MultilinkWorld — about no service provision to agent | |||
I am agent of multilinkworld. My k code is 54380, i had booked tickets on irctc through multilink. Then due to corona pandemic i have cancelled tickets. The amount was refunded to multilink account. Now i have to refund money to my clients but i am not getting any positive response from company and i cannot transfer money to my clients. The amount is rs 33000/- as this is big amount i can not afford to pay from my own pocket. Please help me to come out of this stage Was this information helpful? | |||

Ye company ne last three months se hamara payment block kiya hua he aur har bar ek week ka commitment karke hume bar bar dhokha de rahi he. mere pass company ka email conversasion he jo me jab jarur hogi to provide kar sakta hu muje company ye payment refund nahi kar rahi he aur company ka call bhi nahi lag raha he.
