Mulyashop.com — Not yet delivered & not refunded

I placed an order from http://mulyashop.com/ Order Reference RLLHZHDKE- placed on 31/12/2014 for Intex Aqua Y2 (Blue) Mobile Phone which merchandise claims on Feb 2, 2015 but product is not yet deliver after making so many calls and follow up.

Feb 2, 2015, I have cancelled my order and request for refund back my money, but i didnt't get any response or any transaction id after so many follow up.

Would you please help me on the same. Thanks.
