I’ve been asked to pay an e-challan for skipping a signal at chinchpokli when actually the signal was on and in the photo you can clearly see the car behind me.
As the road only has two ways: one to go and other to come the school bus would have not been able to come from any other side except behind me which clearly indicates the signal was on.
The second fine was for not responding to the police mans sign when actually he never asked to me stop and park instead he came right in front of my activa and took a photo and walked off directly so no manual sign of stopping was shown. The e-challan number is : mumcm[protected]
In the image you can clearly see the school bus right behind me.

Sir / madam, i have been issued 2 echallans. On checking the image the vehicle that bears the number is not mine (Make is different). Someone has falsely masked my number on their vehicle. I have the necessary documents to show the ownership of my vehicle. The vehicle in the image is a bullet and the vehicle that i have registered is another make. Plz, see what best can be done and how can we proceed further.

My vehicle no. is MH03 CE4202 it is a Activa 3G, the Challan No. : MUCCM[protected] was wrongly put under my vehicle as it was for vehicle MH03 CE 4209, which is a bike for the amount 700 at Malad East on 04-DEC-2019 10:51.
I'm staying in Pune at the time the challan was created for my vehicle, it was parked in the TCS Hinjewadi Phase 3 premises.
Please refer the attachments consider it as evidence which are attached to my challan and please remove the challan from my vehicle and contact the correct person.

I can't believe how blind you all can be. After the known fact that there have been metro construction happening and roads are jammed already, there is now highway and road repairing which were fine according to me. What were you all even thinking!!! And now it takes me more than 2 hrs for one way commute.. And congratulations to traffic police for # control on traffic. No doubt you have done a great contribution in making mumbai the worst traffic managed city.

As would like to know that... Y u don't aware people who required helmet or not..

Bcoz i m a sikh and there is no helmet made till now for sikh people... And for ur info i want to let u know i m working in chatrapati shivaji maharaj international airport from last 5 yrs and i know each rules and law...

If the challan is for something else like signal jump... Etc.. I can understand.. But u have charged me for a helmet which is not leagle...

So request u to kindly wave off the amount..

I had parked my bike in a way which doesn't obstruct the free flow but even then i have been charged a fine stating that my scooty was parked in a way that would cause obstruction to the free flow of the traffic.in addition there are security men outside school to always ensure that there is no traffic obstruction.
My challan number is mumcm[protected]

My echalan number is MUMCM[protected]
My fine is 400rs there is condition that I should pay this under 15 days.

There are two charges in my echalan one of them is mistake done at the time of image capture by officer. I have attached the documents and image of my bike which clearly shows number plate image taken by me(image name IMG[protected]. jpg).

Image capture by respective officer is not proper and has sun glance because of this numbers in number plate is not visible due to this there is additional charges for number plate has been added.

After this I went to borivali national park RTO office to resolve this at there respective officer says you have to pay number plate charges because image has been capture what is this? This is how RTO works kindly resolve my issue prior to mentioned days in echalan as I have to pay the charges.

I am a resident of mantri park goregaon east. There is an increasing nuisance of bikers with extremely loud noise from their bikes disturbing peace. The noise levels are so high it can be termed as noise pollution. These bikes are without number plates. Kindly let know what is to be done.. What sort of action can be taken to end this menace as it is extremely disturbing.

I had recive one challan of 700 rs. On 28/11/2019. My motor number is mh 01 dm 4281. Please sir this challan is not correct please without any evidences how we accpet this challan. If there is any evidences of this challan i will pay but this challan is incorrect

Hi, i have a hero maestro blue colour scooter having registration number mh01bn 6065 and recently i received an echallan for rs. 200 and when i checked the evidence shown on the website, it appears to be a hyundai santro taxi. So its a clear case of misreading of the number plate as a traffic police officer checked and told us that it could be mh01bm 6065 which is a hyundai santro taxi number.

Hence kindly look into the matter and reverse back the fine.

I never went to mulund by any way with my bike but it is showing me 400₹ fine. They have also not attached any evidences supporting the fine. I think its typographical error as i never visited mulund as of now. I wish that this excessive charges levied on me without any reason should be cleared as early as possible.

Muje dangerous drive ka proof chahiye. Or waha koi police tha he nahi. Muje police stop violence ka bhi proof chahiye. Uske baad he main payment karuga.

I have been fined for parking in a no parking place. But before i could change my parking i had already been fined the second time. Isn't there any rule where one can only be fined after 24 hours of the previous challan? The message for the fine also takes few hours to reach and by the time it reaches, I get to know i have already been dined once again for the same offence.

I have been charged rupees 200/i inr for illegal parking.
However there seems to be a typo error from the mumbai traffic police end.
The vehicle illegelly parked is mh-03-af4999 (Honda city), you can see the image of this vehicle under mumcm[protected] challan number, dated[protected].
This vehiche doesnt belong to me.
My vehicle number is mh-03-af-4998 (Hyundai verna).

Please correct the challan and send it to correct vehicle owner.

My vehicle mh01cd228 has been issued with an e-challan without any supporting images - there is no proof of offence.

The challan number is: mtpchm[protected]

To top it, multiple violations have been put on this. Please provide evidence or remove the fine.

Repeated phone calls to different inspectors listed on the traffic police website have gone to no avail and the matter is open since 2018.

I stay at chandavarkar road, om kamal building - there is no (No parking) board fixed near i park the vehicle. But the officer finds my vehicle at no parking area, wher as the vehicle is at the same place from last one month, but the challan is with different different reasons?
The rto challan no. Are (1) dated : 03/11/2019 - mumcm[protected] (Parking the vehicle in no parking area) (2) dated.: 09/11/2019 - mumcm[protected] (Not parking vehicle as designated in parking lot) (3) dated.: 21/11/2019 - mumcm[protected] (Parking the vehicle in a tunnel)
There is no tunnel for around 3-4 km around the location of parking.
The images are just of number plate... How do someone understand the challan is right or wrong?
I paid 2 challans, but how can i pay every time for the wrong offence charged to me.

Can anyone make justice on this...

My vehicle no. Mh43al5592 has been wrongly charged rs.500 for not wearing a helmet. This is my car number and not a motor cycle.
Please immediately remove challan no. Mkumcm[protected] violation date 27 aug 2019 18:23. Please note that we do not have to wear a helmet while driving a four wheeler car.

Please immediately remove the challan against my car's number and oblige.

I was standing on footpath were we daily used to stand since 2014. Yesterday suddenly police came as usual they come everyday so yesterday they came and suddenly started taking pictures and putting a fine on them randomly which is pethectic i got a message after some time with my photo that i have been fined for without helmet as i was standing over there and helmet was behind me and jus because he said leave from there and everybody was leaving i was removing my bike till that time he removed the photo of mine and fined me as without helmet. Do they do it purposely to fullfill the targets given to them or like for what this is nonsense actually paying 500 for no reason i had got a message which i deleted because i m not going to pay that at all when i was saw the photo i was shocked he told me to leave n while leaving he took the photo and fined me for without helmet iswear pathetic i m not paying that 500 at all and never wtever happns i m not paying that 500 is nothing for me i can pay it but i m not gonna pay wtever happns and from now onwards i myself gonna take police's photo when their vehicle will be in no parking or without helmet or wtever and see to it if they also pay on time as we get message to pay on time.
