I am raising this complaint for the incorrect challan issued against my vehicle number mh-47-u-4981 activa 4g.

Kindly note that the challans and photos uploaded on e-challan portal are wrong and does not belong to my vehicle (Photos are of motor cycle whereas my vehicle is scooter).

Refer attached the copy of incorrect challans and images of motor cycle.

I have also attached the copy of rc book and pictures of my activa 4g - mh47u7981 for your ready reference.

Please note that i had also approached personally to dahisar police station to highlight this matter. However police informed that they can not take any action on this issue.

I kindly request you to investigate this matter on top priority and help me in getting all challan withdrawn.

I was going home back on my motor vehicle from cbd Belapur to Kharghar one PCR vehicle of police was stopping other vehicles on Guru govind singh marg and filing E-Challan of their vehicles, first of all they were in khakhi uniform, they were not the traffic police they can't fine civilian Second they were abusive to people using bad language even though i was following traffic rules they filled E- Challan against me and telling me to shut your mouth while i was speaking and explaining my side.
I request you to take strict action against them and they're not allowed to fine civilians.

I live near svp nagar and there is line of cars parked. Incase of any untoward incidents it will be difficult for any fire engines to pass by.

The lanes are very narrow and there are several redeveloped high rise buildings.

I earnestly request your goodselves to kindly look into this and take an appropriate action.

Sir iam wrongly charged on 21 st feb as i was sleeping home from.9pm to 10 am the same how can i will be there for traffic police to charge me please look in to as i was not driving i was charge for triple seat an manual police violation bike no mh 01 dc 1388challan no mumcm[protected] an there is no evidence or image which shows.. Please void the challan needfully.. Thank you.

Sir, I took the taxi bearing no. MH 01 BD 3311 from city civil court, fort, mumbai to nariman point and taxi has stopped at vidhan Bhavan, nariman point signal. I asked taxi driver whether he can take a u turn. Then he started quarrelling with me unnecessarily and had a talk with me badly and Rudely. Kindly take an action against these kind of taxi drivers who are just taking the customers for granted. No one is travelling for free. I have paid my charges but the taxi driver doesnt have manner how to talk with customer.

To concerned traffic department,
i have to file a complain regarding broken traffic lights on s. V road. Recently there has been road construction started on sv road, jawahar nagar, goregaon west near (Magnum hotel) pincode -400104. Its been like one week but these traffic lights have not been repaired. I would like to inform you that there are elderly, school children and innocent civilians who can lose their lives as there is a 4 way traffic. Kindly work on this issue.

As i have notice my driver has not park vehicle he is just inside to pickup customer location so how come this penalty charge as no parking if i m my vehical locked and i m out side of the car then only this penalty is applicable so pls revere this penalty of my car.

I received a traffic challan number : muccm[protected] for my two wheeler bajaj avengers mh03cw8549... But based on the photo graph evidence the challan was meant for two wheeler with mh03cw0549 as per the image uploaded by traffic police... So by mistake instead 0.. 8 has been used.

Request you to immediately remove this challan on my bike and assign it to the correct vehicle.

Today on 17th feb i received text message for fine from mumbai traffic police towards parking of 4 wheeler vehicle. For parking vehicle at dangerous condition with pics.

Vehicle has been parked in proper parking spot without obstruction of any traffic and neither it is parked at no parking zone.

Also on informing to on duty traffic officer he was not able to give an valid explanation for this challan.
Our argument was the car was parked properly with other vehicles and also not in the no parking zone for which he just shrugged our argument and left.

You are request you to consider my plea of reversing the charges or cancelling this e challan

Dear sir i am staying in sahar village vile parle east from birth. Last 32 years. My park my vehicle at road side last 20 years when i am using cycle after bycle. That time road was very small. But today road is developed but i am on that stage my space got short. I don't have parking area. What can i do for my parking let. Every time i got challan

I received an sms from mahashtra traffic police regarding two traffic violations.

On checking the same, i have noticed that the vehicle is an autorickshaw with number plate mh43br6458, whereas my vehicle is volkswagen ameo car number plate mh 43be6458.

I have been wrongly sent the e-challan as i have not violated any traffic rules.

Please rectify the same at the earliest and oblige.

But for there might be some sort of mistake by the authorities for below challan as mother-in-law is new to mumbai. She doesn't much about the traffic rules and moreover she was on her way to home after dropping his grandson in training centre. Time with which photo clicked it was (Violation date & time 19-nov-2019 16:42), where in no other vehicle seen, that's the surprising fact as it was prime location with full of traffic congestion & secondly, no where we can see camera installed on this road as usually cameras installed on signals only. And finally with-in local city no-one wears helmet, even then i follow the rule with full integrity and abide every rule with seriously. Hence request to kindly look into the subject with reversal of charges, considering she is old lady and doesn't know much about the mumbai rules.

I got a wrong challan on my vehicle for no reason.
Because there is nothing clear in the picture as when it is clicked and where it is clicked. It is also not showing my vehicle but got fined.
Please try to solve this problem as soon as possible and cancel my challan.

Kindly request you to check again and cancel the fine of inr 1000, must have been wrongly...

E challan generated for driving without helmet near andheri, the challan number is muccm[protected]

To which i must mention that this vehicle is used by my father who is 57 years old and never drives to andheri. Also he never avoids helmet.

I was in office when as per traffic department the violation took place, so request you to llok into same, since there is no evidence available

With reference to the above mentioned subject, i mr. Ronak pandya would like to inform you that the e-challan generated for my vehicle no. Gj15cj6762 is not correct since i have not travelled to maharashtra on dt. 12/02/2020. Also, the image shown in the challan is of other vehicle and it is different because my vehicle is maruti suzuki swift dzire.

However, i have paid the e-challan of rs. 200/- through sbiepay and receipt no. Is mahre[protected] dated 12/02/2020.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Pl. Note only photo is visible, the location is not mentioned. Therefore call for the person along with mobile to verify the veracity of the same as the correct photo taken will prove correct date and time unless the same is not proved demand of fine cannot be paid as my earlier complaint dated-14 august 2019 is also pending bearing id-2423497 for which the department had failed to reply the same.
Please kindly take note of the same and reply me at the earliest.

Sir, the challan no mumcc[protected] placed on me is not for my vehicle as it’s number is mh03ca5671. As the image shown is of a scooter and you have fined on a motor cycle as you can see it’s not a motor cycle. This challan is for mh03ca8621 (Blue colour yamaha fascino). So i request you to remove that false challan as soon as possible. Hope to get a revert for this soon.

I was noticed that i have been given a challan for some offence which I have not done

As I have parked my vechile in the road closed area as there is the dead end of the road which is before the nala of sndt santacruz west

As most of the people do the same if near by locality and cross the nala by foot instead o[censored]sing the traffic road of sndt which is full of path hole

As I have been wrong side but on the closed road as most bike and car are park there as I have looked all vehicle parked the police personal must has misunderstand my way of drive

So please check the image attached of the challan and bike parked

I request you to please try to consider my request and try to do reversal

This is same complaint i have raised earlier because i have mistaken type incorrect challan id. Herewhy i opened the same again.
This is regarding challan no pnccm[protected], date & time : 8th feb 2020, 19:32. Sir i saw a no entry board in the way where google map showing us that way. There is bike parking in that road, so i stopped there. I am new to pune so i asked near by people that is there any other way to go magarpatta. I saw the traffic police and i wait there for him and asked him regarding the alternative route. He started shouting on me and asked me for the licence.
I gave all the documents there and even told him the whole scenario but he was not listening to me. Vehicles behind me start honking thats why i stopped in that bike parking area and waiting there for that cop to come and suggest me to next alternative way. But instead of helping he charged fine on me. Many bikes were parked at that area and thats why we stopped bike there.
If i was wrong i will pay the fine. But here i have not disobey any rule. I request you to consider my scenario and do the needful.
