I ordered medicines for heart patient snd schizophrenia patient on 15 jul at 11am with health spring pharmacy (Tel[protected]. They assured delivery by 19jul. I have follwed up with tthem everday to know the delivery status. They maintained it is on th way. On 19 evening i spoke to sr pharmasist mr pankaj and explained critical situation if dosage is missed. He still did not respond positively. Till 1615hrs today i have not recd medicines. I recieved mail from healtspring mention despatch of medicines in morning but till now not delivered.
