मि या लोक डाऊन मध्ये कालच रिक्षा काढलेली आहे.मी माझी बायको रेशन आणायला जात होतो आणि रेशन घरी घेऊन आलो तेव्हा मला कळलं की आरटीओ ने मला इ चलान पाठवल आहे की मी ड्रेस वर नव्हतो सर पण मी ऑफ ड्यूटी होतो मी काही बिझनेस करण्यासाठी रिक्षा काढली नव्हती रिक्षा फक्त पाच मिनिटांच्या अंतरावर रेशन दुकानावर मी रेशन आणण्यासाठी गेलो होतो पण आरटीओ पोलीस आणि मला न थांबवता न विचारता फाईन मारला आहे ऑनलाइन मी जेव्हा त्यांना परत विचारले ते म्हटले की आता काही करू शकत नाही तुम्हाला हे पैसे भरावे लागतील. E-challan मध्ये फोटो दिसत नाही फोटो पुढून काढलाय की मागून काढला आहे? कृपया माझी कंप्लेंट नोंदवून घ्यावी.

Challan no. Mumcm[protected] was issued for advertisement on my transport vehicle on 21.7.2020.
All are aware that government has extended validity of documents related to motor vehicles till 30.9.2020. Appointment was scheduled with rto for renewal of permission for advertisement which was due & could not be renewed because of lockdown. Hence, i feel the issuance of e challan for rs.200/- is incorrect.
Kindly reverse / cancel the e challan if the details regarding validity date of documents till 30.9.2020 is correct.

I own a motorcycle with registered no mh 02 ed 4805

Until now i had only one fine of rs 200/- challan no mtpchm[protected] and it was paid on spot.

But recently on the rto govt e-challan app i am seeing three new fines.
I want to complaint about them, reson for this two particular fines i. E mumcm[protected] rs 200/-and mumcm[protected] rs 200/-are totally wrongly charged to my registered vehicle. The fact of the matter is that in the image gallery this no mh 02 eq 4805 is an auto rickshaw and not my motorcycle.

And challan no mumcm[protected] rs 500/- is on my registered bike. This fine was charged by a ladies traffic police constable officer on the worli traffic junction. I was coming from haji ali and taking left towards bandra. I remember this very clearly as it was a green signal and evn my left indicator was on and i was riding in the correct lane. But that lady officer has still charged me a rs 500/- fine and clicked my photo from behind.

I am attaching the images which show my left signal on on the green light signal junction and even the wrong challans of that auto wrongly out on mine registered bike no.

Please solve this.

Dear sir,
I have received e - challan no. Mumcm[protected] for my car vehicle no. Mh46 ap 1615. The said e - chhallan is sent for "no entry in one way" and the voilation date is 17/01/2020.
This is to inform you that the above mentioned e - challan is wrongly send to me since the images shown in the e-challan is not of my car but it is of the truck which does not belong to me. The vehicle no. Of the truck as shown in the image is mh46 ar 1615 and not mh46 ap 1615.
You are requested to resolve the said issue of wrong e - challan send for my car vehicle no. Mh 46 ap 1615.

I have a taxi (Mh01bt3335) and last four digit of engine is 6845. By mistakly penality of 200 rupees is fined in my taxi on 13 december 2019. This happen because of the rickshaw which had also same number except mh03 was there and remain 4 digit are same... You took photo of rickshaw and fined on my taxi.. So kindly it is humble request to you to remove this panelty from my taxi

Today i received an e-challan for my scooter for avoiding manual stop by police. I have not been using my scooter since the monsoon season and it is parked in my building society complex. The photo shown as evidence does not have a clear picture of the vehicle and does not match the colour of my scooter.

Please this is heights i don't know on what basis i have been charged, i was in nakabandi and i thought it might been some regular checking but on what basis i am charged i don't know, please would ask some senior officer to look in this matter and help me resolve my fine... Lockdown we suffering out of our essentials and u guys charging crap...

I have received an e-challan "MUMCM[protected]" on July 8th 2020, for "Parking in NO PARKING area"
However the photograph of the car documented in the Challan is that of Volkswagen VENTO.

However my car is Maruti Swift.

It may be noted that the Registration Number on the car same as that of my car.

My vehicle is mh43bn9138 and this is four wheeler.
But i received an image of auto rickshaw in e challan. The auto rickshaw number is mh03bn9138.

Both are two different vehicle and have two different number

I have received echaalan number HSPCC[protected] on my mobile number [protected] for fine of Rs.1000/- for overspeeding on 3 July 2020 for vehicle number MH04 HF 8640. When i opened your message to see the evidence i found that the vehicle is Toyota Fortuner.
I am owning Hyundai Creta. You can check the egistration details of my vehicle to know if it is Creta or Fortuner.
Secondly, i am a resident of Thane which is under complete lockdown for 10 days upon 12 July 2020 so i have not used my vehicle at all. It seems there is a mistake while taking photo and the vehicle number must be MH 04 HF 9640.
Kindly check the model of the vehicle and cancel the challenges sent wrongly.

Sir i am in gujarat today on 30th june 2020 how come i be there in mumbai and the image shown is also not of my bike its some else please check and remove the penalty framed on me.
This is the third challan put on me

Today a policeman stopped my car and asked me for papers and he only asked me for my insurance. I went to tell him and he told me to stay and let me go. He asked me for insurance but he did not check the insurance and issued 2600/- e-challan without lookinghe did not ask my license to meet me nor puc otherwise i was talking on the phoneplease check my pictures and remove this wrong e-challan...

Challan no nvmcm[protected] is issued against vehicle registration no mh43at9458 (Four wheeler). As there was no evidence provided, i paid with receipt no. Mahre[protected]. After payment, evidence is shown. As per evidence photo, this challan is for vehicle registration no. Mh46at9458 and this is two wheeler

Please refund my amount of rs.200 along with penal interest, as it is wrongly taken from me - as it does not pertain to my vehicle and keeping me in dark by not giving photo evidence before taking payment.

It is more worrisome that traffic department don't even check if the challan raised online and evidence photo uploaded are of same vehicle. My vehicle is four wheeler and evidence given is of two wheeler.. I am sure mh46 and mh43 are different as per traffic department

Please refund the payment in the same online payment method by which it was taken or send demamd draft to registered address associated with mh43at9458 againt which payment is illegally taken

I have received a wrong traffic challan of ₹500 with description given as without helmet. The image given is of a two wheeler whereas i own a four wheeler.
The two wheeler has a similar registration number as mine. The registration number of that two wheeler is mh01dl7093
Whereas my vehicle's registration number is mh01dk7093.
Please look into the matter and cancel off the wrong challan on my vehicle. Thanks.

Wrong e challan charged on my vehicle. Details of challan mtpchm[protected] dated 07-aug-2017. Challan of 4 wheeler has been charged on my two wheeler.

I was at nerul lp signal, waiting for almost 3 minutes and not even moving an inch. During the period, there was a technical glitch and inspire of time remaining the signal turned green but again i didn’t move. So i thought that there is some problem with the lights and as soon as the count reached “0”, i moved my car and the traffic person took the picture and penalised me. When i complained about the timing as it was showing 0, he was indifferent, unperturbed and asked me to move. Also while i was at signal for almost 3 minutes, during first 2 minutes non of the vehicle stoped and again the person responsible was indifferent. He penalised me as i was traveling with my family and kids and traffic person was aware that i will not argue. I feel cheated and paying only for the error of the lights.
Also if i do wrong, i’ve to pay and why this pay is linked to discretion of a human being, who may be irresponsible and biased. Is pic is takes only to prove me wrong? What signal pic was not taken when i complained? Who checks the technical issues and assure it’s proper functioning?
I still don’t know what to say and whom to complain, this is only a solution i found.
