We were on Ghodbunder road stopped suddenly by a traffic police saying we jumped the signal and the camera has captured.. But he could not show us any proof of the violation of rules.. When we refused to pay he took our photo and car photo and registered it online... The online page where we are supposed to pay a fine of ₹500 has our car photo and my father's photo where is the camera proof o[censored]s breaking the rules and jumping the signal.. This is cheating

The fine placed on my vehicle no mh02fk3285 today at 9.30 pm stating that driving licence could not be able to shown and second helmet was not wear while drving but the thing is I was at my home and my bike at my building premises and some traffic police came and take the snap of my number plate and go away.ehich is unethical and illegal.
Please help me in this case.they put 1000 rupees fine please wave off this amount

Mumbai Traffic Police towed my bike on 14th January 2022 in Dadar Hindmata area. On being asked for reason, received the answer of No Parking. I replied for board of No parking, they showed the board where it was totally in a bad condition where nothing can be read. They charged me Rs.736 this is totally illegal where Mumbai Traffic Police is responsible for furnishing such information. Total Misbehaviour.

I have been penalised for parking my car in a no parking area where the no parking instruction was not visible. The parking sign was facing the opposite side and was not visible at the time of parking. Upon realising the same the traffic police personnel said that it is not the problem of traffic department and should be taken up with BMC.

Request you to kindly consider the plea and reverse the challan.

Today 28/01/2022 while traveling to Dockyard road to new Mumbai highway guidance ( route QNA, purpase) moving towards officer but unfortunately they are generating e-challan. I need proper clarification. Without explanation I cannot paid this amount. It was totally wrong with me.. I'm following each every traffic rules so kindly notify me asap.

As per rule the speed for LMV is 100 kmph on expressways but mine speed was 93kmph then can i know the reason why I have been charged and it's showing 90 km speed should be maintained which is wrong the express boards denote 100 kmph for Lmv vehicles and that too 2000 rs. Atleast be genuine to your work if I have been crossed 100 kmph speed then I understand but I was on 93 kmph and you are charging 2000 rs as per my knowledge its 1000 rs and that too it's not applicable for me.

Secondly I have crossed just 102 kmph and your speed limit is 100kmph for Lmv I accept that mistake but why am I charged 2000 rs as per my knowledge it's 1000 rs.

Please look into these mistake what is happened exactly and let me know. I have attached the picture please refer it and send me a mail or call accordingly. Till that time I won't pay it.

I'm Ansari ahtesham living in Mumbai today traffic police officer name dilip tawde at mahim traffic police station he said that your not using mirror when I showed both mirror he using abusive language and tell me 200 bribe when I not given he said that " tu rote hue aayega mere pass aisa challan katunga" after that I'm respectedly said that what type of fine you create when I'm clear my license available my helmet available everything is available he said that "chal chowki batata hu " when I was there he said that k licence dikhao I show it after that he said your number plate is invisible and he refused to give me my license back after that I'm recording a video of this whole police officer using abusive language and said that " video delete kr or jaa " when I was deleted a video of bribe he is fine me to not visible number plate fine 500 and 750 for disrespect but I'm very angry that type of police officer who is clearly want to bribe the whole country shame on you dilip tawde mahim traffic police station plzzzzz take strict action on that type of police officer I don't want that type of challan you can clearly see that my number is visible both side plzzzzz take urgent action on this police officer ASAP

This challan is charged wrong for our vehicle. Vehicle in this challan is not for our car. We have wagon R car and clearly image for challan is not our car but a police vehicle.

This is reference to Illegal Parking by the vehicles in front of the society on the footpath causing inconvenience to the society members as well as the people on the road to walk.There is Motor Training School operating on the rented premises of the society whose cars are parked in front of the society causing inconvenience to the traffic also.Also these cars are washed everyday in front of the society creating hygiene problems.I am Mentioning the address in the subject body itself. My auto Rick Shaw was parked outside my society which is a private place and a private road of my society. I am a flat owner in that society I have my own Car, Bike and autorickshaw. For car and bike we have parking, but for autorickshaw we park outside my society gate which is not a public road or a public place that is a private road and a private place. So I request you to take your charge back and cancel the challan which you applied on me.

They have charged RS 500 without any reason I was just crossing my road and nothing else I have done. i was going to deliver my food to my relatives because they have tested positive they just clicked the picture without asking any question and charged Rs 500 in 13 sec.

without any question and discussion, they have not even asked me for the paper also. they just clicked the picture and charges.

This is how you guys are earning money while people are going through with tough time. this is wow.

The pedestrian traffic signal installed at Bharatmata in front of kotak mahindra bank is not appropriate in counting and the pedestrian signal opposite to it . Even the vehicle signals doesn't have counter this all leads to complete confusion for walking and misleads pedestrians .
I request you to please take into consideration and proper action .

One of the fine I have been charged for, is of another Activa MH04DL6015 and my Activa no is MH01DL6015.
Another fine is charged for one way violation which is totally wrong. I am clearly at a petrol pump and not in a one way zone.

I am handicapped person I was driving my Handicapped Vehicle ACTIVA NUM. - MH03DT0172.(Activa with Side Tyres).
I wast at hited from my back Side at Telli Galli Andher East Near Regency Hotel By TATA CAR NO. - MH02EZ2533. He hitted me from back, I and Sameer both were fallen on the road Causing some injuries to both o[censored]s.I do have blooding in my legs also Sameer had some injuries to his right leg. Car diver had ran away from then place. We visited D N Nagar Police Station But They said we need to go Andheri East Police Station being handicapped person it's vary difficult for me to driver my scooter but still I went after waiting for 1 hour Police man at Andheri Police station not accepted our complaint. Also Said Tata Car Doesn't have valid Insurance also he said driving rashly on the road we requesting to you please take strict action against car driver as I am handicapped person it's not possible for me to come to Andheri police station but I can give written complaint To Mulund police station. please let me know. What can I do on this.

Have received this message today. I am disputing this challan, as I haven't jumped the signal at all.

Hello. this is the 2nd time That this incident has happened where my car which was parked properly in a proper parking space, has been towed.
Pl note the parking DOES NOT cause any danger to anyone/ obstruction of traffic/ obstruction of pedestrian/ parked in no parking/ inconvenience to any body. It was parked abiding all parking rules. There is no board of no parking nor does it mention any time for parking. The lane is filled with cars parked. Infact some cars are also parked on foot path and nothing has been done about it.
Whereas my car has been towed and there is a parking of some other car now there.

I have images & videos of evrything with proof which can be displayed whenever required!

Request you to kindly look into it. And serve less trouble to loyal tax payers.
