I had received echallan sms regarding fine of rs. 200/- due to parking the vehicle on foothpat via muccm: [protected]. But my vehicle number is mh04dy4051 (Rto shirampur) & as per evidence of photograph vehicle number showing mh04dy 4071.

These means due to typo mistake from concerns persono of traffive control office putting my vehicle number wrongly.

Hence, you are requested please correct the same & cancelled challan on urgent basis.

I have received a echallan via msg where the vehicle in the image is not mine, where as the number on the number plate is register to me. Some one is using my registered number and creating nuisance. I own a activa 125 mat silver where as the scooter in the image is blue in colour.

I have received wrong challan for my vehicle mh 46al 9088 regarding “no helmet”
But my vehicle is a four wheeler and the image in the challan is for a two wheeler mh 47 al 9088 which did not belong to me.
So kindly rectify the challan and send me the confirmation of a wrong challan...:...:...:.:/:..:.:

We have parked our vehicle where there was no any 'no entry' board and no cause of any traffic issue. Someone has purposely or unnecessarily uploaded the image to harasse. The image is also clicked showing only car number plate not surrounding area of the car.
The updated details are not genuine.
Hope to get your kind support in this matter.

My bike number is mh 43 ax 9044. I just download mtp app and i registered with my bike number. There is 2pending challan of year 2018 were i never received any massage on my mobile number for these challans.
1. For no parking - where the photo is not clear and also no parking sign is not there (Photo attached).
2. For without helmet and police stop violation -
I never ever argue with policeman if i am wrong and he caught me. Where this incident happened is not written in challan.
So i am requesting you to please cancel these two wrong challans.

Today i installed mumbai traffic police app and found 2 challans on my 2
Wheeler.in that one challan bearing number mumcm[protected] & another is mumcm[protected]is for no parking & helmet but that mentioned vehicle in the picture is not mine.

I have honda activa 4g blue color but in the picture it is white. Its a
Fake vehicle running on my registration plate. Attached picture of fake

On 02-oct around at 12 i was driving my car and crossing the signal of vashi shivaji chok, when i was crossing the signal in the middle of circle signal got yellow color, as i was in middle so instead of stopping in middle i crossed the road, but did not cross the road when it was red. You can check the cctv footage. This is really harrasment. I have explained the lady officer smt desai on the spot, but was very rigid and arrogant. And were not listening any thing. And asked to pay 500 if dont want to send the licence for suspension at rto. I want legal action against that lady. I also request you to provide me cctv footage of that incident.

As I was passing by mulund, one police man has stopped me and he asked my license I have given him, than he told me do you have insurance, that also I handed him, then he clicked the photo and putted violation of not wearing helmet Maharashtra Traffic Police

I have a white reflector and and additional red lamp at the rear side of my vehicle and if is properly visible in the image evidence image. (a red cloth is attached at end of the goods the photo of which is half visible too)

I do not see myself as voilating Road safety standards and Police manual signal.

I have been issued a challan for parking my vehicle ( MH03BS8796 ) in front of entrance or exit of property on 19th Sept 2019 at Marine Drive outside Oceana Building. For Evidence purpose the image taken by the authorized person is completely blurred and the license plate is not at all readable. Hence it is not clear whether that vehicle is my vehicle or some other vehicle.

So I request to waive out this challan as there is no clear evidence that the vehicle shown in the evidence is really the same vehicle in question.
I have also attached the picture of the vehicle linked with the challan.

It is mentioned in the challan that i was driving dangerously and i came from no entry.
Firstly the way i came from on thane station it was not one way, there was no signboard which says that it is a no entry.
There are fee pictures of the way i came from and there is no signboard present of no entry.
Secondly i was driving on thane station and it is full of people walking so there is no chance of me driving dangerously.
If i was driving dangerously then show me the proof.
Pictures attached in the echallan by the traffic police does not show whether i was really driving dangerously.

The actual reason why i stopped my vehicle and showed my license is:

I was stopped by the traffic police by saying that it is a routine check and when i stopped and show my license to the traffic police they said that now i have to pay the fine, and if not then they want some money.
When i refused to give them the money they started to argue with me and also used some very abusive words.

Can you please look in this issue and let me know the solution.

Sir, i have received a message of a echallan on 25 09 2019 at 20:26pm when i was not driving any vehicle and i was at my home. The echallan no. Is muccm[protected]. The drivers name written is hasan.
The evidence given is photograph of vehicle with photograph of that person. The photograph of person is not me nor the photograph of vehicle is mine as i own a scooty pept of purple colour while the person is driving red coloured motorbike. My vehicle is registered with panvel rto (Mh46) while his vehicle is registerd with vashi rto (Mh43). The other digits in both vehicle are same hence there is writing mistake of traffic cop causing wrong echallan issued in my name. I request you to cancel this echallan and issue fresh e echallan to the concern person. As a evidence attaching photographs which i received in echallan. Thanks

I zemima mohamed, owner of the scooty burgman street plate number mh 02 ff 6290, have received a challan on 01/10/2019 of ₹200. I have an query regarding the same. I was at irla market settling my things down by that time a lady told me that there was a traffic police who clicked a photo just a second ago. As i saw him he ran away. So i would like to have a description on the same.

The above challan was generated for wrong vehicle number. The challan is for a car and I own a honda activa with different number plate. There is also a similar wrong challan generated which has no evidence and I suspect its the same case that a wrong vehicle plate is entered in the system by you and charging to other vehicle owner. A scooter number mh-01, bh-821 was parked at a wrong place creating lot of inconvenience to all the vehicles taking turn / u turn and vehicles entering vjti, matunga campus from back side gate.

Despite of telling by the the security guards to the person, he didn't budge and went to the sbi atm and returned after 8-10 minutes.

He was arrogant and arguing with the security on his mistake.

The below mentioned charges on the echallan muccm[protected] are incorrect since we have not violated the rules mentioned as a fine. We were wearing the helmet and there was no interaction with the police. We request you to provide with evidence to justify the fine charged to us accordingly we can pay the fine.

The exit from bkc to the easter expressway is so badly managed, that it now takes 1.5 hours to cover a 400 m road. Before the traffic police decided to ‘manage’ the situation there it was around 30 minutes. The traffic here is probably one of the worst in the world, terrible managed making it hell for everyone working in and around the bkc area. Terrible job done.

I recieved e challan muccm[protected] stating that my younger sister was driving without helmet and license. The image is also attached with the challan but the female is not my sister. It is someone else who is sitting on our bike which is parked outside the hotel. I m attaching the photo is of my sister.
Please rechecked and do the need ful as we went to tardeo rto also but the person out there said they can not resolve it as now everything is online.

I was travelling from bandra west to santacruz for a sales call at reliance nippon.
As a could find no other parking, i had to park my car below the santacruz flyover towards the vile parle end.
I was charged rs. 75/- for the parking and the attendant did not even give me a receipt. More than 50% of the cars, auto & big vehicles were there as if kept since so many days.
The attendant said if you want to park your car, pay the charges, or else park it elsewhere.
This is sheer loot. I literally had no choice but to park below the flyover.
Kindly look into please as i do not want other people to be fleeced.
