How simply putting photos can prove that it is fault of the consumer

I can put photo of 100 cars of police and politician, does that mean there is a default?

I am ok if it is 100% system driven and system audit is published.

      I have been served with a traffic violation for speaking on my car’s Bluetooth. I have been fined 1200 for it 200 for speaking on phone and 1000 for dangerous driving, Sir I was driving at not more that 20kms . My mistake was in asking the police that is it illegal to speak on car hands free . I am not disputing that I was not talking on the hands free but dangerous driving certainly not. I will pay the fine if I have done something wrong, which I certainly did not . Hope you will consider my argument

          We hereby request you and your team to look into our matter and do something to resolve our problem. Every time when we go out or come in we need to get out of our car take the bikes aside than we can go ahead. In normal days we r doing but in case of emergency the person will die in our area itself. Sir please look into this matter it is very humble request.

                I showed the police officer my valid license as he requested however he has still fined me with failing to produce a valid license. I request you to cancel the challan as I complied with the police officers request. This incident took place near Nariman point Mumbai on 27th June 2021 at approximately 6.00 pm.

                    Today morning I received the attached e-Challan on my mobile. This is not my bike and the person riding is not me. I own a Yamaha FZ and it's registration number is MH-47-AA-4436. This is a case of wrong filling of e-Challan. The person who is finned is riding a Yamaha R15

                              I Live at kemps corner, under the Pedder Road Flyover at 7 N S Patkar Marg, Building Name : Mohmad Bhoy Mansion, after instructed by certain officials we were asked to park our cars at the location where i have been Charged a challan, due to the ongoing work on 7 N S PAtkard marg and below the flyover. i have been charged Rs 200 on 3 different occasion and would request you to please look into the Charges and clear the Confusion please.

                                E-challan of another vehicle (MH01AG5526) wrongly issued to my vehicle (MH01AG5523) on[protected]. I made a telephonic complaint the same day, and was asked to send an email to [protected]@mahatrafficechallan.gov.in. Two emails were sent on[protected] and 4-2-2021, with no response. After another phone call, two more emails were sent to [protected]@mahatrafficechallan.gov.in by traffic.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in but also without any response or correction. the photo evidence proves my case. Please remove this echallan from my vehicle's records.

                                Dear Sir, My vehicle number is MH05CM6487 and it shown wrong overspeeding challan... Vehicle was in Kolhapur since 1st to 15th may... It is by mistake you have mentioned this. Kindly resolved it. I was quarantine during this period. And related documents are with me.

                                  Re: Challan No. MUMCM[protected] issued on my vehicle MH03BW4594 on 17/6/2021. The offence cited is "No entry in one way". This is a false charge, as I was driving on Shahid Bhagat Singh Road after Colaba Post Office and in the direction of Navy Nagar, which is a two-way road. The two photos given as evidence both prove my point, as Naturals Ice Cream and the entry to Usha Sadan society can be clearly seen in the background, showing I was on a two-way street and on the left-side of the road. Please have the e-challan removed from my car details.

                                  Updated by UdayRao                                   Mumbai Traffic Police has denied my grievance which I had made on the app, without providing any evidence that the road I was travelling on was a one-way road. It seems that the mere taking of a photo of a license plate is considered sufficient evidence of a violation, with no need to even justify or prove the violation.

                                    On this challan bike was not mine and model also but number was little different i request you to please check this mistake

                                    Today I received challan no. MUMCM[protected] from Mumbai traffic police which is incorrect.

                                    After checking the images received I noticed it was for Hyundai I10 MH02BY8004 but it was wrongly issued to me for a Maruti Dzire. MH02BY8002.

                                    I belong to Pune and my car was parked in my society's parking on the date and time given in the challan also I would like to inform you that have neither visited Mumbai by car in recent years.

                                    it is requested to kindly make the necessary corrections.

                                        Like to put on your notice that my frnd mother passed away on 14th april 2021 n as per there rituals he cannot put anything on his head for a month however i gave him my bike (mh02fm4224) on 10th may 2021 as he wanted to go to collect the death certificate of his mother however he was caught for not wearing helmet hence he informed the officer on duty the reason he is not able to wear the helmet so the officer have already charged him so please so the needful to revert/remove the e-challan n also the officer asked him his contact no so he provided his no#[protected] hence requesting to remove his no from the link.
