Mulyashop.com — Not yet delivered & not refunded

I placed an order from http://mulyashop.com/ Order Reference OMDVZXJZJ - placed on 12/29/2014 for LG Google Nexus 16GB, and pay complete amount as Rs. 18, 641/- which merchandise claims on 30 Dec 2014, but product is not yet deliver after making so many calls and follow up.

On 12 Jan 2015, I have cancelled my order and request for refund back my money, but i didnt't get any response or any transaction id after so many follow up.

Would you please help me on the same. Thanks.
