I have been charged a challan for no reason. The vehicle mentioned at my e-challan is not mine. I am having a bike and the challan charged to me belongs to a car [MH01BK6579] which is not mine. But I have paid the challan and so I need refund.
I request you to refund the amount that I have paid.
My vehicle(Bike) number is MH01BX6579.
Challan no=.MTPCHC[protected]....

The above mentioned echallan for my car no. MH-47-AB-8838 was issued with a reason "parking of vehicle in a dangerous condition".
Attaching herewith the picture attached in the echallan, it is not indicating or proving that my vehicle is parked in a dangerous condition.

I am also attaching herewith the pictures taken by me immediately after I received the echallan.

Kindly be informed that I have never parked the car at the location shown in the photograh. On the contrary I stopped to verify tyres as I was experiencing some drag.

We were on a trip to Goa by road and I pulled aside over a section of the road which is not used.

I keep getting messages for vehicle number MH04HD1914. This car is not registered in my name. In fact I don't own any vehicle right now. Pls correct your records and stop these messages....

My vehicle no. MH02FB6505 is of Santa Cruz, and I was going to Kalyan with my grade son for some personal reason and my auto rickshaw was with half meter and empty. In Shilphata traffic police officer issued a challan for with out uniform as I have explained him the purpose of casual dress, but he was not ready to listen.

My car had breakdown on the road. Instead of helping me the concerned traffic police charged for obstructing traffic. It was breakdown of my car and I did not part in the middle of road. Kindly look into the matter ans help the tax paying Indian resident....

I am Rajesh Rupchandani. On 6th December an e challan issued by shri Anand Ghadge for without seat belt, challan No. TNCCM[protected] in Kon gaon near Kalyan city.
I paid Rs. 200s on 13 feb. 2021.
1) I want to know is your officer was correct?
2) Seat belt is compulsory in Kon gaon?
3) On Duty he was without his name, is he correct?

The E-challan No. NVMCM[protected] dated 29-Jan-2021 13:18 shown below is not for my Car.

My Car is Honda City with registration no. MH46 Z 3180 and the registration no. of car in photograph is MH 46 Z 2035. Also my car has not travelled on[protected], as I was out of town on[protected]. My car was parked in my society.
