Hi,

Mumcm[protected] challan has been imposed on my bike mh02ey3130, but the fact is that the challan is for bike mh02ey13*.
Please have this challan corrected.

It happened today at the lane from cooper hospital towards prime mall.
A lady stops her bike besides my car door so close that i can't open the door. I knocked to tell her to move the bike, but she ignores and goes behind my car to click a picture for echallan (Can be clearly seen in the image)
Next, i inform her that i've been sitting in the car and the parking lights are blinking, which means i'm waiting for someone in the car.
She refused to give any kind of reason or explanation
I asked her for her name or a badge, but she refuses to even share any kind of information about herself and rides away on her bike.
And for no reason, i've been given an e-challan.
Is this how a traffic cop is supposed to behave?
She was completely rude on her behaviour and refused to even share any details about herself.
She had even parked her bike in double parking and left it unattended in a no parking zone.
So not fair!

Wrong chalan has been sent to me for parking in no parking area, the photo used as evidence only consist my vehicle number but it doesn't shows if it's in no parking or not, or if am sitting on vehicle or not, this is very wrong if i was not there you should have clicked proper photos that should show that its parked wrong

I have not travelled anywhere but still on my vehicle no i have received the challan.. Whereas in the challan the vehicle no. Is mh 46 aw 3858 and my vehicle no. Is mh 46 aw 3853

I have complaint just two days before regarding the fines. And today i receive a new one under my name august 10 2020
As i told you before i am out of country and my bike is closed in our building
All these fines are not belonging to me there is an error in the number plate of this white bike which the fine is coming on my vehicle number as i told you my bike is black colour mh02fd8689

The best part is my bike is closed from jan-20-2020 because i am out of country & my color of my bike is black mh02fd8689 & the image of the fine is white bike

Today in the morning time i am going to office kalyan to bhiwandi through kongaon road, one police man force me to go through the bad condition road (Car) and if i cannot go he will challan my car i request him please allow me go straight road that road is new and good condition, he allow me the same but he also put challan of my car without any warning. Please check the attached photos kalyan kongaon road very bad condition and police force us to go on the same otherwise he will challan your car

I received the message for E Challan No NVMCM[protected] Dated 05.08.2020 that i violate traffic signal on 05.08.20 18:10, the
photo provided on website is not my CAR photo, also since
last three days, my CAR is standing in parking and today also it is
still in parking now.

Please check the Photo it is not my CAR Photo, the number of my
CAR is MH05-EA-9885 it is Grey Colour, and in photo it is showing white
colour CAR and model is also different. Please check.

I am been wrongly echallan by mumbai police for fine of Rs 200 whereas
the vehicle shown in the image is not mine

whereas i own Hyundai Grand i10 car no MH47-w4354

I have a two wheeler activa consist no mh04hk8447.in 4th auguest 12.15 i got a e challan sms againest my vehicle no and fine amount is rs 1000.00s. But when i opened it i saw the images of vehicle captured by cctv camera that is a four wheeler. And 3rd auguest my two wheller vehicle is in my home all day. That challan was generated wrongly.

So request you please cancel this e challan againest my vehicle no.

This is with reference to the challan number - MUMCM[protected]. I received this Echallan today at 2.47 pm. It is against vehicle number MH02FK0207 and violation date and time is 30-Jul-2020 at 14.46.

I believe there has been an error as I have not used my vehicle at the time of the challan, and the evidence provided shows a different vehicle as well as a different person riding the same. You can find that attached below as reference.

Kindly look into it and cancel this challan.

I am vipinkumar waghmare. I travelled on my bike to my hometown satara from andheri (W) mumbai, on 23rd march 2020 just before the lockdown started. Now i have been fined for parking my bike at a wrong place on 25th of april in wadala. I want to know if the bike was in satara which is around 300 kms away from mumbai, how can i be fined for parking in a wrong place??
I have ssen traffic police taking pictures of the vehicles but now i feel they take picturws and put fine on whichever date they want to. This is a dubious thing.
Please look into it and do the needful..

Vehicle number - mh. 02 eh 3481. This man tried to dash our car at the khopoli toll naka at 2:35. And then did not agree to his doing and came out of his car to fight with us and started breaking our glass and side glass of our car because in this time of pandemic we refused to get out of the car. I request you to please take action.

E-challan मध्ये फोटो दिसत नाही फोटो पुढून काढलाय की मागून काढला आहे? कृपया माझी कंप्लेंट नोंदवून घ्यावी.

Challan no. Mumcm[protected] was issued for advertisement on my transport vehicle on 21.7.2020.
All are aware that government has extended validity of documents related to motor vehicles till 30.9.2020. Appointment was scheduled with rto for renewal of permission for advertisement which was due & could not be renewed because of lockdown. Hence, i feel the issuance of e challan for rs.200/- is incorrect.
Kindly reverse / cancel the e challan if the details regarding validity date of documents till 30.9.2020 is correct.

I own a motorcycle with registered no mh 02 ed 4805

Until now i had only one fine of rs 200/- challan no mtpchm[protected] and it was paid on spot.

But recently on the rto govt e-challan app i am seeing three new fines.
I want to complaint about them, reson for this two particular fines i. E mumcm[protected] rs 200/-and mumcm[protected] rs 200/-are totally wrongly charged to my registered vehicle. The fact of the matter is that in the image gallery this no mh 02 eq 4805 is an auto rickshaw and not my motorcycle.

And challan no mumcm[protected] rs 500/- is on my registered bike. This fine was charged by a ladies traffic police constable officer on the worli traffic junction. I was coming from haji ali and taking left towards bandra. I remember this very clearly as it was a green signal and evn my left indicator was on and i was riding in the correct lane. But that lady officer has still charged me a rs 500/- fine and clicked my photo from behind.

I am attaching the images which show my left signal on on the green light signal junction and even the wrong challans of that auto wrongly out on mine registered bike no.

Please solve this.

Dear sir,
I have received e - challan no. Mumcm[protected] for my car vehicle no. Mh46 ap 1615. The said e - chhallan is sent for "no entry in one way" and the voilation date is 17/01/2020.
This is to inform you that the above mentioned e - challan is wrongly send to me since the images shown in the e-challan is not of my car but it is of the truck which does not belong to me. The vehicle no. Of the truck as shown in the image is mh46 ar 1615 and not mh46 ap 1615.
You are requested to resolve the said issue of wrong e - challan send for my car vehicle no. Mh 46 ap 1615.
