Dear Sir,

I am writing to your esteemed self to express my complain regarding the fine issued on me for Wrong Side driving (challan no MUMCM[protected] / Violation section MVDR 4/122177 MVA), insisted of following driving Rules The incident occurred[protected] while I was in Ghatkopar, I was driving in the right line and as shown in the picture my bike was waiting at the
signal so I haven't violented any traffic rules
This is my request that the authorities make a note of the situation kindly look into the matter and provide me relief from the chargers issued on me.

      I have received E-challans from Traffic Police Since last 6 months against said registration number it has been in the name of Milind V Dhotre who is resident of Bandra which i know when i have received Notice from Traffice Police

          This is to inform you that the challan number - MUMCT[protected] is generated against the wrong vehicle. The challan is generated against vehicle number - MH01 DC 2028 ( make Harley Davidson) Whereas, the photograph shows the vehicle number as MH 01 DG 2028 ( make Honda splendor)
          I’m attaching a photo of my vehicle with number as a proof.
          I request you rectify this error and cancel the challan raised against my vehicle. Of

            Dear sir,
            I have got a challan for jumping the signal which I don't agree. When I applied to traffic police grievance cell, I got just an SMS mentioning that, "Your request is declined. We found no distraction in offence. MHPECH." I saw the photo uploaded and found no evidence of jumping signal.
            Please help me in this regard.

                    I was travelling from Jogeshwari to goregaon east this evening. And I always take a right turn to take the new Jogeshwari flyover till the highway. While on the turn there was a traffic police named Ankush Rawle who stopped me saying there was a no right turn board below the signal ( which cleary wasn't visible to a naked eye). His tone towards me was very aggressive and unprofessional. He kept pointing his fingers towards me and kept raising his voice.

                        Regarding Challaan number : MUMCM[protected]

                        The car in the Evidence images is a Renault Duster whereas I have a Wagon R... The second evidence image is jus my number plate... I had raised a grievance but they replied saying challan is proper...

                        I don't mind paying the fines but at-least give me genuine evidences, this looks like there's something wrong in the challan issued... Attaching images for both the evidences and grievance...

                        Can Someone please look into this and get back as the MTP app is not allowing me to raise another grievance and the Mumbai Traffic Police Helpline number no one answers, even if they answer they pick up the phone and keep it aside...

                        Hope my issue will be resolved soon and I get a Satisfactory Answer or Reply...

                            My four wheeler was parked on road side near majas depot, jogeshwari east. the said road i not a main stream road and also the traffic is mostly the vehicles of nearby buildings. I was challaned for parking causing traffic congestion which is absurd. As per police officer they are complaint from nearby posh residential area and local corporator also residing same area. But why police is taking action because of complaint whether its legitimate or not. My challan no are MUMCM[protected]

                                  Here I am talking about traffic signal near Jambhulpada GHatkopar (west ).
                                  Mentioned traffic signal is installed 3 years ago and it hardly worked for 3 minutes . From day one it is not working and that increases work of traffic police in that particular area.
                                  At Jambhulpada, almost four roads are joining and heavy traffic is observed but traffic system do not worry about same.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and activate traffic signal at Jambhulpada GHATKOPAR WEST.

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        I have received a challan MUCCM[protected] for driving without helmet.
                                        There is no evidence or proof attached to the challan.
                                        I am very sure that there is some confusion since I have never driven without a helmet nor have there been any challans in the past with the same violation.
                                        So it's a request to investigate for relevant proof and reverse or cancel this challan.
