sir we bought this t shirt from raja shab kolkata, only use 3-4 times and found hole in back due to hard label in back.sir i tell you, very fantastic cool feeling to use this t shirt, i n very shocked to see the hole at back, please check this and replace this. second same t shirt in hand fresh, i didnot use this due to see this problem. thanks awaits

    I purchased mufti jeans product "MFS-5717 20-TURQ" size XL from "Deep Enterprises Shop no 26, Model Town, Rohtak" on 28th March 2015 worth Rs 1699. After first wash i felt it tight from under arms. After next 2 washes i left the thought to wear it as it got shrinked. I purchased MUFTI products in past and those are very good. But yesterday after the first wash its colour gets faded too much and now its looking like an ordinary local jeans..I am really very much disappointed with MUFTI.               Dear Mufti Team, I was very disappointed on quality of my new purchase jean, I had purchased 3 jeans in last four month but my last purchase on around 21st oct 2014 and I have wear only 2 times and quality was gone which I have shown to brand outlet on 27th oct 2014( Mansarover Plaza, Mansarover, Jaipur (Rajasthan)) and which have been accepted by outlet manager and agree to send jeans quality department in bombay. It was promised to come in 10 to 15 days but after around 25 days I was got a simple reply from Mufti that there is no issue with quality and if still are you filling than it will come up fine in 4-5 washes. I was not understated the statement that it can come up after 4-5 wash where it was gone in new jeans only after 2 times wear. I was so disappointed and it has shaken my confidence in mufti brand value. I am very disappointed with this kind of service from a valuable brand, I need intervention on this and want to resolve my issue. Waiting your positive reply on it. Thanks Piyoosh +91 [protected]

                I request to all, those who are giving any help to run his madarasa, please do read the news about mufti shakir. He is taking advantage of people trust on him and he making them fool. He is using all the money/help coming from charity for his personal benefits. Making personal property throughout the city. He has married to a lady without any witness. And many more fraud related issues are there on his name. Currently he is in jail. I request to govt not give him bail, and give him maximum years of punishment in jail...                     I had bought a shirt about 40 days in Ranchi from Sanvi Sales,Le Desire Complex,71,Circular Road,Lalpur,Ranchi.                     This complain is regarding a false commitment which was given to me from mufti..i had purchased a pair of jeans and a shirt from a mufti store in bistupur, jamshedpur..at the time of purchase i was told i can exchange it from.any of the mufti stores across india..after coming back to kolkata my hometown i checked the size and otheri things..somehow i went to exchange it to a mufti store in camac street in kolkata..they refused to exchange saying their system wont allow them to exchange because the discount has started in their store....what the [censored]ing system they have..please look into rhis and resolve asap..

                      I bought Mufti jeans from Sector-17 Chandigarh. I wore only once and During 1st wash only the cloth was torn/crushed/damaged and 2-3 holes appeared in the jeans. It is a manufacturing or cloth defect.

                      I contacted the nearest store in Mohali Phase-7 and they keep at their shop for a month and after following up several times they say company is not accepting this as complaint and returned back to me.

                      I am really not happy with the way they told and are not willing to help. Its lying with me with all the tags and bill with no solution.

                      Being a reputed brand I am buying the Mufti jeans from long time and first time it happened to me. Now I am helpless and need support from you people.

                      I want the replacement for the defected jeans.

                          I had purchase a jeans of mufti from an outlet of delhi,the stiches on the right side of thighs are so hard due to which whenever i wear the jeans it scracth my thighs and gives the very uncomfortable feelings,

                            I HAD PURCHASED THREE SHIRT FROM MUFTI SHOWROOM LOCATED IN GUWAHATI, DONA PLANET ON 2ND OR 3RD OF APRIL. AFTER ONE WASHED THE COLOUR OF THE SHIRT HAS BEEN OVERLAPPED BETWEEN THE TWO COLOURS. WHEN I HAD BEEN THERE FOR MY COMPLAIN THEY HAD TOLD ME THAT YOUR COMPLAIN WILL BE SEND TO THE COMPANY AND YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH NEW SHIRT. I HAD BEEN THERE ABOUT 25 DAYS LATER FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASED. AND THEY HAD TAKEN MY SHIRT WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY KIND OF BILL, WHEN I ASKED FOR IT THEY SAID "NO NEED". THEY HAD ALSO TAKEN MY PHONE NO. AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CALL ME AFTER 1 WEEK. BUT NO CALL HAD BEEN THERE FOR ME FROM THEM. AFTER 10 DAYS WHEN I WENT THERE THEY TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE 3 MORE DAYS, AND THEY WILL CONFORM THE DATE OF DELIVERY BY CALLING ME AFTER 2 HOUR. BUT TILL NOW NO CALL IS BEEN MADE AS I WENT THERE LAST ON 26 OF MAY.
                            SO, I REQUEST THE CONCERNED AUTHORITY TO GIVE AIR ON MY COMPLAIN.

                            I had purchased a new brand half-shirt of mufti from Ahuja Clothiers in Faridabad. My wife had bought it near 12th March 2011 on the occasion of our marriage anniversary. After one wash, the colour of the shirt has been overlapped between the two colours.

                            Therefore, I complained about it to Ahuja Clothiers, Faridabad. They told me that they will send this piece for testing in Mumbai. It will take 1 week to get the matter resolved. First, they kept it for one week in their NIT office as their owner was out of town. After doing several calls to Ahuja Clothiers, owner did a call to us and told us that they have dispatched the shirt to Mumbai. He told us that he will reply to us after 2-3 days, but he didn’t turn up. When I enquired about my complaint with Ahuja Clothiers after 25 days, they told me to pick up new shirt from them. The very next day, they called me and told me that my shirt will not get replacement as I don’t have bill. I told this at the very start of my complaint that I don’t have bill as I did not know that shirt will be defected. When I told them that I can let them know the expected date of taking the shirt, which was near to 12th March 2011. They had another excuse that it is more than 6 months old, therefore, they can’t replace it. They also said that I had taken it in sale, which was not the case. I took the brand new shirt @1550. Ridiculous.

                            What the hell is this? Instead of replacing the shirt, they are having multiple excuses. Why have they wasted my precious time by keeping it themselves? Why there is no replacement as piece is defected? Will anyone take the responsibility?
                            If this is the way they deal with their customers, then I am very sorry to say that they will loose their customers in a big way.

                              i purchase 15days ago a mufti jeans from shopping mall and wear it whithin four to five times and it was scared badly so i shock with this happen... and i mind that it's a cheating product on big market.... it's a cheting company........

                              I Purchase 7 jeans from Mufti after 1st wash the jeans started tearing from different places than i visited to the branch they people are telling non of the complaint we have received till now it is the 1st time we are getting it. But i tell you it is really a worst brand don't ever trust and don't ever buy anything from Mufti even if you have extra money the clothes quality are worst what we are getting on street. It is a worst than .
                              Even I bought mufti jeans from their store, the bottom became torned and the back hip place also got torned...
                              Very poor product, don't ever buy from Mufti...the product price is rated as high as levis, pepe jeans and the quality is poorer than a road side sold jeans...

                              Don't know how the government is allowing these kind of companies to sell the jeans at such high rate...:)

                                sir,i purchase a shirt from sachdeva nx in batala (punjab )of your company of cost Rs1300(apprx.),but after one wash the colour of the shirt get split out and fainted,i want replacement fotr this but i dont have bill,so kindly help me ....i m a regular customer o[censored]r company.

                                hey i have been wearing mufti shirts for a while now and they still havent lost their color . What you have experienced is mostly a 1 off thing, but still if you want to get in touch with them you can contact them at [protected]@mufti.in
                                I had purchased a new brand half-shirt of mufti from Ahuja Clothiers in Faridabad. My wife had bought it near 12th March 2011 on the occasion of our marriage anniversary. After one wash, the colour of the shirt has been overlapped between the two colours.

                                Therefore, I complained about it to Ahuja Clothiers, Faridabad. They told me that they will send this piece for testing in Mumbai. It will take 1 week to get the matter resolved. First, they kept it for one week in their NIT office as their owner was out of town. After doing several calls to Ahuja Clothiers, owner did a call to us and told us that they have dispatched the shirt to Mumbai. He told us that he will reply to us after 2-3 days, but he didn’t turn up. When I enquired about my complaint with Ahuja Clothiers after 25 days, they told me to pick up new shirt from them. The very next day, they called me and told me that my shirt will not get replacement as I don’t have bill. I told this at the very start of my complaint that I don’t have bill as I did not know that shirt will be defected. When I told them that I can let them know the expected date of taking the shirt, which was near to 12th March 2011. They had another excuse that it is more than 6 months old, therefore, they can’t replace it. They also said that I had taken it in sale, which was not the case. I took the brand new shirt @1550. Ridiculous.

                                What the hell is this? Instead of replacing the shirt, they are having multiple excuses. Why have they wasted my precious time by keeping it themselves? Why there is no replacement as piece is defected? Will anyone take the responsibility?
                                If this is the way they deal with their customers, then I am very sorry to say that they will loose their customers in a big way.

                                  sir, i have purchased a mufti jeans from the jodhpur outlet..and after 2 washes it torn off from the wrinkles on the front pocket...i m a regular customer o[censored]r products. kindly tell me the procedure how to get the jeans change from the outlet..

                                  Hi i have been wearing mufti jeans for a while now and i have never faced this kind of a problem, infact some of my jeans have been worn for 2 years straight, However i think its best that you mail them at [protected]@mufti.in .
                                  About 1 month ago I bought a denim jeans from mani square mall show room, kolkata.
                                  Now it is torn off at 2 unexpected places which gives wrong impression of mufti jeans.
                                  Please consider my request to change the jeans as i feel very for it. I am trying to communicate
                                  but I get no reply. Please reply soon.

                                    The workers in the Jangli Maharaj Rd., Pune branch are fraud.
                                    I bought a shirt from that branch of Rs 1300(bill no - t3/[protected] a few days back.When I went home I came to know that its sleeves were dirty from inside So next day I went back to the shop with a friend to exchange the shirt.The Manager there did not let us take the shirt inside, as according to him it wasnt allowed.Now this shop had no surveillance camera nor did it have any watchman.The Manager kept the shirt on his counter and told us to select another shirt.We selected a new shirt and went to the trial room, which was upstairs, to check if its size is correct.In that time this guy put the shirt on display and told us that it was missing and now that it is lost we cant take anything from the shop untill shirt was found. Even when it was his responsibility to take care of the shirt
                                    he blamed us for losing the shirt.Later when I checked the the shirt on display it was the same dirty sleeved shirt I had bought.I told him that by mistake someone must have put on display and that it was my shirt.Still he denied and started speaking arrogantly to us. So when I thought there was no way out I went to the DECCAN GYMKHANA POLICE STATION and reported there about the incident.Now when the police bought the manager at the police station the inspector found that the manager had been lying and told him to return our shirt if he had to save his . Finally the 'Manager' guy gave us the new shirt under a REPLACEMENT RECIEPT
                                    (reciept no.-t3/[protected] So any one buying or exchanging any item from this MUFTI shop BEWARE.

                                    i have bought a mufti jeans Bar code No. 7700703 SS 08, this is so bad to say that after using it for 6-7 times and 2-3 washes it was torned from the crush portions, i was so happy to wear a branded jeans of worth 1895 Rs. with no discount, but my happiness turned to be anger when in a party it get torned, this is a strict warning from my side that just rplace my jeans in whatever condition it is or i will sue a case against you in the consumer court.

                                    the above given complaints are truue ..evn i hav purchased a jeans frm mufti jeans and it is of road side quality.it is torn from all sides and is of no use after a few washes.i think this is a fraud company selling garments at higher rates and cheating public by telling them that it is a brand.i hav never seen any international brand with this name, yet when i asked the manager of the shop he said it was an italian company, which i found to be wrong information.beware of this mufti stuff

                                    OMG!! i jst bought 2 mufti shirts today worth 2500/- n i was pretty happy.. readin the comments here, i m gettin scared that i might have put my money in a bad purchase.                                     i have purched the shirt from kolhapur at the cost of Rs 1049 and just after 3 wash the colour has split out from the shirt. when i went to exchange it back they refused to exchange. the company is frauding with the costumer. plz take action on it
                                    Yaar what is this ??? today only i bought two jeans and two shirts/T-shirts (one jeans & t-shirt mufti brand, one pepe jeans and one provogue shirt ) from Visakhapatnam outlets. lets see how my luck comes regarding Mufti apparels. I think it will be interesting to see that which brand lasts longer in terms of quality and life after few washes. Wish me luck !

                                    I have been planning to buy Mufti jeans for over 3 months as follwed the ads thoroughly. I was happy to buy couple of them post seeing upto 50% discount ad in today's times however post seeing all these complaints, I have given up and would neither buy or recommend it to any one.
                                    All the complaints about the stuff of mufti jeans are true. I purchased one too for 1400rs but the 2nd time i wore it, it get torned from the nearby zip area. Even i[censored] sit on a rough surface wearing that jeans, the jeans get some stretch marks on it. I think i will never return towards mufti again.

                                    After reading a few posts I can make out that I am not the only one whose facing severe problems with MUFTI. I got a jeans worth Rs. 1900/- two months back and after a very few washes the color of the brand tag at the waist line has got distributed all over the jeans and that brown color is all over the jeans. I asked the guys at there Aundh outlet; waiting for there reply.

                                    MUFTI is a very decent brand. I really like the shirts i have purchased and i have used them over 2years and they have never torn or lost the color either... I have purchased from MUFTI brand outlets in Mumbai and i am very satisfied with it !
                                    Mufti is one of the greatest brand i ever seen... I am regular customer of Mufti and i am using the same from past 4 years... None of my jeans or shirt color paded or quality issues... Also one more this i don't even check the trials while purchasing coz they are very good is fitting also... i love wearing mufti...

                                    Is mufti bar code on the tags shows mufti company information on the web or these are fake . I bought a shirt from snapdeal it's good in first look but the bar code on the tag did not show any information about mufti brand. Please tell me if you have genuine bar code or not.
