[Resolved] MultilinkWorld — bill payment issue not refund my money | |||
Totally fraud company i had paid one bill of tata power electricity of rs.1230/- on 19/12/2019 in morning 9.48 a. M. This transaction shows failed but they not refund my amount back in my portal. I contact again n again in his customer care [protected] but there is no response they said this transaction is failed but we need to check working hours 24 to 48 hours but right now time is cross but still there is no response from company side... I have purchased MD panel and there is no support by your back end and I have complaint lot of times still now I did not get solved the problem and your call centre is also no proper response there are no proper explain and lot problems with mos.
