Checked the Challan available on https://mahatrafficechallan.gov.in/ and found that challan was wrongly claimed for wrong vehicle number.

Date of incident in Challan: 23rd June 2020
Challan Number: MUMCM[protected]
Vehicle number registered: MH03DG7337 (my Car)
Actual vehicle number in available evidences: MH03DJ7337 (bike-actual vehicle)

Kindly reverse the challan and fine amount from my vehicle number...

        Received this message Today evening. Fine was for without helmet but the policeman put without dL as well. It is next to impossible as i use digilocker and DL is already there for last 2 years.

        This incident happened in my locality only and i came back to the police check point within 10 minutes after i got the msg and met the police man.
        His name was Mr. Mandar matre. He accepted the fault after the issue discussed and told me after talking to someone (perhaps his senior/technical team) on phone that within 7-8 days it will be rectified. And you have to pay only 500 for without helmet. Within 15 days. Pay once the fine amount gets revised.
        Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.
        Also complaint about the same to multimediacell.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in on the very same day. Still no response from them.

          I have been fined a sum of rs 500 on my vehicle and the photo shows someone else and some other vehicle...and I was not even present at that location anytime in the day...the attached photo contains a black Suzuki Bergmann which is my private vehicle MH01DM0971 and the other photo is of the challan I was fined with...please look into the matter

            Challan on my portal show that car Mh01CJ4929 has jumped the signal and driving without licence ... but my car num is MH01CJ4926 challan should be on on that num but its is showing to me plz remove that challan as my car colour is brown bt that 4929 car is in grey colour shown in the image so plz do needfull ...

            When u go to the image of the vehicle plz check that its 700 fine

                This has reference to the challan no. MUMCM[protected] raised on[protected] stating "Registration Number Or Letters Not As Per
                prescribed Measurement" as per MVA section CMVR 51/177
                MVA. i wish to inform that this is the Name plate approved by RTO based on which I have received my RC book.

                I confirm thay I have not changed any lettering nor replaced the name plate and the name plate is "AS-IT-IS". So how come I have been fined if everything has been done under the RTO's guidance.

                I will not pay the fine unless and untill you check your database for the photos submitted for registration of my vehicle matches these photos.

                Request you to reply or check the case thoroughly and cancel my challan at the earliest.

                  Without bieng doing any voilation the challan was recieved on my vehichle .

                          I Am Rohan shah resident of Mumbai, having two wheeler No - Mh01az2879. Last 4 digit of chassis no - 4734.

                          Today i have found that my vehical showing 2 pending E challan to pay. When i have entered in both details i have found both is not related to my vehical

                          Reason are as below -

                          1.) Challan no - MUMCM[protected]

                          for - disobedience of police

                          But if you will open photo, you will find there is wrong vehical no.

                          My vehical Is Mh01az2879 please cross check.

                          2.) Challan no - MUCCM[protected]

                          for - without helmet

                          This is also wrong, there is 2 reason, 1.) I never drive vehicle without helmet 2.) If you will see photo in attached, then there is sonething else ...

                          Will wait for your kind response.

                            My car was park in a by-lane connecting Pitamber Lane and Dr.Bhagoji Keer Marg, Mahim.
                            In the said lane traffic police has neither installed "NO PARKING BOARD" or "ODD/EVEN Parking" Board.

                            In absence of such boards, it is wrong on your part to issue challan. How the outsider or visitor will come to know about such No PARKING restrictions in the local area ?

                            You are requested to withdraw the challan immediately.

                                        I received a message from Maharashtra traffic police about a traffic challan. The Echallan number is HSPCC[protected] for 1000 rupee. The screenshot of car mentioned in Echallan is not matching with my car. Mine is Tata Tiago xz and color is expresso brown but screenshot contains Red coloured hundai car. Location mention in Echallan was near khultabad(Aurangabad) but my car was park in front of my home. I am attaching snapshot of my RC book and received Echallan.
