I have received a SMS about Traffic challan fine and when I checked it is wrong and does not belong to me. Challan number are TNRCM[protected]
Vehicle number for which the challan is applicable is MH01CB5121 and violation is Driving without Helmet.

I would your team to please recheck the evidences as that is not me in the image and that is not my Vehicle. Please correct your records and send the details correct mobile number as well.

Wrong e challan OF 1000 RS on my car no MH 01 CD 3381 FORD ECO SPORT WHITE. THE CAR WHICH MADE VIOLATION IS MH 01 CD 3391 MAHENDRA XUV 500 GREY COLOUR.

I received message for challan NVMCM[protected], date is shown as 11th October 2020.
My car is parked last 5 days, how can you fine when I have not even taken the car out?
Also the photo attached is not of my car.

The vehicles are different and the Number of vehicles are different.
I have own TVS NTORQ 125( red and black) And your provided evidences images is another's vehicle that is SUZUKI ACCESS 125 (BLUE). Or your provided evidence images are Not Clear, the Number of vehicle Not shown clear.

I Add my vehicle image, E-challan and you provided evidence images for your Reference.

I request to traffic police please remove E-challan from my vehicle no:-MH47AT7340.
I follow the traffic rules.

In the Evidence column, the image shown is of Maruti Breeza (Red colour) and the Vehicle number is MH 03 DG 4897. But the challan has wrongly come to MH 03 DG 4997 which is a Hyundai Venue and it is white colour.

I am enclosing the evidence image enclosed in the challan,
picture of my car along with the vehicle number and the RC copy for your reference.

I request you to cancel the challan on my vehicle .

Yesterday when I was crossing a signal traffic polish stopped me and asked me to pay fine for crossing blinking green signal. I told him that blinking green signal does not mean to stop but he refused to understand and created challan wrongly. Please do the needful.

And i hav a bike of bajaj ct110... And i never drive bike without helmet...Kindly check the pictures of my bike i have attach to this mail..i dont have scooter i have bike... Kindly help me sir...

I would like to inform you that, i have received challan no agccm[protected], but i seen challan evidence and observed this not my bike & number, might be officer executive put the wrong bike number, hence requesting you to please cancel this challan and generate with correct bike number for the same.

This is reagrding maharashtra traffice police echallan PMCCM[protected].

At the time mentioned in challan, activa vehicle was at garage & disassemble condition.

In connection to the captioned challan details, I would bring to your notice that the challan is erroneously put under the captioned vehicle no. I do not own a vehicle shown in the image.

You are requested to cancel the challan and reverse the charges levied on the captioned vehicle registration no.

Hi i have aoffice in mangaldas road there is lot of parking issue
annas are keeping hath gaadi and taking 100 rs for parking daily it is not bmc parking or legal parking. They talk as if roads are their private property, some traffic police are also taking hafta bribe from them.I think this is parking mafia

My car no MH03CB4890 have been charged for "Speed violating by driver", where as my recorded speed was 46km/hr on NH-61 v/s permissible speed as 46km/hr

e-challan no : HSPCC[protected] dated 19/09/2020

The permissible speed limit is much higher than 46km/hr as mentioned in the photo attached.

Hence I feel that I have been charged wrongly.

Respected sir I stay in marol Andheri East in bhori colony al Burhan building and there is big nucence of these people who illegally park their vehicles outside our building they doystay in my building n they stay somewhere else n park thier car n other vehicles outside my building due to which the whoyroad becomes small n there r traffic jam n no ambulance or firebigade can pass through our rd n iv complaint to bmc also they said to take ur help because of this a lot of mosquito mouse is there they drink n smoke in that car n whole day sit there kindly take a strict action against them thanking u

Wrongly issues challan no MUMCM[protected] for vehicle no MH-02-EX-3356 (It is of 2 wheeler). The photo image is for vehicle no MH-02-EK-3356 ( 4 wheeler) and the challan has wrongly been issues to me.

We have been wrongly charged for the car no MH02FE8574 under MVA 122/177. The actual challan is for some other vehicle.

Today on[protected] i have been fine for no entry / police stop violation / police manual signal violation. Sir my staff had asked the traffic police whether he can go on jj bridge, traffic police said no so my staff didnt go on bridge. Then to traffic police had fined my bank & the image what i had received it shows that there is no bike of mine. Challan no - mumcm[protected]. The bike which is shown in that image is blue activa. I have black suzuki access. Wrongly challan issued on my bike. Request you to see the image & please remove the challan.

Sir on[protected] i was in dawa bazar (Princess street) for taking sanatizer for my building because we had a case on[protected] morning 3 people were tested positive so we decided to sanitize the whole building. I even spoke & requested the traffic police can i park my bike & take sanatixer, he said yes do it but do it fast.in 5 mins i returned, then why did that officer put an unnecessary charge on my bike. On[protected] i had to withdraw cash from the atm because we had sealed the building for 14days so for vegetable & rashan i needed money. The atm is on the back side of my resident lane, how can that officer charged? In the last 15years i had never seen any traffic police at that atm ever in my life. Suddenly you people have started charging this charge on everyone. What is going wrong with the system. Just because your government is running short of funds, so you people will harass the citizens like this. I want this charge to be removed & request you to please see into this matter.
