A unknown bike being parked in sri muthumariamman temple for years.The owner of bike is unknown.kindly pls do visit the temple and take necessary action.

With reference to above Challan raised for wrong parking, please note The car was parked properly and there was no offence and it has been fined wrongly. Please provide the location date and time of offence as there is no details in the image uploaded.
The photos and details i am uploading which has been captured in challan it will show that car is parked properly. Considering above please withdraw the challan.

I have lived in Mumbai all my life and always admired the BEST fleet and its careful drivers. on 09Aug at 22.25 a bus number MH47Y9540 ruined that perception.

The driver jumped a red light in front of the SEEPZ JVLR side gate and took a high speed reckless u turn almost knocking out an auto rickshaw who had the green traffic light and right of way.
He then drove intimidatingly and dangerously trying to overtake me. I was not able to offer him space to pass due to the uneven surface, the ongoing metro construction and an obstruction caused by a contractors trailer truck which was taking a slow turn in front of the seepz main gate
The driver of the said bus [image of bus enclosed as proof] then harassed me over took me dangerously blocked me preventing my left turn at Seepz MIDC end signal
He then abused me loudly, intimidated me threatened to run me over and challenged me to complaint wherever I pleased and said BEST would take no action against him
He blocked my path continuously and drove off after hurling more abuses
I called the central BEST complaint number and was dealt with courteously be one mr Kalebag at 10.50pm approx.He said these are contracted vehicles and he has no record of such a vehicle and that I must make a complaint direct to the police on this matter
I am surprised and disappointed at the blatant lawlessness of your driver [even if on contract] the apparent helpless condition in which BEST finds itself in & the obvious danger to Mumbaikars

Please can you address this issue on priority since the driver may be under the influence of some substance abuse and innocent lives may be lost. The driver cannot be permitted to drive a public transport vehicle any longer and must be examined for intoxicating substance consumption

I am resident of Asalpha village Ghatkopar west
The people around our area are parked his vehicle near asalpha fish matket ( andheri - Ghatkopar link road).
But suddenly a Kashinath name local goon asking for money from peoples for parking. And if someone not gives then he intimidated peoples and damaged those people's vehicles.
Please take some immediate actions on such goon rackets.

Today (05/08/2021) I get Notification of No Parking fine, then I visit apps and seen violation photos that isn't my bike, that bike no. Is MH 03 CF 9017 (Honda Dio) & My bike no. is MH 03 CR 9017 (Honda Activa 4G) . This happened by mistake so plz resolved it Have a great day .

I get notification of no parking fine but My Bike no. Is MH 03 CR 9017 (Honda Activa 4G ) and you did mistake that Bike no. Is MH 03 CF 9017 (Honda Dio). Plz do resolved this issue .

Respected Sir/Madam,

On 30th July 2021 Friday, I went to Fortis Hospital, Mulund for Vaccination with my nephew on
bike(MH03AY9598). At Fortis hospital parking was full (Photo proof Attach) and security on the gate
asked me to park the bike outside next to hospital gate. My nephew went inside for vaccination and I
was seated next to Hospital gate near my bike talking on the phone facing hospital gate.

One Traffic Police officer and towing vehicle with 3 workforce came and I was not aware of the same as
I was facing Hospital gate. Towing Workers put the lock on the back wheel of my bike and police officer
took the pictures immediately. When people start shouting then I saw that my bike is locked.
Immediately I asked police officer to remove the lock of my bike but he keep ignoring me.
Very politely and respectfully, again I requested traffic police officer to remove the lock but he said
he has generated the challan online (Challan No.MUMCM[protected]). I keep cool and again requested
police officer to cancel fine but he put another fine of Rs.50 for blocking flow of traffic. He did not
treat me properly and was so bad-mannered. I asked Policeman his name but he already hide his name tag
and arrogantly said that do whatever you want to do?

This is absolutely wrong way of making challan online without any reason even if there is no sign of No
Parking. I parked the bike on the instructions of Fortis Hospital Security and seated near my bike
only. I have not broken any rule of Mumbai Traffic. My bike was far away from Bus stop and nothing to
with blocking any traffic signs. My bike was parked near hospital gate below tree in rough place which
is not in use and away from main cement road. There was also a barricade on main road behind my bike
(Photo Proof attach). So no way for any breaking any traffic rule.

I want justice against this incident, as on duty traffic Policeman has put wrong violations against
parking in challan and I really wanted to file a complaint against on duty cop for the harassment who
is wrongly using his power o[censored]niform and rights.

I am attaching some photos for your ready reference which will present the clear picture against wrong
violations described by on duty traffic police officer in challan.

I look forward to receive positive and helpful reply from your end at earliest.

MH01 CN 8528 the person was riding his bike wrong way in the traffic.

Dear Sir,

It is with great disappointment that i am writing to you, my name is manav Chhabria, i reside in Meena Apartment, 5th Road, T.P.S-3, Santacruz East, Mumbai -400055, my vehicle no. Is MH02FG0433, sir this is regarding to false challan's being raised with faulty images being clicked and uploaded on a regular basis.

Traffic Police officer Mr. Sanjay Barkade has been raising challans for vehicle being clamped whereas there is no clamp on the vehicle being put, the officer is just putting the clamp to remove a picture for the upload and then immediately removing of the clamp, and this has been happening on a regular basis,
Also sir my vehicle is parked in a proper manner inside my lane and it is neither being an obstruction to any of the passing vehicles nor creating a nuisance as claimed.

It is my humble request to you sir to please take some action regarding this at the earliest and to cancel these false challans that have been raised sir.

Dear sir received a e challan for car MH O2FE 4635 on 29/7/21 but pic supporting is not my car . My car is a i20 and photo sent is of skoda. Request you to kindly revert the fine

My vehicle no : MH48 BS 1447 Dio ( blue & white colour).
I have checked my E challan in Mum traffic app. It shows 5 fines which the wrong challan has been charged by my vehicle no
dated on : 24/12/2020, 26/12/2020, 01/02/2021, 07/07/2021 & 09/07/2021
The image shows that the unknown person he has misusing my vehicle No to his scotty,

For your info,

my vehicle no plate is Square in shape.
& Unknown guy is using a vehicle no plate rectangular shape . ( same vehicle no )

We had parked in a lane on the left hand side of the road. There was no indicator or sign for “No Parking”. Within 5 minutes of parking we got a notification that we had been levied a fine for Rs. 200. When we went back we found the office and checked with him on why we had been fined. He said this was a no parking zone. When we said there was no board, he mentioned that it was broken and very rudely said this was not his job to repair board signs. When we asked how we would know this was a no parking zone, he didn’t say anything.

This is the service and patronage of Mumbai police? Shameful troubling senior citizens like this.

I puneet verma having a car hyundai verna fudic (white color) registered number plate MH01 BF 0396, I got a fine for the same number plate and the car doesn't belong to me, challan number HSPCC[protected] for the fine I got, so please look in the matter so that any illegal activity done by that car doesn't come into my name.
I'm adding the image of the challan copy, image of the car and my RC copy.

I have received echallan no MUMCM[protected] TADAY AT 11.42 AM FINE RS 500 .THE IMAGE SHOW THE PICTURE OF ACTIVA WITH THE NUMBER MH02 DL 9167 . BUT I HAVE BULLET THUNDER BOLT 350 WITH THE SAME NUMBER AND I AM NOT DRIVING MY BULLET FROM LAST 1 MONTH.so the challan is wrong please cancel the challan .

RTO not following rules then how aspect to general public will follow rule. Every body have some work with road side bank, general store, shopping center, at least single parking on side.
