Mulyashop.com — Product not sent & not refund the amount | |||
I have online purchase a Mobile phone Lava Iris 406Q (White) from mulyashop.com vide Order ref. no. WIWTWLWOA on dated 24.12.2014 of Rs. 4, 534/- & I pay with my Axis Bank Credit card. After 02 week I have not received my product & as per customer care the product is not shipped up to 08.01.2015 Then I have request for cancel my order & refund the amount On the date 08.01.2014 But till date 24.01.2015 I have not refund my amount.
