Hello sir/ officer
Today i. E 7 june 2020 i received a message regarding vehicle e-challan at 10:36am..

Its by-mistakely have been charged on my bike number plate.. I. E mh02fc5313

This challan has been charged on scooter and i basically have a bike...

I have complained this within 12hrs...
So kindly, please do need full by transfering 200rs challan into his scooter modal (Mho2fc5318)

The police constable who allegedly fined me of 500 rupees for disrespecting him. As he mention in the e challan
But i would like to clear that he didnt ask for amy papers nor he told and gave any information. He just went back side of the car and clicked the photo and imposed fine on my car and he went. Without answering or saying

I was in the cab on my way to kurla (Kohinoor hospital). And the cab driver was driving perfectly. But at near byculla station my cab was halted by this policeman and he was grumbling unnecessarily. Then he took photo & let us go. After some time i was informed by the driver that he was fined with 200 rupees. I strongly object to this. Please take action. Thanks!

I am resident of Navi Mumbai and during this lockdown period we are only allowed to go out between 9am to 5pm. I went to the market with proper helmet and mask and following traffic rules, i had a photo of my licence in my phone gallery saved. Traffic police officer stopped us at our own sector corner and asked for licence, I said i have a photo but without checking the photo and adhar card details he fined a challan of Rs.200/- on me. Accoridng to rules of lockdown i was carrying a valid aadhar card and weraing helmet along with photo of my licence. The officer should have asked for the photo checked once. In the challan subject is written as invalid licence - if he did not check my licence how did the licence became invalid?

Hi, this is with reference of e-challan number - mumcm[protected] dates 20-may. Despite me clarifying the objective of moving out being under essential service approval which is visible to in pic attached, this charges was levied without being my consent over. I see this levied without having valid reason and was surprised to see message today on subject such was shocking for me. Request if your can review again and confirm back in return at the earliest to move forward on subject. Concern is not money but the incorrect approach to levy this... Thanks

Due to lockdown i am residing with my in laws in khar.

I was on my way to get groceries and was stopped by tariff police and ask where am i going. I did inform them about groceries. (Khar subway west).

I was a single person on the bike and subway doesn't fall under contaminate zone.

I was asked to go back, which i did.

But i did inform them as per as 4.0 rule - one person is allowed on the bike and can step out for essential goods.

I am within lockdown protocol and it's not the case of disobedience. I did turn back.

May be cop took it personal when i asked them to check the rule.

Challan 500 rs charges on date 4may at 11.52pm the bike pic (Yamaha zr) was received is not mine but the vehicle no is written on it is similar to mine scooty number
I want to cancel this wrong challan
Its rto off. Fault they are responsible for collecting wrong challan from an unknown bike user one who doesnt have any proof of their vehicle officer does not checked the proper documents from the person were caught by them kindly do cancel this challa asap its my humble request to u sir

My car no is mh 02 bt 9007, i haven't moved out of house since lockdown started and my car is in parking lot since then, picture send from ur end is of some other car (Brand name : volkswagen) where as my car is mitshibhushi outlander.

The number seen in the image is mh 02 bt 9067 request you kindly revoke the e challan raised against me.

Mai toh sirf ghar ka ration lene gaya mere piche police ki gadi thi lakin oil showroom mein jate hi mare ko ek sms aagaya ki aapka 500rs ka chalan hai bolke...
Mai toh sirf ghar ka ration lane ko gaya tha kyun k oil showroom 11am k bad mein 2:30 tak chalo hai toh is mein meri kiya galti main us ka bill apko ko attachment karta hon sir ek bar dekhlo..
Aur mera chalan bhi maf kardye toh aapka mai shukar mand hai

Sir, i have been issued a e challan, no. Mumcc[protected], dt.14.3.2020, for parking on the wrong side of the road. As per the photo attached to the challan my car was parked on the left side of the road towards the direction of the traffic, which is the right way of parking the vehicle. Also there are no "no parking" signboard in the whole area. Hence the e challan issued to me is without any violation from my side. Request you to look into the same & resolve. Have received wrong E challan on 17 March 2020 My activa number is MH03 DH 8526.
And have received E challan of activa no having Mh 03 DH 8528.

Please clear my E challan.
And work on this as soon as possible.

I got chalan message today at 17:50 for breaking the one of rto rule (Without helmet).

When i viewed chalan receipt, i can see a different person with different bike but the numbers are same. I think by mistake rto office lodge chalan on my mobile number.

I have attached copy of your chalan and pics of that vehicle.

Please look into it on priority and assign this chalan receipt to respective person.

And i have received e challan of activa having number mh 03 dh 8528.

Please clear my issue fast and withdraw my e challan as soon as possible.

Hello, I am Nitesh Bandwalkar, today (21/04/2020) morning (around 11am) I was going to clinic with my wife for her medical treatment. The clinic is in my local area (Nerul East, Navi Mumbai). When I reached near Sewood D-mart (to go nerul east from west there is a bridge which is near D-mart) traffic police n local police stopped me, first they asked me the bike documents, I replied all the documents are clear & in back seat box. I replied him that we need to go urgently to clinic for medical treatment.
Then one officer come & check on his device my vehicle details & issued the challan of - without helmet travelling.
I am very surprised the behavior shown by the policemen. This is illogical because I am in my local area & going to clinic, they how they can issued me challan of without helmet.
I always obey the traffic rules & before that I don't have any penalty issues.

Please look into this matter.
