Hi, i have a hero maestro blue colour scooter having registration number mh01bn 6065 and recently i received an echallan for rs. 200 and when i checked the evidence shown on the website, it appears to be a hyundai santro taxi. So its a clear case of misreading of the number plate as a traffic police officer checked and told us that it could be mh01bm 6065 which is a hyundai santro taxi number.

Hence kindly look into the matter and reverse back the fine.

I never went to mulund by any way with my bike but it is showing me 400₹ fine. They have also not attached any evidences supporting the fine. I think its typographical error as i never visited mulund as of now. I wish that this excessive charges levied on me without any reason should be cleared as early as possible.

Muje dangerous drive ka proof chahiye. Or waha koi police tha he nahi. Muje police stop violence ka bhi proof chahiye. Uske baad he main payment karuga.

I have been fined for parking in a no parking place. But before i could change my parking i had already been fined the second time. Isn't there any rule where one can only be fined after 24 hours of the previous challan? The message for the fine also takes few hours to reach and by the time it reaches, I get to know i have already been dined once again for the same offence.

I have been charged rupees 200/i inr for illegal parking.
However there seems to be a typo error from the mumbai traffic police end.
The vehicle illegelly parked is mh-03-af4999 (Honda city), you can see the image of this vehicle under mumcm[protected] challan number, dated[protected].
This vehiche doesnt belong to me.
My vehicle number is mh-03-af-4998 (Hyundai verna).

Please correct the challan and send it to correct vehicle owner.

My vehicle mh01cd228 has been issued with an e-challan without any supporting images - there is no proof of offence.

The challan number is: mtpchm[protected]

To top it, multiple violations have been put on this. Please provide evidence or remove the fine.

Repeated phone calls to different inspectors listed on the traffic police website have gone to no avail and the matter is open since 2018.

I stay at chandavarkar road, om kamal building - there is no (No parking) board fixed near i park the vehicle. But the officer finds my vehicle at no parking area, wher as the vehicle is at the same place from last one month, but the challan is with different different reasons?
The rto challan no. Are (1) dated : 03/11/2019 - mumcm[protected] (Parking the vehicle in no parking area) (2) dated.: 09/11/2019 - mumcm[protected] (Not parking vehicle as designated in parking lot) (3) dated.: 21/11/2019 - mumcm[protected] (Parking the vehicle in a tunnel)
There is no tunnel for around 3-4 km around the location of parking.
The images are just of number plate... How do someone understand the challan is right or wrong?
I paid 2 challans, but how can i pay every time for the wrong offence charged to me.

Can anyone make justice on this...

My vehicle no. Mh43al5592 has been wrongly charged rs.500 for not wearing a helmet. This is my car number and not a motor cycle.
Please immediately remove challan no. Mkumcm[protected] violation date 27 aug 2019 18:23. Please note that we do not have to wear a helmet while driving a four wheeler car.

Please immediately remove the challan against my car's number and oblige.

I was standing on footpath were we daily used to stand since 2014. Yesterday suddenly police came as usual they come everyday so yesterday they came and suddenly started taking pictures and putting a fine on them randomly which is pethectic i got a message after some time with my photo that i have been fined for without helmet as i was standing over there and helmet was behind me and jus because he said leave from there and everybody was leaving i was removing my bike till that time he removed the photo of mine and fined me as without helmet. Do they do it purposely to fullfill the targets given to them or like for what this is nonsense actually paying 500 for no reason i had got a message which i deleted because i m not going to pay that at all when i was saw the photo i was shocked he told me to leave n while leaving he took the photo and fined me for without helmet iswear pathetic i m not paying that 500 at all and never wtever happns i m not paying that 500 is nothing for me i can pay it but i m not gonna pay wtever happns and from now onwards i myself gonna take police's photo when their vehicle will be in no parking or without helmet or wtever and see to it if they also pay on time as we get message to pay on time. To whomsoever it may concern, My name is Asad A Nerli and i am a UBER Cab Driver. Today on 21/11/2019 5:30pm i was been stopped by a traffic police named B.PATIL and 2 other Traffic Police Men along with him at Shilgaon, Padale Post, Mumbra-Panvel Rd, Shilphata, Thane- -421204.
He asked me for the driving license and vehicle documents and i showed him all the documents at the moment. All my documents were upto date. Then he told me that i was driving a transport vehicle and my driving license is non-transport and i have to pay fine for them.
When i told him Sir i am a Uber cab driver and company has permitted me to drive a commerial vehicle with "Police Verification Certificate" and as well i showed him my companies ID, then suddenly he started to shout on me saying that your company has lied to you and you are not allowed to drive. I told him if this is the case then kindly allow me to speak to your senior officer, listening to my word's he got angry and started to misbehave with me and my wife, when he misbehaved with my wife i shouted at him asking for his batch number. He did not gave his batch number and other police men took a photo of my vehicle and the third police men told me to dont make an issue of this and requested me to leave the place.
Later after an hour i got a message saying i was been charged a fine of Rs.500/-. My Echallan No. is TNCCM[protected].
Please let me know what is the reason for penlty. Regarding the same i spoke to many complaint numbers but no one took it serious note and told me that this is not the correct desk for complaint and told me to approch some other desk, i also have recording of all those voice.
I am very much harassed, i request you to kindly look in to the matter and give me a proper resolution.

Rto vehicle no. Mh-01-cv-7056 is registered with central rto after 16th sept 2019, however e challan no. Mumcc[protected], dtd. 18th june 2019 is issued against the same before registration.

We have paid fine amount on[protected]. However it is observed that e challan is sent wrongly.

In view of the above it is requested to sort out the issue and refund the amount paid of rs. 200/-.

This is to report one incident that happened on 17th november 2019. When i was standing on the rto signal andheri west just behind the stop line, there was this women car driver (Bmw car no mh 02 da 2772) kept honking from behind. When i told her to wait she kept honking.
Then just before kokilaben hospital signal she came next to me and started asking me about why didn't you go ahead. So i made her realise that she was supposed to stand behind the stop line that's the rule. And i left. Then suddenly she started abusing me from the car. There was this boy sitting next to her didn't say anything. She kept using the bad words.
I think an action needs to be taken against this. People like this needs to learn what does it take to be a responsible citizen.

Yesterday on 19/11/2019 i received message to pay raised challan for 200 rs. For my 2 wheeler (Scooter) – mh47-AL9252.
Reason given under violation details :
No parking.

As per best of my knowledge scooter was parked on side of road (odd date parking side). Image you’ve posted for this violation is showing only number plate, nothing else.
So, it is not clear how traffic officer who took picture of the vehicle decided that it is as per violation condition.

kindly look into the matter. There is some mistake to issue chalan.

It’s the every week day evening issue at this signal. Few traffic police frantically try to control the traffic causing distress to the motorists.

The minimum wait time at this signal if you are lucky is 30 mins and maximum can be anything in multiples of 30 mins.

Today i was at this signal at 6:15 pm and could cross this signal only after 7:15 pm. What a pathetic condition!! I had to cancel my appointment at town because of this one signal.

Why is mumbai police dining nothing about this signal. This has been going on for at least since last 18 months, it may be even more.

This causes such distress to office goers who are in plenty at india bulls building and many other adjacent offices and residences. Hope some attention is given to such terrible traffic joints in mumbai to make life better for mumbaikar.

This is to highlight you that in our area illegal parking taking a place a lot due to which traffic take place and also women, girls and small kind are facing so much issues at the chawl gate only place is packed.

Address: sindhi baithi chawl halav pull road opp to muncipal school near orchid spring building kurla west.

Even if someone say not to park they threatened the people by using abusive language.

The parking time is from whole day only but at 7pm it creat lots of issue to enter the house gate.

Kindly take the action for the same and the garage shop they also the culprit for the same.

Hope action would be taken on priority basis.
