This is to inform you that in Santacruz Gazdhar Bandh Road, Near Dhan Pothar Ground drivers are parking both the side of road and block the even path of walking area. it is very difficult to pass from that location. now drivers are started parking out side RBI colony, santacruz West, there also they double park autos. They are even not ready to give side to pass car or any other vehicle. Sir I request you to please do the needful. In that parking area many illegally things are happening young boys and some people just seating, drinking, smoking and make nussance .

Dear Sir,

There is a purposeful racket at Palava outside Xperia Mall.
The traffic Hawaldar is not a govt person some outsourced one who does not let Palava Traffic go at all.

This is an everyday plight and we struggle to get out of Palava for good 10-15 mins.

We everyday get late at all places due to this.

They would leave the truck traffic but not the Palava Residents side.
I believe this is done purposely as I am a regular traveler and even if on any signal it never takes this long.
I request to remove the hawaldars manually handling and post signal system for betterment of everyone.

Sir Ji I have been fined for parking.

Sir I was praking at same place for years but I have been fined twice.

Sir I have changed my parking as I was told by the officer, sir fine of 2000 is too much for me, I request you to please withdraw my fine.

I'll not give any excuse, I'll not lie, I'll only request you coz I was wrong.

It's about to be 10 years of my car and you can check my records, I don't break any rules, i follow rules and respect traffic police coz of their hard work in hot sun on traffic junctions with pollution and honking sounds.

Sir it's a humble request to forgive my fines this time coz Rs.2000 is to much for me...

False signal jumping challan for my t permit car

I received the challan text message at 4:12 PM today,
Checked the MTP App and the evidance image does not show my Bike (Honda CB Unicorn 150) instead it is showing Scooter (Honda Activa),
Because my bike is standing in my society parking since last 2 weeks,
How is that possible to receive the challan for not even riding your bike ?
Clearly a mistake from the cop or maybe that scooter have a fake number plate,
Called on number "[protected]" nobody picked my call and I don't have any other contact information to contact Mumbai Traffic Police helpline,
Please rectify this issue or take necessary action because I will be in trouble if the person is misusing my number plate and did something wrong.

Notice I got a notice over speed of Rs 2000 captured Carriageway Akshardham to Sarai Kale khan Near Just before Yamuna Bridge. There was no Signage stating caution to driver that speed limit is 70 or 80 KMPH. Toll Plaza is not operational and my vehicle was showing solo and there is no other vehicle showing side by side .

I have been driving past 15 yrs and never ever penalized for any of the Traffic Violation ever . Please consider waiver for Training and first time learning so that i could pay the penalty . When penalty is Rs 400 why i have got challan for single offense .

I was given a fine on 18th Jan 2022 for not wearing a helmet but the violation
is done by someone else on his/her vehicle. As you can see in the photos
below, My Acitva(MH47AR4690) is Activa 125 and not Activa 5G (Evidence

Challan given on 30th January 2022 for causing danger/obstruction/inconvenienceis unjustified. My vehicle MH02 CP0446 was parked next to Amarsons Garden on Breach Candy where there is no signage or board for 'No Parking' . Everyday cars are parked here so where is a violation there? I have attached the given images of my vehicle along with other vehicles which park there. Just because my vehicle happened to be the only one at the time this challan was issued is wrongful and should be cancelled. Put a board or signage if it is a 'No Parking' zone.

Sir/madam, on 29th jan, i was driving vehicle at raintree road khaghar. where traffic police were standing they neither shown stop signal or any indication, from back side they took snaps, and issued challan saying i am using mobile phone while driving the car. which was absolutelely false or wrong interpretation or misunderstanding.

This happened when i was parking my car some other vehicle is been already parked so i went down to call the watchman of the building to clear the parking and in this instance someone clicked and posted the violation it is a Parking zone where other society members cars are parked everyday.
also the Violation mentioned as ''Causing danger/obstructions/undue inconvenience as vehicle to be abandoned''

We were on Ghodbunder road stopped suddenly by a traffic police saying we jumped the signal and the camera has captured.. But he could not show us any proof of the violation of rules.. When we refused to pay he took our photo and car photo and registered it online... The online page where we are supposed to pay a fine of ₹500 has our car photo and my father's photo where is the camera proof o[censored]s breaking the rules and jumping the signal.. This is cheating

The fine placed on my vehicle no mh02fk3285 today at 9.30 pm stating that driving licence could not be able to shown and second helmet was not wear while drving but the thing is I was at my home and my bike at my building premises and some traffic police came and take the snap of my number plate and go away.ehich is unethical and illegal.
Please help me in this case.they put 1000 rupees fine please wave off this amount

Mumbai Traffic Police towed my bike on 14th January 2022 in Dadar Hindmata area. On being asked for reason, received the answer of No Parking. I replied for board of No parking, they showed the board where it was totally in a bad condition where nothing can be read. They charged me Rs.736 this is totally illegal where Mumbai Traffic Police is responsible for furnishing such information. Total Misbehaviour.

I have been penalised for parking my car in a no parking area where the no parking instruction was not visible. The parking sign was facing the opposite side and was not visible at the time of parking. Upon realising the same the traffic police personnel said that it is not the problem of traffic department and should be taken up with BMC.

Request you to kindly consider the plea and reverse the challan.

Today 28/01/2022 while traveling to Dockyard road to new Mumbai highway guidance ( route QNA, purpase) moving towards officer but unfortunately they are generating e-challan. I need proper clarification. Without explanation I cannot paid this amount. It was totally wrong with me.. I'm following each every traffic rules so kindly notify me asap.

As per rule the speed for LMV is 100 kmph on expressways but mine speed was 93kmph then can i know the reason why I have been charged and it's showing 90 km speed should be maintained which is wrong the express boards denote 100 kmph for Lmv vehicles and that too 2000 rs. Atleast be genuine to your work if I have been crossed 100 kmph speed then I understand but I was on 93 kmph and you are charging 2000 rs as per my knowledge its 1000 rs and that too it's not applicable for me.

Secondly I have crossed just 102 kmph and your speed limit is 100kmph for Lmv I accept that mistake but why am I charged 2000 rs as per my knowledge it's 1000 rs.

Please look into these mistake what is happened exactly and let me know. I have attached the picture please refer it and send me a mail or call accordingly. Till that time I won't pay it.

I'm Ansari ahtesham living in Mumbai today traffic police officer name dilip tawde at mahim traffic police station he said that your not using mirror when I showed both mirror he using abusive language and tell me 200 bribe when I not given he said that " tu rote hue aayega mere pass aisa challan katunga" after that I'm respectedly said that what type of fine you create when I'm clear my license available my helmet available everything is available he said that "chal chowki batata hu " when I was there he said that k licence dikhao I show it after that he said your number plate is invisible and he refused to give me my license back after that I'm recording a video of this whole police officer using abusive language and said that " video delete kr or jaa " when I was deleted a video of bribe he is fine me to not visible number plate fine 500 and 750 for disrespect but I'm very angry that type of police officer who is clearly want to bribe the whole country shame on you dilip tawde mahim traffic police station plzzzzz take strict action on that type of police officer I don't want that type of challan you can clearly see that my number is visible both side plzzzzz take urgent action on this police officer ASAP
