This challan is charged wrong for our vehicle. Vehicle in this challan is not for our car. We have wagon R car and clearly image for challan is not our car but a police vehicle.

My vehicle was parked in two wheeler parking area still they toed my vehicle thats so wrong

This is reference to Illegal Parking by the vehicles in front of the society on the footpath causing inconvenience to the society members as well as the people on the road to walk.There is Motor Training School operating on the rented premises of the society whose cars are parked in front of the society causing inconvenience to the traffic also.Also these cars are washed everyday in front of the society creating hygiene problems.I am Mentioning the address in the subject body itself. My auto Rick Shaw was parked outside my society which is a private place and a private road of my society. I am a flat owner in that society I have my own Car, Bike and autorickshaw. For car and bike we have parking, but for autorickshaw we park outside my society gate which is not a public road or a public place that is a private road and a private place. So I request you to take your charge back and cancel the challan which you applied on me.

They have charged RS 500 without any reason I was just crossing my road and nothing else I have done. i was going to deliver my food to my relatives because they have tested positive they just clicked the picture without asking any question and charged Rs 500 in 13 sec.

without any question and discussion, they have not even asked me for the paper also. they just clicked the picture and charges.

This is how you guys are earning money while people are going through with tough time. this is wow.

The pedestrian traffic signal installed at Bharatmata in front of kotak mahindra bank is not appropriate in counting and the pedestrian signal opposite to it . Even the vehicle signals doesn't have counter this all leads to complete confusion for walking and misleads pedestrians .
I request you to please take into consideration and proper action .

One of the fine I have been charged for, is of another Activa MH04DL6015 and my Activa no is MH01DL6015.
Another fine is charged for one way violation which is totally wrong. I am clearly at a petrol pump and not in a one way zone.

I am handicapped person I was driving my Handicapped Vehicle ACTIVA NUM. - MH03DT0172.(Activa with Side Tyres).
I wast at hited from my back Side at Telli Galli Andher East Near Regency Hotel By TATA CAR NO. - MH02EZ2533. He hitted me from back, I and Sameer both were fallen on the road Causing some injuries to both o[censored]s.I do have blooding in my legs also Sameer had some injuries to his right leg. Car diver had ran away from then place. We visited D N Nagar Police Station But They said we need to go Andheri East Police Station being handicapped person it's vary difficult for me to driver my scooter but still I went after waiting for 1 hour Police man at Andheri Police station not accepted our complaint. Also Said Tata Car Doesn't have valid Insurance also he said driving rashly on the road we requesting to you please take strict action against car driver as I am handicapped person it's not possible for me to come to Andheri police station but I can give written complaint To Mulund police station. please let me know. What can I do on this.

Have received this message today. I am disputing this challan, as I haven't jumped the signal at all.

Hello. this is the 2nd time That this incident has happened where my car which was parked properly in a proper parking space, has been towed.
Pl note the parking DOES NOT cause any danger to anyone/ obstruction of traffic/ obstruction of pedestrian/ parked in no parking/ inconvenience to any body. It was parked abiding all parking rules. There is no board of no parking nor does it mention any time for parking. The lane is filled with cars parked. Infact some cars are also parked on foot path and nothing has been done about it.
Whereas my car has been towed and there is a parking of some other car now there.

I have images & videos of evrything with proof which can be displayed whenever required!

Request you to kindly look into it. And serve less trouble to loyal tax payers.

My 2 wheeler MH01 CN5290 was towed on 27/12/21 below my home parking inspite my building name written on vehicle. The officer apologised and released my vehicle.
On 3/1/22 my vehicle was towed near the hinduja college which is in a lane. I was charged an exhorbitant amount of Rs 1736.
My previous towing charges were not revoked and I was charged for second time parking in no parking.
There was no sign of no parking where I had parked.
Sir this is almost 1/3 amount of my current salary.
Is government trying to con the public.

The road outside the Bandra East railway station has been congested since morning and the ordinary citizens going to work have to suffer a lot due to the rickshaws parked everywhere without following the rules of arrogant rickshaw pullers as well as unruly rickshaw pullers. However, strict action should be taken against the vehicle owners.

I am a regular commuter on MIDC Cross Road B as i take that route to get to my office. However since the last one month there is a share rick stand near elegant business park which is causing lot of hindrances. The rick shaw guys just turn the rickshaw anyhow. Secondly that road is one way but there are rickshaws and cars coming from the opposite directon too. This is causing lot of traffic because of the rick stand and also becasue the vehicles come from the opposite directon

Dear Sir, My name is Saifan Mandrupkar. I have been charged doubled for the speed voilation under the challan no.- SLRCC[protected] for LMV (MH12 HL6326).The speed voilation charges are 1000/- Rupees. I have been charged double (2000/-) Rupees on same day single challan.

Could you please look into this matter and get the fine charges corrected. Thanks.

Fine imposed at speed of 97 kmph at a stretch with 96 kmph speed limit. Is 1 kmph of speed not covered in the speed tolerance? this is utter nonsense and a big level of theft from citizens paying full tax and still being slapped a fine of 2000 rupees just because the car was at 97 kmph and not 96 kmph. Please let us know the steps on how to achieve that perfect number 96 kmph speed limit.

MTP wrongfully charged us the fine of ₹500. Our vehicle number is 2328 and image of they captured is 2388. And this is notorious work of MTP. There is no audit done by MTP. Not acceptable the work of audit to be done by public. This is harassment.

Then at returning time police man forcefully cut my challan even not asking about licence or documents.. so kindly request to mumbai police don't do this to anyone.. this is so rude
