing amount in the following month. eventually i got my prepaid plan changed to postpaid plan on 14th of may. now i ve received the bill of no.[protected] dated 1st june without any adjustment. rather according to bill i ve to pay 393 rupees. on 8th of june i ve registered a complain by calling customer complain number:-C[protected]. Today when i contacted the customer care he apolized me for the wrong information they had given. they denied to adjust the standing amount of 999 rupees. my bill payment date is 22nd june.

My MTS no [protected] .
In the Month Mid Sept 12 I have sent a request to change the tariff plan of my MTS from Rs 850 to RS 549/-
Accordingly I have recd the bill in the month Oct 12 saying that Both tarrif mix bill recd and accordingly paid by us .

Now again the bill recd with Rs 850 Tarriff plan in the month Nov, 12.

Kindly inform the correct bill till date so that i can immediately close this MTS connection .

I bought this MTS data card before 2 weeks.From the day one am try reaching your customer care guys regarding the speed.Till now i have not got an proper response.Really fedup with it.As of now am getting only 200 to 300 kbps.I need to get change ASAP.If you can't do please give your lead number so that i can talk to him directly and get it sorted out.

    Dear people,
    Dont buy mts data card ,I am using mts since many months,for last three months mts showing wrong data usage reports.For the first of last three months when i consumed 2.5 GB around data they said i have used 5 Gb data and stopped my data access,as i have no choice recharged with 999 unlimited 10 gb offer,for 2 month of last three months it was fine i was able to use upto 11Gb for whole month.And in the next month i.e present month i have again recharged with 999 (unlimited 10 GB) i have used it for 18 days ,when i called cust care they said i have consumed 10 Gb of data but i actually i consumed 5 Gb of data,when i called customer care,they are not even giving satisfied results and and NOT RAISING COMPLAINTS at all.
    They are giving only one answer 'SIR,YOU HAVE CONSUMED THE DATA,WE CANT DO ANYTHING '.bored of such answers,and you cant go more than that,and you should either 'RECHARGE AGAIN' or 'LEAVE MTS CONNECTION'.

    This problem cannot be solved because they are not at all accepting customers compliants,they show the wrong data.
    As the customers has no data REGARDING INTERNET DATA USAGE with them and 'ITS MTS GAME THEY SHOW THERE OWN DATA'.
    Never believe mts company again.

    Dont buy mts at all,they will cheat.

    Its true.
    For last 4 times, i recharged for Rs 999/- (unlimited plan, 3.1 mbps till 10 GB) and the speed slows down to 20 kbps after 6 gb every time. for this billing cycle the speed reduced after 3.5 gb only. I complaint all the times to MTS and result is zero. the nodal officer, bihar sent me data usage details of 10 gb last month, it was manipulated. I personally keep a track of data usage and it was approx 6 gb.
    It seems that MTS cheats it customers by providing less data and boasts to provide best plans - a sort of business strategies to take over other mobile broadbands like tata photon, etc.
    Anyways, i have planned to drag MTS in court.
    MTS sucks !

    I am facing the same problem in MTS.

    Neeraj, Did you take it to court if still not i would also like to join you in doing it.

    Really feel MTS is cheating with the data usage and i have been speaking to their customer care for past 20 days but no sensible reply till now. Always they say we can find an option to download itemized bill from selfcare attached screenshot of the selfcare site cant find the option any where.

    Only for the money spent in data card i am forced to still using it. But they have already crossed the breaking point will never buy or suggest anyone buy an MTS product.

        I recharged my M-blaze data card for rs 248 on 11th june. they messaged me continously till my recharge that i[censored] recharge for 248 you will get 350MB extra with the tarrif.so in total i was suppose to get 700MB but till date i have not recieved that.i called to the customer care, and they want me to visit there centre, now i should spend my half day and my travel fares running behind these ppl.

        this is the best way these people cheat.And customer is helpless.
        If there was a law for suing.

          I had recharged my mts mblaze datacard on 9th june through netbanking and it was an unsuccessful recharge/transaction.
          I did not get the transaction id also. But the amount was deducted from my account. Neither the amount is credited back to my account nor my datacard is recharged. Its four days since i have lodged the complaint. My issue is not resolved and the Mts staff tell they will give a call back but i did not get any call.

          i taken mblaze connection from banglore. everytime when i recharge they deducted money from my account. but not recharging. i complained many times to custmercare many times respond was it will be corrected soon . i am lost 1400 rs. last one month i am trying to recharge

          I recharged my MTS No i.e [protected] from a local shop but have't got my NET balance, i called up the MTS Customer care service thrice they told me "ur recharge is sucessfull" the last customer care guy i called up was so rude i think he was literally sleeping while he was answering my phone call, worst customer care everrr..

          The local shop i had recharged through told me the same thing but with proof so i got nothing on him.. but as for the net recharge i haven't got it till now...

          0.10 mbps speed of MTS Ultra which says to give 9.8 MBps

          Getting a speed which is even less than my 2G cellular data by MTS Ultra 3G Plus which offers you to give "Lightning fast speed" having motto "Exploit the net"...This is actually 'Exploiting' my time...such a crap net

            I have a MTS Broadband connection with the number – [protected]. I had got it recharged it with Rs-999 (Unlimited , speed 3.1 mbps upto 10 GB) for last two billing cycles April-May and Feb-March 2012.
            But in both billing cycles, the speed was reduced to 150-200 kbps after 6 GB. The stats of MTS connection also showed around 6GB data usage.
            Both times I lodged complaint for it to customercare.[protected]@mtsindia.in and also to Mr. Partha Roy, Nodal officer, MTS, Bihar & Jharkhand but did not get the resolution. In mid of May 2012, the Nodal Officer Mr. Roy mailed me the data usage details of complete 10 GB (seemed manipulated to me) ;called me and assured to send his executives to check the problem. It has been over a fortnight and i have not received any resolution.
            Is it there, that in name o[censored]nlimited plans for Rs-999/= (Unlimited, @ 3.1 mbps upto 10 GB) MTS provides only 6 GB data usage to its customers at 3.1 mbps as its business strategies to take over other telecoms by fooling its customers? I have been asking for its resolution for last 4 months, why is MTS unable to resolve it and even respond accordingly? Why MTS stats shows 6 GB data usage and the nodal officer Mr. Partha Roy sends me the details for 10 GB ? When it comes to harvest money from its consumers , MTS (and all telecoms) take care of every bit of data usage by the customers (postpaid consumers know it much better ) BUT why are they unable to provide exact data usage details to customers on regular basis ? MTS stats may be inappropriate for billing purpose but a huge difference of 4 GB (out of 10 GB) between the MTS stats in mts connection software interface in laptop AND that sent to me from the nodal officer is NOT acceptable in any conditions. Why MTS can’t provide transparent data usage details to its customers through the MTS connection software interface?
            Somewhere MTS is making a mess to its customers and harvesting money from its customers in the terms of falsehood and cheating. I simply need my data back , at least 8 GB, free of cost. I know there is no OUT GOING services when it comes to refund customers but I can’t let it go like null. My resources value a lot to me, however small it may be.

            Mr. Partha Roy, Nodal officer, MTS, Bihar & Jharkhand, seems to be irresponsible till date regarding this matter.
            For this month, I recharged for Rs 999/=, the data used is around 4 GB and today, 18th Jun 2012, the download speed became limited to 25 kbps this afternoon. Its horrible believing MTS that it won't repeat its deceiving nature. My mistake, I won't repeat it, take it granted from my side.
            Lets see i[censored] can resolve the issue.
            Otherwise, i will be happy to kick off this headache from MTS for ever.

              to all ,

              I took one connction from MTS broadband 3 months free [cost Rs1500 for 3months+ free device ] service. When the repr.came he asked for device cash as 1200 extra. because of in need on that day i give the money total 3200 /rupees..
              Anyway I started using the card

              after one week it making problems

              i called the company and rep came he made some calls and it became good running .. after 45 days it stoped working .. when i ask the rep why it is not working they came to office and collected the device and gone .. whenever i asked the company about the device they will say ok i will send soon thus after 40 days somebody came with two device and say " someone will work " and one device worked .. after 15 days it stopped worked .. when i asked y it is not working they said your bill is over... how it is to be .... it is postpaid.. According to plan i have to pay the bill after 120 days.. I asked them y it is like that and disconnected the service without notice.
              nobody have answer everybody will say we will call u later like that

              after 120 days i got 2 Bill stating that u have 2 bill and 1 with Rs1204 and other with Rs1136 .

              I asked them y i have 2 bill while i have only 1 connection

              they told me somebody took connection for you without my permission .. that is they forged my id:proof and details and made connection

              after talk and submission of two device , athey told me to pay either of 1 bill .. iam not agreed that I got only about 60 days irregular service

              After 5 months i got legal notice stating that u have to pay in postoffice as settlement 903 rupees as one time discounted settlement for 1204ruppes

              i called the legal Advocate which send the notice he told me it will automatically settled after payment in postoffice as settlement ..

              I made the Payment 903/- rupees after i informed the advocate that i paid .



              NOW today i got bill to pay the discount which i made in that Legal notice..

              what rubbish this comapny is doing

              they send bill to be paid immediatly


              so to alll never take post paid of MTS I know lot of people r suffering fraud actions

              when i met a branch in muvattupuzha they said that this r made by representatives to add connections in favour of them by cheating the customer.

              So beware all MTS Service to customer in cochin pipeline road office is very bad

                      mts promises 3.1 mbps,but gives only 3kbps. pathetic speed and customer care service,
                      no proper response.false claims of providing high speeds
                      smartly devised interface to show 3kbps as 300kbps. i confirmed the speed using a software named "networx"......
                      on contacting them they said to me "why do you need such high speed? if you need to watch videos then lower the resolution."

                      MTS — POOR SERVICE

                      I have a broad band connection with MTS Mblaze No [protected]. From the day one it gives me frustration than any service, I was earlier using AIRCEL Pocket Internet which was giving much higher speed than what the Broad band of MTS gives us at Rs 798.00. majority of the time the sites will not open for hours and always comes as timed out. Yesterday too i recharge with Rs 798 which ideally should give 3.1 MBPS speed , it is giving 114 KBPS. This company is systematically looting the company and shame on these people who do not respond even after repeated calls. Now I want to change the SP and anybody please tell which is better broad band.
                      I am Frustrated with this MTS company as they promise one thing and gives different. Shame on these people

                        In The Plan It Was Clearly Held Me That I Would Be Given Free Unlimited Data Usage On My Handset So I chooses That Plan.
                        As A Result Number Was Ported To Mts With Given Plan And I started Using The Same.
                        Just After 3 Days I Received A Bill With Amount Of Rs.250 For Activation Charges Which Was Promised To Me By Geeta Teleservices (MTS KRISHNA NAGAR) Shop While Purchasing That I Would Not Be Charged Activation Charges As It Is Free On MNP.As A Result I Contacted Him And He Promised Me TO Waive It Off And I Started My Internet Usage On Device But I Dont Know What Happened And My Number Was Barred Saying Limits Exceeding Credits.
                        SO I Went Back TO MTS Store Krishna Nagar He Told Me To Hold For A Week And He Would Handle The Matter.
                        when Nothing Happened I Wrote To Nodal About The Matter And An Amount Of 775 Was Adjusted Against All Previous Bills Of Total Rs. 801.
                        Next Month I Did Not Made Any Usage Of Internet And Received Bill Of Rs. 249 Which Was Duly Met By Me.Hence Account Was NIL Till Date.
                        Now Again In August I Made No Usage As A Safeguard As Told TO Me By MTS STORE Krishna Nagar.
                        And A Bill Was Received For Rs.196 Of Which I Made Payment Of Rs.200 Through Net Banking But Was Not Received By Mts Then I Made Another Payment Of Same Amount Through Net Banking And Again No Payment Was Received By Mts But Debited To My Account.
                        SO I Again Wrote To NODAL About The Matter And They Checked There Accounts And Made Rs. 400 Credited To My Account. I Also Talked About Internet Usage From Dept. They Promised Me That It Was A Technical Error And It Would Not Be Repeated Again So U Can Continue Using Data.By August I Made Excess Payment Of Rs.206 To Mts In My Account.
                        Now Problem Was About Start Which I Didn't Know As I Starting Browsing Net Again At The End Of Month I Received Bill With Data Usage Added Therein Total Bill Amount Was 552 With Internet Usage Of Rs.315 So As A Result If We Check The Proper Amount To Be Paid By Me Should Be 205 After Adjusting Taxes As Well As A Result My Excess Payment Of 206 Standing In Excess Credit By Previous Month Was To Be Set Off With With Current Months Bill And I Had No Outstanding Amount.
                        Again I Wrote To Nodal And MTS Store Krishna Nagar They Told They Will Be Looking To The Matter.
                        Again IN Next Month i.e October An Amount Of Rs.310 Including Taxes For The Data Usage Were Added.No Set off Was Made For Previous Dues And I Didn't Made Payment.
                        Again In November Rs.362 Were Added For Internet And My Number Was Also Barred Without Even Informing Me Both My Outgoing And Incoming Was Stopped By Company Without Notifying Me.And I Bill
                        Number Was In Same Position Till December And One Day Number Itself Started With All of Its Services Activated.
                        Next Day I Received A Call From Nodal Department And They Told That Company Has Full Right On Its Behalf To Shut Down My Services Without Informing Me And Even Change My Plan At Anytime After 6 Months Of Activation. I Told Tem That A Short Waiver Has Been Given To me By The company with An Amount Of Rs.200 (Near About) They Told Me That This Is The Maximum Amount They Can Waive Off. I Told Them I Want To Discontinue With Mts Postpaid They Told Me That Currently They Have No Option For Customer To Convert To Prepaid Service From Postpaid He May Choose To Port Out Of MTS.
                        For Whole Of Last Week Of December My Services Were barred Which Continue Without Single Day Of Proper Services Till January End.
                        Now In feburary My Number is Fully Deactivated.
                        I Even Wrote To Appellate Regarding The Matter And Problems Faced To Me And An Interesting Thing Was Known That The Lady Named Ms. Taru Handles All Nodal As Well As Appellate Complaints.
                        There Is No separate Department Of appellate And Nodal.

                        Even I Called Many A Times At appellate Office To Talk To Appellate Officer But No One Makes Me To Talk To Her.
                        And I Also Asks Them To Kindly Send Me The Copies Of ALL Bills Till Date but They Even Do So. So I Reach MTS STORE Krishna Nagar Through Whom I Receive All The bills.

                        There Were More Interesting Experiences Of Me With MTS
                        1. When I Call Customer Care Department At 155 They Say That This Is Not An MTS Number Recordings Of Which Are Attached.
                        2. I Receives Call From Debt Collection Department Who Asks Me To Clear My Dues Of Data Card They Dont Know That My Number Is Not Of Data Card But It Is Of Mobile Services.
                        3. When I Write To Appellate No one Replies From The Department Until An Challenging Mail Is Send.
                        4. The Department From Which Reminder call Is Received Talks Very Badly And Even Abuse As If I Have Taken Some Loan.
                        My Security Is With Company And Correct Bill Does Not Exceed My Security.
                        5. No Separate Mechanism For Handling Nodal And Appellate Complaints.
                        6. I Again called Many A Times To Give Me Details Of Time Period For Which Number Was Barred But I Haven't Received Till Date.

                        I Even Contacted National Consumer Council Who Told Me To Write To You And Complaint Number Registered With Them Being 335494.

                        I Want You To Kindly Look At The Matter And Revert As Soon As Possible.

                          I am using Mblaze prepaid broadband connection from that past 3 months. Here are the below promises made at connection time.

                          1. You will get 3.1 Mbps speed - Which I am still looking for.
                          2. If you have any problem in internet connection, just take down my number - Every time I call him, either he refuses it or switches off.
                          3. You can use it in Metro, Bus or while you are in your way - It didn't work. I prefer to browse on mobile with a better speed.
                          4. I am giving you Rs. 999 plan (prepaid) that is Unlimited for 30 days - After 20 day........ I have to connect/ disconnect more than 20 times in an hour to browse my important mails.

                          On 28th of May 2012, I got a call from MTS MBlaze customer care to switch over your prepaid account to postpaid at lesser price what you are paying now(Rs. 999). It takes less than 48 hrs. to activate this plan. I waited for 2 days to activate my MTS MBlaze data card.

                          Today(31st May 2012), I called MTS MBlaze customer care and they are telling- "Your activation is pending, it will be activated in 3-4 days". WTF, this is really a S**T kind of service MTS MBlaze Company are providing with false providing. I am really disappointed with their service.

                          Also, when I told them to get back my application for POSTPAID MTS MBlaze connection. They told me - Its not possible. This is nothing but a bull S**t process they are following.

                          I request all viewers of this complaint to share with your FB frriends and do share your pathetic experience o[censored]sing MTS Mblaze Data card.

                          MTS 999 Data plan — it's giving 0.1 MBps instead of 3.1MBps

                          I had buy MTS data card and recharge it with Rs 999/- and as MTS says that in this plan user got speed 3.1MBps download and 1.8MBps upload. But I am getting speed 0.1KBps to 0.3KBps so I register a complain and an engineer from MTS has also visited and he said and in my area all parameters are correct and there is only 12 users. He said that there is a prob with card in tower and he will forward it.
                          After 6 days they said that the speed is ok, in my area it will give me speed of 0.1MBps to 0.4MBps download.

                          I just want to know that i spend Rs 999 for this and i just got 0.1MBps earlier i was using internet from Airtel 98 plan which gives speed 144KBps(=0.1MBps) so why did i spend Rs 901 extra for internet and Rs800 for Data card.

                          Plz let me know what should i do now? i want the value for my money

                          I recharged MTS blaze for 798 Rs(unlimited with 6 GB cap) on 5th of Oct.For about 10 days it worked. Then I started facing problems since 15th Oct. For some 4-5 days, they gave me some solutions like, change the mode/ restart the computer/ scan for virus and repair/ etc. I actually did so many things but in vain. On 20th I filed a complaint over the phone. It was giving zero sped for 20 days.They promised me that their technician will come and check and solve the issue.Inspite of my repeated calls and complaints, nothing happened. Finally on 4th Nov its validity expired. I have paid them 800 Rs for nothing. Now on 4th Nov, when I requested them for validity extension.since then again it has been 10 days. Since 20th Oct, they are just giving me false promises that they are working on it and they will solve the issue in next 8/24/48/etc. hours.
                          I have my exams and I am not able to use my unlimited internet for my studies.Also I have lot of work to do.So many times I told them the gravity of the problem.But they are not interested in caring for their customers.They just want to sell their product and forget it.

                          i agree with 75% facts mr.pratyush have highlighted...i bought mts device on the basis of promise that i would b getting a speed of minimum 500 Kbps whatever be the number o[censored]sers in the circle ..i wud be getting a minimum speed of 500 Kbps(kilobits per second) to a maximum of 3.1 mbps and i am not even getting a speed of 300Kbps and that too i was told by mts call executives that i am in a high speed area of janakpuri, new delhi...the speed was so bad that i was forced to call the mts executives on the day of purchase of data card...after one week an engineer visited ...he took the observations by the instruments and located the position of mts towers...he told me( as i am myself a technical person) that there are 3 towers of mts nearby my location ...all the 3 at a distance of just 500 metres from my house's location...and he showed me the proof on software...this shows how inefficient the mts towers are working...and engineer was himself surprised that i am only getting 100-300Kbps(maximum)...i am deeply frustated by the mts now...that engineer told me that he will forward the details of the records that he has taken and accordingly some other engineer will visit who will check the signal strength of towers and will solve the issue...its been 3 days no one visited till yet...that means its been 10 days in totality that i am facing this very low speed problem...i want to ask these mts people :-why should i be paying rs.999 per month for a mere 0.1-0.3 mbps???????? most of the mts executives are so illiterate ...they dont know how to speak...they dont have any knowledge ...a number of times they have told me that i wud be getting a minimum speed of 500 kilobytes per second...loll...how is it possible in any case with a device stating 3.1 mbps(which means 396 kilobytes at maximum)...how come the device offers 500 kilobytes per second...so customer care is very poor...even in delhi...i culdnt imagine wat would be the situation in small towns...
                          and speed fluctuates a lot at my location(on the basis of observation on www.speedtest.net …..at one instant it shows 0.32 mbps even after 30 seconds i[censored] click on retest speed, it will show 0.07 mbps what the hell is this…….if an isp shows such drastic speed fluctuations within a 30 sec. time span, it shows mts towers at many locations in delhi are totally inefficient………………
                          whenever I call mts executives they tell me:-sir today by 4 pm ur problem will be resolved………….yesterday and day before yesterday mts executives told me that by 24 hours ur problem will be resolved….i don’t know when will these 24 hours end……..and wen will a fruit frm mts emerge……….

                              My MTS Data Card MDN-[protected]mon recharge of a monthly pack of Rs 999, is giving a very low downloading speed of 9 to 15 kb/s, whereas, according to the advertisements and tariff card, it should be giving at least 144 kb/s. I had lodged a complaint on customer care, on May 17, Complaint no, c[protected]. But till now there is no reply.
                              I had done the recharge on May 2 and today is May 30. My loss in these 28 days cannot be stated in words.
                              Please look into the matter and solve it ASAP.

                                Dear Concern,

                                I am using a voice service from MTS .The amount is getting deducted in an abnormal way ie if a call lasted for 142 seconds amount will be shown as Rs.1.42 cash deduction is is nearly 10rs.I have made a complaint with their customer care,but its of no use.So many executives had called up as there are not able resolve they will end up saying they will call after 10 mints,which will never happen.Now my money is getting deducted over that its a torture from there executives making me to explain the issue for n number of times.If I call up from MTS number to their customer care they disconnect the call after listening the issue.Finally I should call up from a BSNL number if I have to speak with out interruption,I don't know they are doing it purposely or their reputed service doesn't have proper network.

                                Please help me ,I am fed up of recharging the Sim .Otherwise also its a cheating without my permission my amount is getting deducted for no reason.A customer cant sit and calculate the abnormal deduction which is happening every time.Its nothing other than stealing.

                                  I purchased a MTS data card in Trichy on 9.2.13. The card was activated on 10.2.13. It is connected to the internet. But I could not browse any site.
                                  The company says that the speed will be around 3mbps. But the actual speed is about 96 kbps. I contacted the customer care and told them of this
                                  problem. But they did not solve the issue. I contacted them twice on 10.2.13. No use. Further when I called them I was directed to the experts but they did not taken the phone and cut the line. The service rendered by the MTS is very, very... poor. I was cheated by them. They are cheating the people in this regard.

                                    I (FRANCIS MARIANOOS M) TOOK THE MTS DATA CARD ON MAY 18th 2012 WITH THE UNLIMITED RS 899 PLAN.
                                    I AM STAYING IN PALAVAKKAM CHENNAI 40. BEFORE I TOOK THIS CARD I ASKED THE MTS PERSON LIKE HOW WILL BE THE SIGNAL AND SPEED IN PALAVAKKAM LOCALITY, HE TOLD IT WILL BE PERFECT AND WE ARE HAVING GOOD NETWORK IN THE AREA. MY PLAN WAS UP TO 12GB 3.1MBPS SPEED AFTER THAT THE REVISED SPEED WILL BE 144 KBPS. BUT FROM THE BEGINNING ITSELF I WAS GETTING (50-100 KBPS) SPEED.IT WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT FOR ME. I HAVE ALREADY RAISED A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS AND THEY TOLD THE TECHNICAL PERSON WILL COME AND CHECK.

                                      i have taken mts mblaze prepaid connection 6 months back, I always recharge for 999 unlimited plan and could use upto 25 GB without any speed complaint. In 999 scheme there is 3.1Mbps speed upto 10 GB and after that it becomes half. But that not a problem for me as I could browse and dowload things with ease. But this month I have recharged with 999 on 5th of may and four days back my 10 GB got over. After that the speed has gone terribly down like its consistently giving me less than 20kbps due to which I am unable to even open a web page even google. Thats terrible. In fact when I called the customer care executive, he told me that its obvious as I have already used 10 GB and advised me to recharge it again, As if 999 is a small amount. I am simply wasting money. pls help me .mts cheats people by giving wrong information.not proper service. i have wasted my 4 days because of this. i am planning to take ather connection. please do something . my ph no - [protected], my mts no - [protected], please take some action on this fake mts mblaze service. thankyou

                                      MTS Mblaze Data Card — poor speed

                                      in unlimited plan you are offering high speed upto 12GB but after 8GB it's slow down to 1x speed.
                                      help me out custermare care wont attend my call.

                                      i am shailesh, i have taken mts broadband connection 3 months before, mts had given a offer of free 15 days usage of 15GB, they said it will be speed upto 3.1Mbps. i used to get upto 1.7 Mbps. after free usage offer. i reacharge for 999 unlimited plan on 29/03/2012. they said upto 15GB usage the speed will be upto 3.1Mbps. after 15GB it will be 100Kbps. from the day of recharge. i am getting speed not more than 100 to 300Kbps.even though network is full i am not getting speed. i have given lots of complaint even though they have not given any response . they say they will check but no response comes .i have called up mts coustomer care ph no-[protected] but no one recieves the call. i have to simply be on call upto 15 minutes .simply wasting money. pls help me .mts cheats people by giving wrong information.not proper service. i have wasted my 10 days because of this. i am planning to take ather connection. please do something . my ph no - [protected],

                                      I am using MTS MBlaze for 2 months, and i uses 999 plan(10GB), they says it will give you 3.1 mbps speed in 10gb but it was good for one month only, this month i recharged with rs 999 but it gives me only 50-60 kbps and sometimes only 20-30, I have very important work to do please hele me or I will switch to other company
