Mai up police me job krta hu. Aaj mere Order ki delivery honi thi aur delivery boy aaya aur mere paas call kiya. Us samay main duty per tha aur jab mai order lene pahucha to wo doosri jagah chala gaya aur fir jab maine use call kiya to phle to usne 3 se 4 baar call receive nhi kiya fir jb call receive kiya to bola ki mai kahi aur aa gya hu ab sham ko delivery karoonga. Pahle to mujhe bahut gussa aaya per maine socha jane do sham ko le lenge. Per ab sham ko use 5 se 6 baar call kiya lekin uska phone busy bta rha hai aur uski taraf se koi reply nhi aaya. Ab mujhe kya krna chahiye mai apni duty kroo ya us delivery boy ke pichhe pichhe ghumu. Agar itni ghatiya service denge to hum log ekart pe kaise bharosa kr sakte h ki wo time le delivery de dega. Please solve my problem.

Despite providing a valid driving licence, I have been fined incorrectly with the following remark: "Failed to Produce valid License". I already shared a valid driving license through DigiLocker on the spot. I am seeking assistance to investigate it and I request you to disregard the challan.

I have also visited in person in head of traffic police, the associated traffic police was called and asked. He Apologized for the same and said the challan was bymistakely done. But now that they cant take the challan fined back via online procedure i would request to investigate further and provide me the justification towards this matter.

I sold my car around 4-5 years back to maruti exchange. I am still receiving SMS from E-Vahan for the new owner of the vehicle. Is it so that while selling the car to new owner, mobile number is not updated in RTO records ? Request to pl help to resolve the same.

4 wheelers are parked regularly on footpath near vaze hospital shivaji park. Making impossible to walk, specially for elderly. Two wheelers are used on footpath regularly as if it is road and walkers bullied. 5 complaints made on twitter, every time it is passed on to Dadar division but no further action taken.

On February 21, 2023, I Bhakti Sheth, owner of a two-wheeler Activa no. MH-01EC7971, was parked at 69/75, Mumbadevi Commercial Center, Sheikh Memon St., Mumbadevi Area, Bhuleshwar, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400002, and was towed without reason because the activa parked within the area where everyone's two-wheelers and four-wheelers were parked. There were many bikes and cars standing over there, where my Activa was parked. So now our question is, if every day all vehicles can be parked, then how can you only tow two vehicles and not the other four wheeler? I have been charged a towing fee of Rs. 736. This situation is unfair, and I believe that I should be compensated for this unjust towing fee. This is unjust. It is not clear why I have been charged a towing fee, yet four other vehicles were not towed even though they were all parked in the same spot I understand that towing vehicles is necessary in order to ensure safe streets, but it seems unfair that I should be charged while the other vehicles were not, as today the fine is charged digitally, so all four and two vehicles should be charged if there was no parking area. I am asking for a full refund of the towing fee as this is a clear example of discrimination.

There are tempos parked in front of shops where no parking is mentioned also its beside bus stop where parking is not permitted.
Location is saki vihar road near 55 corporate avenue.
Despite of number of request and complaints they are not ready to move vehicle.

I had parked my two wheeler at Sardar Vallabhai Patel Rd, Mumbai on 01/01/2023. I was not causing any danger to other vehicles as could be seen in the photograph below.
I have been charged 1500/- but as per the Sec 122/177 MVA. the fine is 500/- accordingly.
1) It is my first fine and as per sec 122/177 MVA penalty it should be Rs 500.00.
2) I have visited nearby Police Chowky and Traffic police office. No one knows who has imposed fine.
4) Violation is not clear. How can I know what was my mistake so that I can not repeat it again.

When checked the above link found that this challan was wrongly imposed on my vehicle no MH43AE5772 and as per the evidence image when checked noticed that there is some lady driving scooty in byculla location, Howerever my above mentioned vehicle no is registered for 2 wheeler bike Hero Honda Silver color and not for any scooty.

Secondly, as my office location is in vidyahihar and i daily travel to offiice on bike and park my bike at Nahur Railway station parking for which i have a parking slip also attached with this complaint for your reference which again shows that during that particular time of the above challan time my bike was parked in Nahur Railway station parking area and not in byculla area, Hence request you to please reverse the wrongly challan imposed on my vehicle registration and rectify the same in your system and impose fine on the lady as shown in your evidence image who had break the rule as per the law.

On safer side i have also submitted the grievance online and reference no for the same is #MUMGR[protected]

For several months now, under the guise of metro construction, the JVLR stretch in both directions directly across from the L&T AM NAIK Office tower at Powai has been constricted leading to massive traffic jams through out the day in either direction.

Similarly, the east bound carriageway of JVLR at the Traffic light next to Solitare buidling at Hiranandani is blocked by an MMRDA partition which has nothing going on behind it but contributes to a massive traffic jam all day.

Please help resolve

१) दिलेल्या उल्लंघन पुराव्यामध्ये माझ्या गाडीचा नंबर तसेच प्लेट पण दिसत नाही (लाल सिलेरीओ ही माझी गाडी आहे ).
२) मी जेव्हा ड्राईव्ह करत होतो तेव्हा सिग्नल चालू होता, मी सिग्नल जम्प केलेला नाही.
३) मी जर सिग्नल जम्प केला असता तर पोलीस अधिकाऱ्याने मला आडवून सर्व कागदपत्रे मागवायला हवी होती व सिग्नल जंप केल्याबद्दल विचारणा करायला हवी होती.
४) पुराव्यामधील फोटो हा बाजूने घेतलेला आहे. जर का तुम्ही माझ्या गाडीचा फोटो (गाडी नंबर सहित) सिग्नल-लाल इंडिकेटर असताना काढला असेल तर मला पाठवा, मग मी हे चलन मान्य करून जो काही दंड असेल तो मी भरायला तयार आहे.

Sir, note that, in our location Govind nagar, Gazdhar Bandh, Santacuz west, Dhan Pothar ground, this lane is always have traffic because of auto double parking both side of road, there is no place to walk also, autowalas not even bother to give place to walk for aged peoples also. daily there is lot of traffic at dhan pothaar ground road, kindly look into the matter and solve the issue. i wrote last time also but there is no action taken yet. we are fade up with everyday fights.

I have been wrongly charged of rs 1500 on challan number - MUMCM[protected] on 30 dec 2022 - 12.37 pm of causing danger / obstructions or under inconvenience to
as per the photo posted by the rto officer clearly clarified that it has been posted from a moving car or bike that also from the opposite side of the road and has only back side of my car as i have not parked my vehicle i was in the vehicle as i got a call on my phone so i halted in a side to attend the calls if the rto officer had posted the front pic of my car i would have been visible in the driving seat but the evidence image posted was both of back side of my car

This is to inform you that there is a lot of illegal parking in Natwar Parikh compund govandi next to Indian oil nagar. Situation is as bad as any vehicle from outside can be parked here and no one is taking action. All sought of stolen vehicles are also parked in compund. In case of emergency it becomes very difficult for people to move their vehicle. Also not even a fire bridge can enter due to illegal parking. Kindly help

Since there are no proper sign boards and due to Google map navigation, we entered BKC flyover on our two wheeler.
Traffic police took Rs. 2000 for the same without any receipt or challan copy.
If we are not supposed to enter the flyover, why don’t you just keep a proper signboard or keep a traffic police at the entry point itself.
Since they just want to loot money from the public, they are intentionally doing this.
Rs. 2000 is not a small amount for common man like me. Please look into this.

Good evening sir, I got a e challan on my bike for parking in No Parking, challan Number is MUMCM[protected]. I put a Grievance against it reason the place I parked my bike their was no any signboard of NO Parking also their was many other vehicles parked their. Also it was on a a side and not obstruction to any others, I did not parked my Vehicle under No Parking board, their is no signboard available for No Parking if their was a singboard of No Parking I will definitely not park my bike their. Please take my request to cancel Challan on my bike as it was not my fault.

Mtp is known to give unnecessary stress and harassment towards local public by absurd amounts of fines and unnecessary challans, a person going to a doctor in distress isn't even allowed to plead and is considered guilty until proven innocent where as they have full liberty to do and act however they want.

Hello Sir/Madam,

My Grievance with MHPECH was duly rejected without proper investigation. I now feel like this is how a common man is being harassed by the public servant.

My only mistake was I paid my no parking fine of ₹500.00 genuinely to the government accounts directly and this was my biggest mistake.

How is it possible to charge ₹2000.00 for no parking within an hour time. I paid ₹500 online @ 13:03 pm at Majiwada RTO office for e-challan TNCCM[protected] for no parking nr Jupiter hospital and after 25 mins drive when I reached home ..@ 14:31 I received another msg TNCCM[protected] fine of ₹1500.00 and for the same no parking reason?? Was this charged for parking in my building premises?

I visited Majiwada RTO office 3-4 times in last two weeks to meet Officer Maya Vitthal Rane...who gave me her mobile number and asked me to remind her for Reversal of ₹1, 500 fine which was mistakenly added. Please see the chat attached for your reference purpose.

There is no proper process for complaint in place nor common man can meet senior officer. Its just you have raise on-line complaint for the sake of it.

Just for no parking if this is the situation I can't image about other offences.

Request you to kindly look into this as I am a law abiding citizen and why should I pay it for the mistakes done by the on duty officer? I now know no one care's about common person and will be forced to pay this by giving some or the other excuses.
