Mudguard — Front Mudguard

Dear sir /madam,
Hi baught new bike bajaj platina 100cc on diwali festival at jain Bajaj showroom davanageri (HARIHAR sub branch) in karantaka.. My complaint is front Mudguard is bended approximate 1 inch so I am asking them sir plz make the changes of front Mudguard or else replace the bended Mudguard by with good one but they are not agree still they are disappointing customers after Saling the bike... Finally I am requesting you plz make arrangements to change my bike Mudguard... Or else on customers rights I am going to customer court...
