Respected sir I stay in marol Andheri East in bhori colony al Burhan building and there is big nucence of these people who illegally park their vehicles outside our building they doystay in my building n they stay somewhere else n park thier car n other vehicles outside my building due to which the whoyroad becomes small n there r traffic jam n no ambulance or firebigade can pass through our rd n iv complaint to bmc also they said to take ur help because of this a lot of mosquito mouse is there they drink n smoke in that car n whole day sit there kindly take a strict action against them thanking u

Wrongly issues challan no MUMCM[protected] for vehicle no MH-02-EX-3356 (It is of 2 wheeler). The photo image is for vehicle no MH-02-EK-3356 ( 4 wheeler) and the challan has wrongly been issues to me.

We have been wrongly charged for the car no MH02FE8574 under MVA 122/177. The actual challan is for some other vehicle.

Today on[protected] i have been fine for no entry / police stop violation / police manual signal violation. Sir my staff had asked the traffic police whether he can go on jj bridge, traffic police said no so my staff didnt go on bridge. Then to traffic police had fined my bank & the image what i had received it shows that there is no bike of mine. Challan no - mumcm[protected]. The bike which is shown in that image is blue activa. I have black suzuki access. Wrongly challan issued on my bike. Request you to see the image & please remove the challan.

This is to inform you that i had been wrongly charged for rs. 700/-
I request you to please see into this matter & possibly remove this amount.

Sir on[protected] i was in dawa bazar (Princess street) for taking sanatizer for my building because we had a case on[protected] morning 3 people were tested positive so we decided to sanitize the whole building. I even spoke & requested the traffic police can i park my bike & take sanatixer, he said yes do it but do it fast.in 5 mins i returned, then why did that officer put an unnecessary charge on my bike. On[protected] i had to withdraw cash from the atm because we had sealed the building for 14days so for vegetable & rashan i needed money. The atm is on the back side of my resident lane, how can that officer charged? In the last 15years i had never seen any traffic police at that atm ever in my life. Suddenly you people have started charging this charge on everyone. What is going wrong with the system. Just because your government is running short of funds, so you people will harass the citizens like this. I want this charge to be removed & request you to please see into this matter.

Yesterday 29/09/20 i was going to the office & was on my daily route of kalyan-shilphata road. As i crossed katai naka, the traffic police clicked my photo along with my bike and charged me with the fine of rs.1000.

But the actual scene is - my bike access 125 got punctured yesterday in the middle of katai naka. I just changed my way from left to right to fix my problem on the right side of the road. Which is considered the wrong way of driving and i fully agreed with it.
Since i was on the wrong side of the road (Right side of katai naka) i should have charged the wrong way fine of rs.200.

But the traffic police charged me with rs.1000/- which is not fair and against the rule.

Hence i would request the consumer forum to please change my penalty and minimize it to the actual fine of rs.200/-

I am ready to pay the incurred penalty of wrong-way driving of rs. 200

My vehicle with registration number mh01 bk 0626 have been wrongly issued an echallan (Mtpchm[protected]).

The location shows mumbai and i stay in pune. There is no possibility of me (Or my car) being present in mumbai at the time & location mentioned in the challan as i was in pune.

The driver name mentioned is "vasant nakod" and i have no idea whose name is that.

Kindly cancel this echallan. I got to know about this old echallan (Dec 2017) when i received a notification for a different echallan recently.

Challan no raico200ixd6h945 charged on 17 june 2020 at 9.45am for parking in no parking area is of a wrong car.. The number plate in image is of mh16ae6969 and my car is mh06ae6969. I request you to cancel the challan of rs 200 charged on my vehicle so that i can pay off my pending dues.
Thie image shows a tempo but my car is maruti swift. Please check the image in the challan and cancel the charges as soon as possible.. An image of the challan is attached below.

The guys always park bike opp my shop on foothpath... I always say him not to park over here he fights with me and does not listen to me. Please see to it n help me out...

Your team have issued a wrong e challan to me of fine rs 500.
My car no mh43bn4160. I have my car tracker reports with me as well.
Could you please explain if car passing is for navi mumbai then how could you charge me with the challan for the state of rajasthan as due to covid-19, travelling to another state is void

Dear sir/madam,

My challan number is mumcm[protected] on 27/09/2020.
I have been charged for parking the vehicle alongside another parked vehicle/double parking.
But i did not parked the vehicle, infact i was already in the car and was about to leave..
I was unaware of police taken this photo, otherwise i would have complained that time only.. I am attaching the photo also of the same, in which u can see that i am already in the parking seat.
If i am forced to pay this fine, then i would file a legal complaint in the court.
So kindly do the needful.

I have received challan twice for parking at footpath outside d mart at kamjurmarg west with 2 hours. Whereas i have vacated the place within 1 hour after receipt of 1st challan but still i have received 2nd challan after 1.5 hours after i have left the place.

Dear sir, there are lot of vehicles parked right in front of our building gate. Autorickshaw & bikes from nereby slums are carelessly parked in front of which makes difficult to take out our vehicle in the morning.

I have wear a seat belt, still traffic police cut the challan saying no seat belt.
Due to night, seat belt in photo attached in challan is not clear, but if we see closely there is a seatbelt.
I have all my documents, thus to create a fine they cut a false fine.
