      i had purchased MTS MBlaze on[protected], upto 10 days they had given me service of it and after that it was disconnected and after complaint i got that it was due to document i.e it was displaced by the MTS franchisee who work for both vodafone and mts and after querying about it i found that it was fault of mts franchisee that he had submitted my documents to the vodafone company. After that i had re submitted my documents(photo graphs, pan card and driving license's photo copy). But still they are not satisfying me , today also when i call in customer care of MTS they reply the same thing that they haven't received any document yet.Therefore i want you to focus on this problem of mine.
      MTS MBlaze Data Card Details: price was 1000INR, Date of purchase[protected] and 5 GB of data usage was worth with it.

        My name is Manoj C Bhatt age 46, working as senior section officer (Accounts) W.Rly Pratapnagar 390004 Vadodara Division. I purchased M Blaze Data card connection on 20th august 2011 from marketing executive visited my office during recess hours. Almost five connections were sold by him.
        After purchase of data card connection, it was not working at a speed of 3.1 mbps at my home.

        Communication exchanged with customer care department:
        (i) M Blaze connection was sold to me with assurance o[censored]p to 3.1mbps speed but this is not being achieved and maximum speeds till date is only 600kbps (not continued for more than 10mts.)
        (ii) On account of failure I declare my option to surrender my data card for refund of money.
        (iii)Number of time Data card could not establish connection with error message that remote access could not established due to wrong user name and password or authentication protocol. I told that MTS Company rep. that he is responsible speed and connectivity during first recharge validity period of 30 days according to terms. The flow of conversation with customer care department was like below
        First of all I talked with Cust. Care rep on the issue of speed, with the problem of speed in my resident area but Cust. Care Rep. told that company has no tower and as such data card cannot accessed at the speed of 3.1mbps and instead only speed of 400kbps available.
        Thereafter, I told him the problem of non connectivity. I told him that remote server not accessed due to wrong password user or authentication protocol problem. Then rep. responded that sir, your card was blocked by company due to wrong name. In that case I replied that on Monday dated[protected] between 9 to 11 am there was call from MTS confirming all the verification detail name, address, phone number alternative number and email id. When company had already confirmed the verification process is completed and for speed related issue service engineer will come to your home. Also, on 29th service engineer came and tried but failed again on 31st MTS engineer came with van again tried and failed. In this case after failed in providing the speed of 3.1 or even less than that, MTS tried to divert the issue of speed and blocking my data card for the want of verification why so?

        Failing which discussion with nodal and appellate authority of MTS

        I complained to nodal officer and appellate authority of MTS on 1st September 2011.
        They sent service engineer at my house for testing, repairing and verifying the speed at my home address as above. But company service engineer failed to register and rectify speed at my home address. On 5th sept 2011, I received phone from MTS India from Ahmedabad main office expressing their inability to provide speed of 3.1 mbps at my home address and clarified that MTS is not bound to provide 3.1 mbps because it is mentioned as up to 3.1mbps and MTS can provide speed of only 800 KBPS in residence area due to poor connectivity. That in fact is not so and speed is never reached beyond 200 or 400 kbps for more than 30minutes. I requested softly to MTS customer care rep.to refund my Rs.2000/- for data card connection. Which was denied by M/s MTS India Limited?
        Please do the needful and strict action in my case. I also request please strengthen the law for mobile/data Card Company to prevent the misuse o[censored]p to 3.1mbps or 25mbps or whatsoever speed to attract the people of India. This will prevent such compnies befooling people of India.

        MTS service getting down eveyday and everyday... they was good and now their main target is money they said 3.1 mbps means it will be less than .5mbps, if they said 9.8mbps than it will less than 1mbps... airtel 3g little coslty but doing as it saying.
        mts service is good but not better or best please improve its more with satisfaction of general merits

            MTS Mblaze — Balance getting deducted without use

            I have taken a MTS card for internet connection. I had been informed that surfing is free & charges will be deducted for only downloading from internet. But my balance gets deducted even if i dont download anything or sometimes even if i don't use internet.

            Also i was informed that the speed is upto 3.1 mbps, but i mgetting surfing speed upto 1mbps & downloading speed upto 30 kbps only.

            I have recharged my MTS(M-Blaze) for internet services of Rs999.00. My number is [protected]. The device (folding) is not working properly as the screw, from where the device gets fold, has been detached. I approached their service centre where they misbehaved with me. I purchased it in the month of January and it is very well within warranty period. Company claims to have various schemes of adjusting unused usage and for top up and also for changing of subscriber’s number and also advertise for free supply of data card if one opts for unlimited recharge. Inspite of is they harass the users after selling their product. There are so many players in the market. So one should not go for MTS. There Commitment is always proved wrong in my short association with them. They take unusual time in sorting out the problems of a customer as is evident from the complaints coming on site. I want my device to be repaired at the earliest or to get back my money for the unused period from 05.10.11. Whosoever reading this complaint should think twice before going for MTS. If I do not hear from the Co. in this regard at the earliest I would definitely going to knock the doors of legal forums. My contact No. is[protected]. Company is finding it difficult to resolve the problems in STATE CAPITAL what can be expected of it in rest of the Country. Hoping the Concerned authority will look into the matter and resolve it.               I purchased one MTS DATA CARD 3.1MBPS last six months, when i was purchased, i activated unlimited plan Rs-999/-, the bandwidth downloading speed will be going to 150kbps to 300kbps but nowadays it will be going to 10kbps to 20kbps. The normal mobile phone GPRS also the same KBPS. If your network going to this means, you will loose one customer and i should not use the MTS DATA CARD.Please call me and rectify the problem, i'm waiting for your reply.

Park they offered the same data card for Rs. 990/-. kindly clarify and refund/adjust the balance under intimation to me.                   I bought a MTS mblaze with max speed upto 3.1 MBPS but right now i am not getting proper speed. i am getting 200 KBPS speed.i am getting full network signal. So some body kindly do the needful and solve this problem ASAP. If service provider is not able to look at this i think they dont need to run any organization.
                  I am even in Bad condition..Instead of 9.8 Mbps i get only 62 kbps...PLEASE DONT BUY MTS WIFI...

                    I agree, I bought MTS 6th Jun 2011... They charged me 1800 hundread rupee.mts had given a offer of free 4months days usage of 12 GBCompany.But after one month later my data card ervice has been closed and gave the reason that it would be for a month only. After long strugel i came to know that my MDN no provde to other people.This is very thing for me...Company takes tall claims of electrifying speed and people running on jet chair :) but in reality its junk.
                    After buying it,I am very very frustated....

                      i am col prabhat, i have taken mts broadband connection 2 months before, mts had given a offer speed upto 3.1Mbps. i used to get upto 0.5 Mbps. i reacharge for 999 unlimited plan on 11/08/11. it is prepaid. shopkeeper says to contact customercare. customer care gave one number, no one attends and no seperate number of complaint is granted inspite of contacting from last 15 days. pre paid period lasted last months without full utility and this month also 4 days gone with no utility. 161 sec 1 pkt 1 dwarka new delhi comp no given on present discaharge is 3898 dt 11 aug.

                      MTS Data Card — slow speed

                      i am using MTS data card. i have recharged it with rs 999 unlimited plan . i m getting very poor speed of 100 kbps only . i have complained to costumer care . it had been one week bt having the same problem. so whats use of paying such huge amount when there is no service. my data card number is [protected]

                        hi all

                        I am surprised how the company like MTS mblaze with so much media hipe and million of investment on advertising can still survive in the market by giving wrong commitement to customer.

                        i recntly purchased their flasgship MTS Mblaze data card for 1800 rs for 3 months with data downloading of 5 gb each month and i was promissed that it would work with a speed upto 3.1 mbps.Not with much surprise i was under the impression that even if it is working with 2 mbps speed it would be more than enough.guess what ? the actual crap data card is only giving sped not more than 256 kbps even if i am using it in the night.being a computer expert and working in the same field since last 6 years i know about the health of my computer and everything seems to be fine with it
                        now when i contact their tech support(ha ha ha ha ),those people seems to be like a parrot immitating

                          21st of july and i will recharged it on 22end of july with ammount of
                          198/= but by my mistake its 2 times recharged on my same no 2end time
                          its recharged of rupees 647/= my usees is not higher my belance is 215
                          mb right now i will want reffend my 2end time rechrged ammount.

                              Below mention Issue i was facing But Only A single Person Mr. HEMANT From MTS is the guy who can resolve & can help you to any extend, he treats each & every customer like his own family member. The is really a CHAMP God Bless you Mr.Hemant.

                              I had a nightmare with your company's MTS MBlaze.
                              Recently, I recharged my MBLaze internet dongle for Rs. 999 few days back from city centre 1 saltlake kolkata.
                              However my internet still not working. I called your customer
                              service and to my amazement they were not even able to connect to Technical
                              support exe. Every time when ever i dialed customer care just received some
                              computerized machine answering calls & disconnected the call.
                              Multiple times I had dialed ur call center number but call was nt getting connected out there.
                              Thanks to god that I have still not deactivated my TATA PHOTON CONNECTION.
                              Finally TATA Photon saved me & saved my business losses.
                              I really want some very harsh steps against your company and such companies
                              shouldn't be allowed to work in India.

                                PLS HELP ME AS I BOUGHT A MTS HANDSET FROM SIM INTERPRIZES BASTI SAHU MARKET IN FEB 12,2011.THE HANDSET BECAME DAMAGE ONLY AFTR 2 MNTHS FROM PURCHASING DT. I HAND IT OVER TO MTS SALES MANAGER,WORKING IN SAHU MARKET,BASTI. AFTR TWO MONTHS KEEPING HE RETURNED IT IN APRIL LAST, SAYING THAT I WILL PROVIDE U ANOTHER HANDSET. NEITHER HE IS GIVING MY BILL RECEIPT NOR GIVING MY HANDSET.
                                KINDLY HELP ME.

                                MTS — REGARDING MOBILE HANDSET

                                HI,
                                I M VIJENDRA JAIN FROM JAIPUR RAJ. PURCHASE A MOBILE HANDSET FROM ASHOKA MOBILE SHOP AT RAISER PLAZA, INDIRA BAZAR, JAIPUR OF COMPANY MTS (LIVE WIRE) CDMA. AFTER PURCHASING ON THE SAME DAY I HAVE A PROBLEM IN HANDSET. THEN I WAS SUBMITT THE HANDSET AT MTS SERVISE CENTER ON 11 JUNE 2012. BUT TILL NOW THEY DO NOT REPAIR THE MOBILE PHONE AND NOT GIVE ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER.

                                  I recharged my data card for Rs.499/- for the first time and committed speed for 5GB is 3.1Mbps.But I used 3GB data only, as per their log data i used 3GB only.Now I recharged my card for Rs.798/- committed data usage 3.1Mbps upto 6GB and unlimited for a month.
                                  but My download speed is not more than 40KBps.MTS is committed speed is 3.1Mbps my signal level is full at all time and modem in hybrid mode only.
                                  my speed is not more than 0.5mbps at all time.i need your help to get the commitied speed and value for my money pls help me i already spoke to customer care regarding this issue they said our speed will be 3.1mbps only.

                                  mts has promised me for 3.1 mbps speed but there is no speed more than 25kbps.still i have used my data card only 3 gb.

                                  I am using MTS data card last 8 month. Every month i recharge 999. When the time buy that time its working good but last 3 month its not working speed 0 . I complaint lot of time to nodel office, last 1 month before the technical officer came to my room and checked the signal strength and all. I get mail from nodel officer and suggest for change the location so i changed my location for porur (chennai) but now also i have same problem, i send many complaint to nodel but no response, Please consider this one and take the auction.

                                    MTS sales executive told me that company will be providing me Reebok shoe if i buy MTS Mblaze device for internet. They promised for 3MBPS speed and a Reepok Shoe. I am yet waiting for both the things.
                                    Its almost 6 months, they have not given e any shoe. I tried a lot to get the shoe. I spoke to the sales executive / managers even i went to the Branch office in Kolkata (salt lake). I met to Rakesh there and his head, they told me to come with documents. I visited there again with all the required documents and they promised to send me the shoe within a week and now its 2 months from then.

                                    I learned one thing by meeting all the MTS people regarding shoe that i should never buy anything from MTS. From executive to manger wanted to tell me only one thing that i should never buy anything from MTS.

                                    This is my last efforts to get the shoe if anyone helps me out.

                                      I would like to thank you before i again make complain against MTS Phone that just because of you last 2 times MTS has given back my deducted money. Further, MTS has again deducted my money this time Rs.30/= unnecessarily & they say that i have activated some gods aarti on my phone. My phone number is [protected]. Please take very very strict action action them this time, because since we knew about you & we are making complain & you are helping us, but there are so many small people in our india who would not be knowing about you & this such companies might be deducting there money like anything. PLEASE TAKE VERY STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM THIS TIME & HELP US BY GETTING MY MONEY BACK. Thank you & waiting for your action.

                                      MTS has deducted my money Rs.30/- two times unnecessarily & they say that i have activated some gods aarti on my phone and Rs.30 is deducted and again after one month I got message saying gods arti's are auto renewed and again Rs.30 is deducted. When I tried to call customer care number and tried to speak to customer care executive the phone is disconnected, I tried this many times :(

                                        I bought the data card from MTS local Dealer of KOTA ....
                                        20-25 days before I had the data card was through MTS Executive. ..
                                        The day I got MTS BLAZE, after 3 days Data card was closed...And on July-19 was told by customer care," we have not yet reached your evidence".
                                        Tomorrow I have again given proof ..
                                        And yet the card is not working ..
                                        Thats why
                                        Free data in the device which was all finished so what should the blank device..Because time period is about to end ...
                                        I request you to kindly get the free data available to me again ..
