Mumbai Mirror — Non-delivery of subscription coupons even after two months

I have done my subscription for Mumbai mirror for one year in the month of August 2015 by paying a cheque for Rs. 399/-. Amount got debited from my account on 02/09/2015. I had received the coupon code of [protected] by SMS. Even after two months I am unable to get the subscription coupon from Mumbai Mirror. I have been constantly calling their number [protected]. Every time they raise a different query like confirmation of address, Vendor ID number, vendor name etc.etc. Every time they assure to sort out the issues within one week, but without any solution. They are not providing any alternate numbers or e-mail and using the given number it is very difficult to get connected. I am really fed up with the service given by a reputed newspaper like Mumbai Mirror. So many other newspapers are offering services to our residence to collect the check and ensuring timely delivery of coupons Even I have paid the subscription, now my paper vendor is asking for payment of delivered newspapers for last two months. Is Mumbai mirror is cheating the customers?. If they are not able to provide the services, then why they are accepting and clearing our payments? This is really a kind of harassment to the customers. I really made a mistake by paying the subscription to mumbai mirror and if they agree I am willing to take back my subscription amount. Regards John Pinto
