I have been charged a fine of rs. 500/- against my vehicle number mh-01-dn-5272. However, when i check the images the number plate shows mh-01-dm-5272. I have attached screenshot for your reference. Please help me rectify the same at the earliest. Also, i have a activa and from the image it is clearly seen that it is not an activa.

Photo provided with my e challan clearly shows that the car no. Is mh-47-w-7751. This car is not mine which is parked in no-parking zone. I have a car no. 7754 blue color ertiga. Which is at my house at the time photo has taken on 9th of march 2020 14hr.27min. Please see in the provided photo you can see clearly thet car no is mh-47-w-7751.

So please look into it and cancel e challan which is generated on my vehicle no. Mh-47-w-7754. Thank you.

This is to bring to your notice that i have been sent wrong e challan no pnnccm[protected] toward signal jumping and manual traffic violation for my vehicle no mh04 jm 9142 amounting to rs 400/-
This is absolutely wrong and i don't agree to this.
Besides the the image that you have enclosed is not at all clear and is not acceptable to me.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and waive off the charges.

I had got a call on my cell phone which was urgent so i parked my car by the side and was talking on the phone but this police guy clicked a photo and sent me the challan for wrong parking. How can he send me a challan on wrong parking when i am already sitting in the car talking on the phone? I want this charges to be waived off. This is was in vile parle near domestic airport. My online challan no. Mumcm[protected]. So that means next time when i get an urgent call i will talk on the phone while driving then they wouldn’t have charged me

Dear sir,
Yesterday i gone to kalwa nakka for doctor call. But do not got parking site for bike, i just searching parking suddenly one traffic police has come and he has fin me 1000 rs for wrong side. I told them i just scratching site for parking here. But he refused my word and also demand for 400 rs against penalty amount.
I have refuse to pay him and pay directly online.
The officer is missusing his authority and asking for bribe.

Dear team,

This is with regards with my vehicle (Mh-01-cn-7021) which has been imposed a fine of rupees 200 inr on 30-jan-2020 and 02-mar-2020.

I do not understand it says that my bike was parked in no parking zone wherein, there is no sign board or any update on this and it has been parked below my building.

Request you to look into this matter and if possible remove the fine which is imposed.

I was travelling from thane to juhu on 1/3/20 and following the google maps i entered a no entry zone, where i was caught by the cops. They charged me 1200 rs fine for entering no entry zone. I agreed for e-challan payment and left. On checking the e-challan, i found that entry into no entry zone is 200 rs but the cop also charged me 1000 rs for dangerous driving. This is absolutely ridiculous as i was driving at a slow speed and was not dangerous in my driving at all. I am a family man and not a drunk brash driver. Instead of 200 rs i had to pay 1200 rs, which was absolutely not necessary. These are measures to make more money for the government and the cops can levy any charges and hefty fees for an accidental mistake too.
See i agree that i entered into a no entry zone, i didn't notice the signboards and i was following the google maps. I don't mind rs 200 fine which is fair, but 1200 rs (Dangerous driving) is absolutely unfair.

This is unfair measure to harass the person and take exorbitant charges from people who don't know the details of the fine levied on them.

I stay on hanuman road, vile parle east, mumbai - 400057 and have been having a regular problem of 2 wheelers getting parked in front of the gate which is a main road and we cannot take our vehicles out of the building this is more due to the mcdonalds store which is operating on our 1st floor.

Can some one please look into this issue there is no towing vehicle which is seen on the road.

I'm writing you this to inform you that I have received a wrong E-Challan against my vehicle number MH-46-AM-2280.

Attached herewith are the images of the same which seems to be irrelevant.

I would also bring this to your notice that I've paid the rest of E-challans I received with actual correct images against traffic violation.

Request you to help me in this regard and cancel this E-Challan

I have received a challan yesterday 28th feb 2020 with below description.

Description in challan:
Parking vehicle in dangerous condition/causing obstruction to free flow of traffic.

I was inside my car and it was not a “no parking zone” and neither there was any traffic on road. Also the image on my challan was having the photo of my number plate. If i caused traffic why there is no photo with traffic and crowd with my complete car.

Request you kindly check and discard this challan.

My 2 wheeler vehicle was towed from no parking zone i had parked. It was due to negligence of no parking board which i over-sighted in hurry. The traffic police towed my bike from the no parking zone upto traffic station.
I paid the charges as it was my fault.
The rto charged me with rs.200 as fine & rs.100 as offense and towing charges.
Is the rs.100 charges legal???

I am raising this complaint for the incorrect challan issued against my vehicle number mh-47-u-4981 activa 4g.

Kindly note that the challans and photos uploaded on e-challan portal are wrong and does not belong to my vehicle (Photos are of motor cycle whereas my vehicle is scooter).

Refer attached the copy of incorrect challans and images of motor cycle.

I have also attached the copy of rc book and pictures of my activa 4g - mh47u7981 for your ready reference.

Please note that i had also approached personally to dahisar police station to highlight this matter. However police informed that they can not take any action on this issue.

I kindly request you to investigate this matter on top priority and help me in getting all challan withdrawn.

I was going home back on my motor vehicle from cbd Belapur to Kharghar one PCR vehicle of police was stopping other vehicles on Guru govind singh marg and filing E-Challan of their vehicles, first of all they were in khakhi uniform, they were not the traffic police they can't fine civilian Second they were abusive to people using bad language even though i was following traffic rules they filled E- Challan against me and telling me to shut your mouth while i was speaking and explaining my side.
I request you to take strict action against them and they're not allowed to fine civilians.

I live near svp nagar and there is line of cars parked. Incase of any untoward incidents it will be difficult for any fire engines to pass by.

The lanes are very narrow and there are several redeveloped high rise buildings.

I earnestly request your goodselves to kindly look into this and take an appropriate action.

Sir iam wrongly charged on 21 st feb as i was sleeping home from.9pm to 10 am the same how can i will be there for traffic police to charge me please look in to as i was not driving i was charge for triple seat an manual police violation bike no mh 01 dc 1388challan no mumcm[protected] an there is no evidence or image which shows.. Sir, I took the taxi bearing no. MH 01 BD 3311 from city civil court, fort, mumbai to nariman point and taxi has stopped at vidhan Bhavan, nariman point signal. I asked taxi driver whether he can take a u turn. Then he started quarrelling with me unnecessarily and had a talk with me badly and Rudely. Kindly take an action against these kind of taxi drivers who are just taking the customers for granted. No one is travelling for free. I have paid my charges but the taxi driver doesnt have manner how to talk with customer.

To concerned traffic department,
i have to file a complain regarding broken traffic lights on s. V road. Recently there has been road construction started on sv road, jawahar nagar, goregaon west near (Magnum hotel) pincode -400104. Its been like one week but these traffic lights have not been repaired. I would like to inform you that there are elderly, school children and innocent civilians who can lose their lives as there is a 4 way traffic. Kindly work on this issue.

As i have notice my driver has not park vehicle he is just inside to pickup customer location so how come this penalty charge as no parking if i m my vehical locked and i m out side of the car then only this penalty is applicable so pls revere this penalty of my car.

I received a traffic challan number : muccm[protected] for my two wheeler bajaj avengers mh03cw8549... But based on the photo graph evidence the challan was meant for two wheeler with mh03cw0549 as per the image uploaded by traffic police... So by mistake instead 0.. 8 has been used.

Request you to immediately remove this challan on my bike and assign it to the correct vehicle.

Today on 17th feb i received text message for fine from mumbai traffic police towards parking of 4 wheeler vehicle. For parking vehicle at dangerous condition with pics.

Vehicle has been parked in proper parking spot without obstruction of any traffic and neither it is parked at no parking zone.

Also on informing to on duty traffic officer he was not able to give an valid explanation for this challan.
Our argument was the car was parked properly with other vehicles and also not in the no parking zone for which he just shrugged our argument and left.

You are request you to consider my plea of reversing the charges or cancelling this e challan
