I have a fine on my motorcycle of rs 1000 on july 20/2022 for riding without helmet and police stop violation, which is definitely wrong!!! and they also attached the Violation Image as a evidence which is clearly visible that there is no bike in the image, ...so i have raised the complaint in MumTrafficApp on sept-16 with my challan no #MUMCM[protected] and the complaint was denied, because their on-duty traffic police constable was the eye witness of my violation...but the fact is my new bike delivered on the month of August not on july And the fine is for july month

Wrong challan for jumping signal. Police had only asked to cross over as there was traffic jam. The evidence also shows other cars with me in photo. The decline of complain says the said police man is witness. So seems unfair. I've never contested a jump signal challan before. But this is wrong. Next time I think we will not move even if police asks us to cross in red signal in jams

On 8th September, Thursday, around 6pm, after waiting for 30mins we sat in an auto then this auto driver told us to get down from him rikhsaw while we were already inside. He wasn’t even wearing a proper uniform, he refused to take us and we had to get down. He was very rude and disrespectful.

My bike was parked in a parking spot, and was wrongly toes, its been a year for me to park in that particular spot and was moved by someone else and has gotten toed with a charge of 1700/-

Car was parked (for few minutes of a bank visit, as parking space near bank was unavailable). Moreover, I did ensure the parking is done very carefully in NOT a "no parking space", making double sure there is no obstruction even to large trucks. Violation reported is false to my eyes, and is a disrespect to responsible citizens. I did pay the amount (Rs 972 through my credit card) without any noise being a true citizen of this country, but i regret of this unfairness to my hard earned money. Challan number MUMCT[protected] (i did try submitting a grievance on Maharashtra traffic police website, but looks like towing based challan complaint is not allowed to be reported on it). Not sure, if this is the right place to complain, but wanted to try in case i may get a help. Thank you.

I have travelled to mira road on 3 sept 2022 for getting my hair treatment.
At location : 19.[protected], 72.[protected] two traffic hawaldar (one male and one female) "they refused to tell me there name" have Wrongly charged and penalised me for jumping signal.
I have not jumped any signal neither i have break any other rule. They stopped me on road, checked my all doc (vehicle lic, insurance, RC) on finding my all documents OK they charged me for jumping signal. Even the photo of my car is taken while it was in stop condition.
Kind request to look into the matter and kindly revoke/reverse my panelty changes : Challan No. : TNCCM[protected] .

Last night AROUND 23.42 taxi NUMBER MH 03 AT 3639 REFUSED FARE from Parel to Sion because of short distance . and taxi driver is to much aggressive and not wearing uniform also . me with family 4 member ( out of 4 3 are ladies )

I have raised a grievance against a wrong fine charged against my car. And grievance got declined.

Challan says that i have jumped the signal and did not produce licence.

That challan is totally wrong, i have proof from my car's dashcam that i drove in green light and showed him licence from Digilocker. But he fined me for no reason. Please rectify it

I was fined for Rs. 2000 on Sion Panvel Highway for overspeeding where my speed of the vehicle was clocked at 68 KMPH and the speed limit is mentioned as 50 KMPH. While coming down from Kamothe bridge I will be required to apply the braking if needs to get down to 50 KMPH on a 3 Lane highway which arised the chances of getting rear ended.

Request you to exempt me from the fine payment.

Please note yesterday evening I received challan vide # MUMCM[protected] through sms.
As per evidence shared image1 &2 it clear that BMW make car having registration number MH46AP0468. But it wrongly assign to my car MH46AP0465 (Honda Mobileo).
Kindly rectify the challan which was assign to my car and assign to car who had violated the law.

What is the use of EXPRESS Highway if we have to drive in such slow speed like city traffic. Is this the way the govt get collect money on such stupid fine?
We pay income tax toll tax and this stupid or irrelevant( we had 75 speed ) fines because of this govt rules. My question is what is the use of so called "EXPRESS highway " if we dont have atleast 100 speed limit? And where are the boards of those speed limits? Do we drive the vehicle or read those somewhere outside behind the trees boards?? I request you to please ye logose faltoo rules banake paisa mat mikalo. It is not affordable. Agar nikalne he paise to vo proper board vagera lagane ke liye bhi use karo.

No horn used at that time how traffic police impose the fine of horn. No police stop violation done here. Very wrong fine for voilences which are not happens. You can ask the shopkeepers fot the same. Very bad experience of mumbai traffic police.

Very bad exprience of traffic police. You can only impose the fine of wuthout helmet which i missed at shop. I am going to tale it back from shop on the said raod. Please clarify the mistake or otheriwse its impact the duty of govt officer's. Which are mislead the public.

There is heavy traffic daily basis at Sakinaka junction this main because of the right turns allowed on Sakivihar road these turns need to be closed in peak hours 8 am to 11 am and 5 pm to 8 pm on urgent basis.

This is for Challan number TNCCM[protected]. My vehicle MH47Q5558 was charged by police for 500rs.. Earlier he asked me to stop car at check post for which I pushed my car to left side slowly.. while doing that other officer started whistling and ask me to move my car and leave as there was traffic. Still after moving for half and hour that police officer fined me for 500 as signal jumping. I have paid this fine online but this is pure stupidity that the power which police got, they can fine anyone for no reason. This is frustrating to digest as there is no power left in people of this country and government can do anything.

I need clarity on can you cut a challan for a signal which has absolutely no functionality for the vehicles as there is metro work going on.
The traffic signal in question is the one after the Penkarpada police chowky if you are moving towards Mira Road. The Penkarpada police chowky signal doesn’t allow a U turn as metro work is in progress. U make customer go to additional distances in the name of metro work and make police personals pick us at signals which have no traffic functionality for vehicle owners.
This is a wrong way of governance. I need a reason on why such rules are imposed… just to cause inconvenience and trouble?

my name is ganesh v shelar, my bike number is MH04HA7256 .I have recived a wrong challan charge on my bike number, which is not my bike its on other bike number (last digit was wrong) i have try to raise complent on MumTrafficapp but there has show ..can't raise grievance againts sent to court challan. also i have mail on multimedia cell traffic mumbai but from there also i have not recived proper ans ...so i have request you to help me to clear my this problem ... my challan number is MUCCM[protected] .

On 5th aug 2022, I was at girgaon chowpatty with friends, where we were searching for a parking space to park our bikes and after sometime we approached the onduty traffic policeman for the same and he showed us the place at the corner of the road where we can park our bike without disturbing the traffic however after few days I checked the MTP app and found out that I have a pending NO parking challan for the same spot. I believe this was captured by the nearby camera. In our opinion we followed the rules but still got charged I am looking to waived off the fine.

Sir i m parking my from near ruby hospital jogeshwari west from 10 years. And today in morning 18 August 2022. A challan has been issued on my regarding sec 122/177.
I have parked my bike on the same place where I used to parked everyday. But today A challan has been issued.

I raised grievances MUMGR[protected] FOR Challan MUMCM[protected] for duplicate challan
for same day and time and same place. Just by declining the grievances is not a solution.
I am not accepting you declining reason that your officer is witness. If I am raising concern against the
challan how come you make same officer as witness. As per rule one cannot imposed duplicate challan for
same offence on citizen. Challan MUMCM[protected] is duplicate for challan MUMCM[protected].

Again for challn MUMCM[protected] offence is not valid because I did not parked my vehicle in
No Parking zone nor I did angle or double parking for harassing ur disturbing other citizen.
Please refer screen shot taken by your officer. As witness he should take complete screen rather than just taking screen shot of
vehicle and harass citizen by imposing in valid fine on citizen.

Again I my self is IT director and make out that reply to gradiences MUMGR[protected] and MUMGR[protected] is system generated
because same word to word reason was replied irrespective of grievances description.

My humble request to you, please do needful and do justice with my case.

I was on Senapati Bapat Marg, going towards Parel. While passing by the World tower I got a important call which I need to receive so rested my car along the footpath, put the parking lights/ hazard lights On and recived the call for few minutes (maximum 2-3 mins) after which I kept aside my mobile and turned off the parking lights/ hazard lights and back on the road on my way.
Between this few mins I was booked online by a police official as parking in no parking. Whereas in the photo uploaded for e-challan it can clear be seen the parking lights on. The official person must have seen me sitting inside he/she was able to asked me to move my car if it was creating any obstruction I would have moved the car and drove off immediately. The official only upload a picture from the rear side of car. He/she should have upload from the front as well in which I can be seen seating inside, but decided not to do so.
