I was driving in my car White Creta MH01DB 0172 yesterday 26/3/21 around 7 .15 pm night at Worli sea link and was entering the road to Worli when the signal was green and it turned orange after I entered the road
But I was flagged down by the 2 RTO officials man and lady even though I had not broken a signal .The photo was taken and I got a challan notice for Rs 200/- even though I did no break any signal .
When I continued saying that I had not broken the signal one of them said that there would be no fine it is just to tell that people are crossing and we should be careful when entering the main road but my husband received the challan after 5 minutes in his phone .
If law abiding citizens are made to pay fine even when they have done no wrong ., it shows the RTO in bad light .If target is to get fines for year end then the idea for stopping a lady who has not broken a signal just to extract a fine speaks very poorly of the RTO officers who were posted at the Worli seaface on 26 March 2021 at 7.15 pm .They were ignoring my pleas and just didn't bother and told lies that no fine is being levied .
The CC TV footage of breaking the signal may be shown to prove whether any signal was broken or not by me ..thereafter the challan may be cancelled and I may be intimated .

I received the message regarding Fine due to Dangerous driving and
Police manual signal violation on 27Mar 2.22PM challan number is
MUMCM[protected].

This is the wrong challan and forcefully sent it.
Please find the below point which clearly states that this one is the wrong one.

1) Evidence images in challan - I checked the images which was
mentioned on Challan, it is too old images and in image it clearly
shows that my car having yellow number plate which is completely wrong
because I have already convert my vehicle to private in Dec-2019. So
how can my car police capture my vehicle with yellow number plate.

2) Challan Location- In challan location is mentioned some number when
i googled it it is showing somewhere in mumbai near chunnabhatti. But
Today on 27mar2021 i didn't went anywhere so how police imposed fine
on my vehicle.

3)Date and Time - challan date and time is showing 27-Mar-2021 14:22
but at this time I am sitting at home and watching movie then how
police imposed me fine on my vehicle.

Please take all the points into consideration and help me to get it resolved.
Also please find the below evidence from my side.

1) Image -

Please find the attached images. In images it is clearly seen that My
vehicle is having white number plate and you can see the vehicle is
parked in front of my home and also see the timestamp on photo which
clearly states that wrong challan imposed on my vehicle.

Please do the needful on this.

Actual Car as per Traffic Camera is MH 04 HM 4583.
Therefore you are requested to remove Fine from my Car MH 04 HM 4683

Dear sir / maam,
I was issued echallan twice for breaking the signal. I have already paid one of them.
Paid challan no. - TNCCM[protected]

And duplicate challan no. is TNCCO21EKQG1SI07

I humbly request you to please cancel the duplicate challan.

Hi Team,

The challan (MUMCM[protected]) has been charged for my car with registration number MH14FM1563 and is wrong.
Please recheck the challan and see that the correct challan should be against vehicle MH14FH1563 (scooty) as visible in the images attached in the challan.

Request you to cancel the challan against the vehicle MH14FM1563(i20 car) and charge it against the correct vehicle MH14FH1563 (scooty)

Image attached of the vehicle MH14FH1563 which is also available in challan.

I have also attached my car RC for MH14FM1563 as proof.
The reason for challan is not wearing helmet and it is for vehicle MH14FH1563 and not for my car - MH14FM1563

There is no footpath n no zebra crossing its not mentioned that's it's a no parking zone ...

I have been served an e-challan TNCCM[protected] for dangerous driving and police manual signal violation which does not belong to my scooter. It's belong to some bike. E-challan pic, bike pics and my scooter pic attached for your reference. I am not sure if i should pay a fine for a traffic violation which i haven't even done. Please fix the issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

With reference to arrach challan details, I hereby confirm that I had mistakenly taken left turn while signal was red (As it is allowed in most of signals). I am ready to pay fine for the same but I am also charged for dangerous driving which I have not done in my life time. Constable on the place had asked from me fine amount in "cash" and he was ready to negotiate but I had refused the same. That was the sole reason I am charged for wrong challan. I hereby request your goodself to kindly look into the same and take necessary steps so that no innocent person suffers like me. If proven guilty for dangerous driving I am ready to face even imprisonment of 6 months as per law.

With due respect and sovereignty of on duty officer, I would like to inform you that the subject E challan token is wrongly issued against my vehicle no. MH05EJ6015.

I have been stopped by the officer on my way to Ekvira Darshan with my family, against no fault of mine, requesting to reason of being stopped he has issued the said challan.

I have valid driving licence which I always carry and also displayed to your on-duty officer during instigation, however I found challan have been issued against no fault of mine.

Sir, I request you for your kind justice and withdrawal of this e-challan.

I have received Challan Bearing No. MUMCM[protected] for Rs. 500/-. I would like to state that the challan generated is not for my activa. Attached is the pic which i received against the challan, if you zoom the pic the number of the vehicle is MH03CF9992 and vehicle is maestro.
I would further like to inform you that my vehicle no. MH03CF9892 and vehicle is jupiter. Attached is the photo of my vehicle and my number plate..
I have been fined with someone else challan.

On 10 March 2021, when I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune in the evening after my medical checkup, some traffic police told me that I would have to stop and pay the penalty for not stopping at the signal. They shouted on me continuously and forced me to submit my license to them. The signal was green when I moved the car ahead. I told him everything but he shouted a lot and made e-chalan.

Dear Mumbai Traffic Police,
In case you haven't noticed the number of cars using white blinding extra power headlights have become a fashion statement and a status symbol blinding law abiding normal halogen using driver's at a disadvantage.
The danger to life and limb caused by these violations cannot be overlooked.
Kindly clarify if these are legal so the rest o[censored]s can spend a few hundred and arm ourselves with these products and if not, kindly enforce the illegal use of these lights.
As of now, nothing is being done and the numbers are just increasing day by day.

Sir, in the attached picture of proof, the Vehicle Number is MH O3 AW 7860 and its a Toyota Innova.

My vehicle number is MHO3 AW 7850 and is a Maruti Swift Vxi.

Kindly take necessary steps to correct this and remove the challan issued against my vehicle number MH03 AW 7850

I received SMS to pay fine for these below Points

1) Parking vehicle in dangerous condition/Causing obstruction to free flow of traffic
2) Police manual signal violation
3) Cab / Taxi driver without Uniform (Motor Cab)

Hi, My challan number is MBYCM[protected] and I was wrongly charged with violation as parking vehicle in dangerous condition and my vehicle was parked in the cross line and last time I was told by the police to park inside the cross line and now its inside cross line then how it will obstruct traffic, if so then remove the cross line
