The photo of evidence is of rickshaw. I am owner of scooter which has same number plate of rickshaw. I am wrongly given the challan.

I have been sent a challan MUMCC[protected], The MH-04HL-4884 number plate is of my scooter, Activa. The photo captured is not of my scooter but of an auto-rickshaw with a same number plate as mine.
So kindly cancel the e-challan of my scooter.

We get punished for offense. But dept has signals which don't work. Many signals sometimes have traffic cop sometimes none. The bikers will break all signals and rules. Our vehicle gets damaged because of such acts. Footpaths are encroached people walk in middle of roads. Roads are bad, potholes at signals and turns and everywhere on road our vehicles are damaged. No BMC parking available anywhere. Many people drive rashly bikers especially. Most will be without license.
No compensation for us. But we shud pay fine i[censored] want international like laws facilities have to be of tht same level. We are already paying 35pct tax. And are law abiding citizens. Penalizing one side is not always right thing to do.

I would like to inform you that while crossing signal at Ghodbandar road with my Honda city car MH 03 DF7989, green signal about to end ..sudden one bike came across, my driver applied brake, and moved ...within this period signal converted to yellow..and as the Car was in middle of square, my driver crossed signal before reflecting red . 1 sec was reflecting when car crossed.Acually My driver not brake red signal ...I was siting on codriver sit with my fmly in car .I introduce my self Doctor, running hospital and rehabilitation centre, working for Mumbai and Maharashtra Police, shown him DGP letter requsted him ...explain him ...but has not ready to listen, he forcebly taken licence of driver and asking money as bribe to release licence from poor driver. He insulted me also as I denied to pay ...Then I told I will not pay bribe, you make chalan, then he gave chalan of Rs 700/- and then gave licence. Very arrogantly and difayantly told me to complain against him..to DGP or any authority...he will not care..
We respect traffic rules, but such a wrong application and use of rules to harassing people for personal benifits...will spoil emage of Traffic police commissioner and system...
Kindly take proper action against him.

I am staying at 3 rd road khar west i got challan no my activa no. Mh47 M 4701 which was parked on parking only. The challan made of rs . 500 and for non parking vide challan no. MUMCM[protected]. There were more than 10 bikes were parked also the Watchmen to one of hotel said sir it's parking than to challan made purposely. In this challan u can make out today is 12 Feb and in image no parking is showing for 1, 3, 5, 7... So the bike is parked on corect parking. Pls cancel the challan and take action on such officers for wrong challan purpose ly

I have been given this chalan for dangerous parking when the car was within the yellow line on the road for parking area.

I have visited the relevant police chowki but was not given any answer why the chalan was issued when the car was in parking yellow line on the road.

There is also no NO PARKING sign where the car was parked. (Location is an Mahrishi Karve Road outside famous Kala Niketan Saree Shop.)

Request to cancel this chalan as it has been wrongly booked please.

This is to inform you that in Santacruz Gazdhar Bandh Road, Near Dhan Pothar Ground drivers are parking both the side of road and block the even path of walking area. it is very difficult to pass from that location. now drivers are started parking out side RBI colony, santacruz West, there also they double park autos. They are even not ready to give side to pass car or any other vehicle. Sir I request you to please do the needful. In that parking area many illegally things are happening young boys and some people just seating, drinking, smoking and make nussance .

Dear Sir,

There is a purposeful racket at Palava outside Xperia Mall.
The traffic Hawaldar is not a govt person some outsourced one who does not let Palava Traffic go at all.

This is an everyday plight and we struggle to get out of Palava for good 10-15 mins.

We everyday get late at all places due to this.

They would leave the truck traffic but not the Palava Residents side.
I believe this is done purposely as I am a regular traveler and even if on any signal it never takes this long.
I request to remove the hawaldars manually handling and post signal system for betterment of everyone.

Sir Ji I have been fined for parking.

Sir I was praking at same place for years but I have been fined twice.

Sir I have changed my parking as I was told by the officer, sir fine of 2000 is too much for me, I request you to please withdraw my fine.

I'll not give any excuse, I'll not lie, I'll only request you coz I was wrong.

It's about to be 10 years of my car and you can check my records, I don't break any rules, i follow rules and respect traffic police coz of their hard work in hot sun on traffic junctions with pollution and honking sounds.

Sir it's a humble request to forgive my fines this time coz Rs.2000 is to much for me...

False signal jumping challan for my t permit car

I received the challan text message at 4:12 PM today,
Checked the MTP App and the evidance image does not show my Bike (Honda CB Unicorn 150) instead it is showing Scooter (Honda Activa),
Because my bike is standing in my society parking since last 2 weeks,
How is that possible to receive the challan for not even riding your bike ?
Clearly a mistake from the cop or maybe that scooter have a fake number plate,
Called on number "[protected]" nobody picked my call and I don't have any other contact information to contact Mumbai Traffic Police helpline,
Please rectify this issue or take necessary action because I will be in trouble if the person is misusing my number plate and did something wrong.

Notice I got a notice over speed of Rs 2000 captured Carriageway Akshardham to Sarai Kale khan Near Just before Yamuna Bridge. There was no Signage stating caution to driver that speed limit is 70 or 80 KMPH. Toll Plaza is not operational and my vehicle was showing solo and there is no other vehicle showing side by side .

I have been driving past 15 yrs and never ever penalized for any of the Traffic Violation ever . Please consider waiver for Training and first time learning so that i could pay the penalty . When penalty is Rs 400 why i have got challan for single offense .

Challan given on 30th January 2022 for causing danger/obstruction/inconvenienceis unjustified. My vehicle MH02 CP0446 was parked next to Amarsons Garden on Breach Candy where there is no signage or board for 'No Parking' . Everyday cars are parked here so where is a violation there? I have attached the given images of my vehicle along with other vehicles which park there. Just because my vehicle happened to be the only one at the time this challan was issued is wrongful and should be cancelled. Put a board or signage if it is a 'No Parking' zone.

Sir/madam, on 29th jan, i was driving vehicle at raintree road khaghar. where traffic police were standing they neither shown stop signal or any indication, from back side they took snaps, and issued challan saying i am using mobile phone while driving the car. which was absolutelely false or wrong interpretation or misunderstanding.

This happened when i was parking my car some other vehicle is been already parked so i went down to call the watchman of the building to clear the parking and in this instance someone clicked and posted the violation it is a Parking zone where other society members cars are parked everyday.
also the Violation mentioned as ''Causing danger/obstructions/undue inconvenience as vehicle to be abandoned''
