I am not good in english so i am writing complain in hindi.

Mumbai me itni traffic hai har jageh road ka kaam chal rha hai lekin har kaam boht hi slow ho raha hai. Agr ye kaam jaldi ho zada se yaad road badi ho or flyovers banay jaaay to shayd mumbai ki traffic se kuch to rhat mile.

Aam aadmi se lekar goverment officer tk sab jante hai k mumbai ki traffic kitni bekaar hai, local roads ho ya highway sb ka yahi haal hai.

Muje ptaa hai mere is complain se koi farq nhi padegaaa lekin shaayd aap logo ko ehsaas ho k public kitni pareshan hai.

This challan is generated for 2 WHEELER number - MH 02 DT 3857
It is Honda Activa 2 wheeler (Please see the image in challan).

Please remove this challan from my car since it does not belong to me.

I Gaurav Nandola, owner of scooter Activa 5G with registration no. MH-01-DC-6168.

I would like to draw your attention towards E challan received in Mumtraffic App for 200 rupees against wrong parking on 07.07.2021 vide challan id MUMCM[protected] and picture shown as proof is of some tempo with registration no. MH 03 DC 6168.

It means the challan to be sent to owner of tempo with registration no. MH 03 DC 6168 but inputter wrongly mentioned no. as MH 01 DC 6168 and challan has come to me. Yesterday I visited Tardeo RTO office and officer available in officer advise to send mail to captioned id with challan no and photos.

Please find the screen shot of Challan id and picture of of tempo who should be charged for wrong parking and my activa 5G photo with number plate which is wrongly tagged in your challan and charged me.

Kindly make correction and reverse the entry and remove the challan from my profile.

I will be highly obliged for earlier action from your side.

The challan generated (MUMCM[protected]) against my vehicle number MH05EN0704 is wrong.
Photo taken on the date 30 January 2021 doesn't belong to me, i was not at that place, it seems like wrong vehicle no has been picked by the system, also picture doesn't show number plate clearly.

Kindly help me with the same.

I am staying at A 59, Veeradesai road . every time, Challan person comes in our area and gives us wrong E challan .Since last 15 years we are parking the car and its always within trees but since last few months we are just being harassed. My wife is a patient and have to take her to hospital every 2nd day and may be in emergency also . There is not any NO PARKING BOARD mentioned. There are so many cars parked opposite our building and down our building on the road but they have not got any challan. For us its like mental harrasment . My car number is MH 01DE8858 .please take this complain on serious basis. I need to park the car below my building only as need to take my wife to hospital every alternate day as she is KIDNEY PATIENT

Dear Sir,

I was riding my bike (MH01-DD6708) on 3rd July evening 6 pm at Vashi. I took right turn on Shivaji Chowk on yellow on speed.
Traffic Police there (Mr. Mane/ Buckle 920) stopped and said as you jumped on red, you need to pay fine and submit your license. I told him to check camera first. He refused and forcefully took my license and put fine. He asked me to come to Traffic chowky below Vashi Bridge to check camera next day.
I went there next day - police there told me that there is no system to show CCTV footage.
You need to pay fine and get license on 9th July from APMC RTO Office.

I visited RTO office at APMC Vashi today (9th July) and they said your license is suspended for 3 months.

This is total misuse of power. Why no one told me about this before paying fine? Without even checking camera, without giving me a chance to clear my side, how can you suspend license?

Kindly check footage and refund my fine and license.

Wrong challain. No proper evidence.

There is no image how i suppose to pay my fine is this me or some one else my challan no is MUMCM[protected]

My bike was in no parking and they fined me 900 its supposed to be 200

I have a fine on my bike which is not my bike This is not my bike and the person riding is not me. I own a Suzuki gixxer and it's registration number is MH-01-BZ9168-. This is a case of wrong filling of e-Challan. The person who is finned is riding a Activa

My vehicle number MH02DH7590 has stopped for cheaking and the officer has demanded for license and I have shown valid license (license number - MH[protected] but then also they had charged the fine on my vehicle without updating me they also taken the photo without updating or telling me after when they said to go and then they putted fine on my vehicle, I kindly request you to please cancel the fine of my vehicle . thank you !

we were driving from Rajkot to pune and on that road on airoli bridge during left turn police said we jump signal.
unable to understand first why signal as there is a divider for left turn and again it is left turn.
second point is why it is considered as dangerous driving. if he has any film would like to check as i was dring with my wife and son and will never do so.

Sir, with due respect, I hereby submitting that a few wrong e-challan have been submitted against my vehicle number (MH-14-HD-8362) during the COVID-19 lock-down period for over speeding. I go to office everyday by the same road but never faced such issue except the lock-down period. I request to re-check your system and review challans. After that inform me again. Thank you....

The complaint is hereby extended in a hope of proper action against the defaulters.

I booked an Ola Cab whose particulars are as below:

As usual I made my payment using my Credit Card online. The driver asked me to pay via his own QR Code. Since I had already initiated the payment process through my Credit Card, I denied his request.

For the above mentioned reason driver denied to take us (myself-Divyang and my 12 years old daughter) to our destination and stopped the car near Bal Bharti College gate in Kandivali West by saying that you get down the cab. Otherwise if you wish to sit, for whatever time, but I ll not drive the car. He literally asked us to get down the cab and book another ride.

Being a divyang travelling with my daughter, I felt unsafe and tried to complaint through Ola customer care and simultaneously I tried to get the help from the Traffic Police Mr. Shinde who was on duty near SBI Bank S.V.Road, Kandivali West. Mr Shinde literally denied to help me. Instead of fining the driver he asked me to call City Police and register a complaint. Even after several attempts and ignoring my disability condition he intentionally denied his duty and did not extend the help.

Then I dialed city police on 100 and ensured the help within half an hour.

The following points are to be answered:
1. Why did Mr Shinde not fined the driver for denial of duty?
2. Why did Mr Shinde reluctant to extend timely help even after being on duty nearby me?

Considering the above facts the fraudulent driver must be fined for denial of his duty and pushing us in unsafe situation with the help of his cab number provided above. And also disciplinary action must be initiated against on duty traffic police Mr Shinde for his inefficiency to extend the timely help.

I have park scooter in front of my building in parking zone, buulding name patel mansion, i have got 2 scooter challan, we are parking scooter over there from Last 20 years, and there is no board of no parking over there, now also many car and scooter have been park, everyday many vehicles are park over there.
So please chancelled my challen its 200+200=400 thtal challan, (1) mumcm[protected].
(2) mumcm[protected].in 20 years this is first time i got challan for scooter parking,

Dear sir,

Today date 03.07.2021 travel from borivali station to Dombivli East distance 56km appx and taxi meter showing Rs1457/- but as per taxi fare meter should be charged Rs 950 appx.
It means there is an theft by taxi driver by making some settings in meter.

My scooter was towed from the next lane of Khar West traffic police chowki there were five more bikes parked next to mine but they belonged to a garage so they weren't towed my scooter was towed from between them is this the work towing people are doing now, after asking the officer at the chowki Mr Siddesh more says we don't know anything we pick the bikes that are visible I asked him to come and see that those other bikes are still in place and only mine has been towed but he says the boys pick it so he doesn't know, I have paid my fine as a sincere citizen but even 500 rupees makes a difference also dont rules apply to all? Please look into it how the bikes of a garage are not towed opp Mohini towers Sv road Khar West 400052
