Dear ma'am/sir,

There is a wrong challan against my motorcycle vehicle number MH03DF4727 for an over speeding offence carried out by a Maruti Ertiga in a place called Ghoti. Attaching the e-challan details herewith.
My vehicle of said number is a Royal Enfield interceptor 650 motorcycle and not an ertiga.
Request kind disposal of the wrongly billed challan.

Seems like the vehicle in question is MH03CF4727 written in devnagri script which I assume is a seperate offence as well.

    I have received a challan for riding without helmet on 14-Sep-2021 16:00 with challan number MUMCC[protected]

    However, this is not my vehicle. The colour and the number of the offense vehicle in the picture is different and does not match with my vehicle.
    Attaching my vehicle details(colour and number) for the same.

    Please rectify the issue from your end let me know if any other details are required from me.

      Address: Room No. 332, Dr. babasaheb ambedkar nagar, Cuffe Parade.

      Maharashtra Traffic Police has issued a Challan of Rs. 500/- for NO Parking Reason. I would like to inform that, My Two wheeler was not parked at NO Parking area. Since, "Adhiveshan" is going on at Nariman Point, for that purpose my Vehicle was shifted to Manora's Building - Nariman Point. I am attaching herewith the Photo's were taken at the time of Challan issued.
      Since, I have not break any Traffic Rules. I request you to quashed the Challan of Rs. 500/- Thanking You. Akshay Khamgaonkar.

        I own a car Honda Amaze and apparently someone with a 2 wheeler is impersonating my number plate and riding around in mumbai.
        There are more than 10 incidents that I have received a message from Mumbai traffic police and when I go to the e-challan website, I see picture of that activa.

        I have reported this to their email a couple of times but they only remove the last report challan. However there are still many challans shown against my car that do not belong to my car.

        Also, I get reminder calls from Mumbai Traffic police to clear the fine.

          3 dec 2021, Car No.- MH04FF2934, car type- LMV, Speed allowed- 100kmph, Speed travelling on 95kmph

          On the expressway, near Panvel, I was travelling at 95kmph in my LMV (SKODA LAURA), while the allowed speed was 100kmph, but I have been given a chalan of overspeeding with the limit of 80kmph. I hope my complaint gets resolved quickly.

            Hi, I have a four wheeler vehicle and I saw online there is false challan of breaking signal dated 17/12/2021. But I didn't went anywhere that day and also evidence attached with the challan is picture of some random two wheeler vehicle.

                Double fine charged for car MH04KR3516, as due to misunderstanding of road we entered wrong lane but the police has charged twice with different mentioned reason one with jumping signal n other with police manual signal violation, how two charges can be put for one mistake, kindly look into the issue and resend the revised challan.

                  I am sent 3 fines for vehical MH01DE3154 for speeding. All 3 are unfair and wrong challans. They calculate speeding from speed limit of 95 whereas sign boards on the road read 100. There are hardly any boards announcing odd speed limits like 95. Also my vehical speed in all cases was exceeding by as low as 1 KMPH to max 8 KMPH which must be within tolerance limit as it is not possible to calibrate speed with this exact level of accuracy

                    I mr mahesh kishor warang. Staying at kurla east, mumbai 400024.
                    Currently i am having a Maruti boleno Rg. No MH04BJ2369 But unfortunately you have posted a wrong e-challan on my vehicle. When i saw photos the vehicle is different in the photo... The vehicle is Honda city, black color. The person who using honda city having a similar no my vehicle no or may be some voluntary manipulation is done Vehicle no plate.

                    You plsss register the serious complaint against this vehicle. The honda city original no must be MH04JM2969. But they are using my vehie no either.

                    I would request you to plsss take a fast action.

                      As per above subject and referred e-Chalan. internet system shows e-chalan for my car MH06BM2071. Chalan date is 25th Nov, 2021. I and my car was not in mumbai on that day. System shows image is not my car it is clear the vehicle with same series but no is 2074 not 2071, also driver Yadav is not known to me. So it wrongly placed chalan to my vehicle. So i personally pray you to cancel above e-chalan.

                        Even the photo is not proper, they have just clicked the photo of number plate.

                        If i parked the car in no parking, why didn’t clicked full photo of car with no parking board.

                            Challan no. MUMCM[protected], 5th of Dec around 10 a.m., I was riding on my bike in wrong way from bombay hostipal - cross maidan for cricket match as i was in a hurry, 4 police inspectors stopped me at the end of bombay hsptl, I was not overspeeding / not rash driving / was wearing helmet / had all documents checked / nor my number plate is fancy then too the inspector put a 1000rs challan as i was in hurry i didn't ask about the challan and went on for the match. I sincerely request to please look into my topic as my challan should be only 200rs!

                                    I was issued an e-challan on 3rd November 2021 and my car number MH01DB7547 was towed for Parking my car near a Taxi stand. The car was parked well behind the Taxi Stand and no clear markings are there on the road for which I had to pay a fine of Rs. 672 to get the car released. The grievance page of Mumbai Traffic Police also does not allow to raise complaint against towing challans. I wish to receive full refund of fines paid. E-challan number is MUMCT[protected]. Image provided also does not show clear evidence.

                                      Wrong challan and grievance not accepted.

                                      I am Akash Kotadiya, Would like to raise complain against Mumbai traffic police. As they have issued a wrong challan and after reporting a grievance on Mumtrafficapp app service they have rejected saying Vehicle number is correct so the challan is correct.
                                      But I would like so show the image shown in challan was of 2wheeler. Perhaps important thing I want to share is "I have registered & received my new car on 25th November 2020 &...

                                      My name is Jang Bahadur Singh. I am receiving e-challans for my motorcycle (Royal Enfield Thunderbird-MH03 BX 8109). All these challans are fake as me and my motorcycle are not in Mumbai from Aug 2019 end. I had moved to Gurgaon in Sep 2019 and then moved to my hometown (Saharanpur). I took my motorcycle along with me.
                                      Some body is using a fake no. plate which has my motorcycle's no.
                                      i am receiving notices from Lok Adalat for these challans. Please look into this matter urgently as all these challans are fake.
