Nice to hear from you after a long time. We really appreciate your 10 long years you have given to this organisation but we really regret to have you as an employee. We think we made a wrong choice to keep you with us for 10 long years.
You are right; we did not settle your dues on time but not with the intention of not paying it. Your full and final settlement was on hold because we were planning to take legal actions against you but taking into consideration your future, our Managing Director decided to release your dues without filing any charges against you. It was a shame that after 10 years of your work at Euclid, we were forced to ask you to leave the company because of your unethical practices which no organisation would have tolerated.
1) Just to remind you, we did file a Police Complaint against you for harassing one of our female employees over the email. We have the whole chain of the email where the employee asked you to STOP emailing her but you still continued to harass her and also her family. You also emailed few other employees using abusive language from your personal email address which you also admitted later. If you remember, the police arrested you and your father had to come to release you on a bail. We feel these reasons are enough to ask you to leave the organisation as we do not tolerate such behaviour from any of our employees.
2) The IT team also found out that you were unethically downloading some vital sectorial information from our website (without assigned access) and you use to further sell it without our knowledge. Edwin, we were not sure what were you doing but we realized that you used to do this from a very long time. You have clearly displayed a very unprofessional approach towards an organisation that helped you building your career in the last one decade. We regret to have you.
C'mon Edwin, are you serious to write against the company. We would in fact not recommend you to anyone after what you have done in this organisation. Please remove EUCLID from your user id in any communication you make to anyone. You are no longer associated with us. We are really not sure what are you trying to say with this post but you really don't have any right to say against the company. Also, please don’t worry about the rest employees. Please STOP talking on behalf of employees and being their advocate. We settle all the dues on time for every employee because they do not indulge themselves in unprofessional activities.
We out rightly reject the claim you have made for the company and we would warn you for spreading baseless rumours about the organization or else we will take strict actions against you.

Updated by edwineuclid When I Filed a law suit against your company for refused to settle my 10 year dues you could have given these reasons to the judge, but you were scared there, In Thane Court in the first meet with my lawyer you all were surrendered to do settlement, now in this forum your are trying to become a Judge here. You are just giving an excuse to get ridout of this salary issue the truth is Tendersinfo/Euclid infotech Pvt Ltd does not payes salary for employees who leave the job. After 2 years over Till now i have not received my Provident fund Pension receipt at filing a court of law against TendersInfo, so I gone a reattach my case to achieve that too.
I was worked for 10 years in your company, After my performance your company developed in market simply your company did not incremented my salary after doing hard work, there is no other guy like me have worked in your company as you company was outsourced your content process to Aurangabad at that time none of your senior employee was ready to go and stay in Aurangabad. Finally i was promoted to Aurangabad I put my life behind and gone to Aurangabad & I settled all the process and make the work live & smoothly and stayed their for 2 years. After that your content staff was purchasing tender from other competitor after I promoted to content I researched many global country sources with free and maken your coverage on the basis of that coverage client was subscribing After that I promoted to marketing where I shared my Precious knowledge and making company's revenue growing. after seeing my performance your company have provided me Top performance awards every year. I here by attached as a proof. I was among the ONE who developed the whole Tendersinfo because of me today you all are having your daily bread. so praise me, thank me every day.
See I did not harassed any body: Your company female employee was showing me interest she keep on seeing me on daily basis for 2 years 1 day she asked my cell no so i asked why she said i want to update in PF form but I already submitted earlier then she asked education details all I submitted when i joined, but there is no other HR asked these details, many HR come and gone she is the 1 asking all these details only to me, Not to other members, after i watched all these things so I proposed her but she replied via email I have no interest & cheated me so I informed to her family so their family member abused me. Based on his email reply your company made me police complaint. But how can u people identify she is a innocent are you a God. I have more proof to prove what she was doing in your company. So No Body forced me to leave the job, i was not arrested i was called for an inquiry to investigate the issues, and i gave a valid answer to the police officials and they leave me go because of they found justice in my side, after that i worked in that same tendersinfo official desk of mine for 1 more weeks and then i resigned by my own. I have proof of my resignation letter enclosed & Police enquiry letter also attached as a proof & you can verify with them.
Your company has an intention to remove high salary employee thats the only reason your company have interfered in my personal life and made me a police complaint. Because Director kavita Shukla was allowed the people to walk free who was doing Rape held inside his office hours "eye witness" proof, Then Guys were doing molestation, after that many guys was doing kissing inside office hours & kavita Shukla did not controlled all these things till today and I have never send any abusive mail to any body from my personal emailid its all false Kindly provide proof. Kavita Shukla itself arranged a Guy named Surendra who have send me a abusive mail finally I tracked that mail was send from serbian proxy Ip. If I ask Police to investigate all these above crime going inside his office then Director Kavita Shukla will have to go to Jail & have to shut his Business.

So that I could have justified. Now after 2 years if you claim this then its not a Valid Proof. now It can also created by your own. But I can justify anywhere during the 10 year in Euclid infotech I did not sold any of your sectorial information anywhere.
I have not used your company name "Euclid infotech Pvt Ltd" anywhere I have used Euclid Name only which are currently used by lakh of people in the world. so you have no rights to ask me to remove this Name euclid. Also I have not doing any baseless rumours about your company you can file a complaint with a proof who is doing baseless rumours. Your company is currently doing baseless rumours about me writing false statement here after having valid proof attached.
Your reply to me in this forum is a great proof that Tendersinfo gives excuse and does not pays salary. all false statement mentioned here by Tendersinfo. to make themselves a genuine company rather than a Fraud. Finally your company was written here many false statement about me and spoiled my career. So I will file a Law suit at Consumer court against your company & demand for Huge Loses. And I have the capability to recover my loses from your company. Whatever You want to do do it.
