I have received the message stating bike has wrongly parked on 28th sept and issued the e challan for rs.200. While going through the records as well as photo, i was wrongly charged the echallan as vehicle is not registered in my name (Mh-47-ae-7647) vehicle which is registered in my name is mh-47-af-7647

I prasad wagh, owner of the car xuv500 plate number mh48p6696, have received a challan in 11/09/2019 of ₹200. I have a query regarding the same. I saw the photo which is been clicked by an officer from a police car, i see no rule broken my me and there is no description as well. So i would like to have a description on the same.

Chassis number: b19099

Challan no. Mumcm[protected] was raised and sent to us. However the person in the evidence images is not me and the vehicle number is also not my number.
Our vehicle number is mh01bv0933.
However, the vehicle number in evidence image is mh02bv0933.
Requesting you to to cancel the challan and not cause further inconvenience. Let us know if we can provide any further information.

This is with regards to the fine implemented for my two wheeler. My self mr jayant suvarna age 60 senior citizen. I am having atwo wheeler number – mh-02-be-4250 (Hero honda hunk) black colour chasi no – mblkc13ea7gm06619 registered in my name. The said bike is been used by my son mr amit suvarna. All the required doxs are upto mark for the said bike.

Sir, as i was going through the traffic echallan url i noticed the my bike has been fined for rs 700/-. 200 for manual signal violation and 500 for not wearing a helmet. The date n time mentioned is 30th may 2019 @ 13:35.
As per the echallan date there its mentioned "no evidence"

As a citizen n rule follower i had paid the amount of 700 on 21st sept 2019 n informed to my son. On monday ie 23rd sept a call had been made by my son to the customer care as to know where exactly the violation had been done where we came to know that it was been done at somewhere dongri area and the challan had been fined by dongri police station.

Sir, here i would to bring to your notice that first of all my son does not know the area where exactly it falls. Also the fine date mentioned is of 30th may 19 @13:35 which falls on thursday. Im a senior citizen where cannot ride a bike, also on this day my son from 8.20 am till 5.45 pm was very well was present in the office located in fort area (Churchgate). I can present to proof of my son available in office by his official email ids send to his clients, or his biometric attentance (In n out time), or the final his office cam where all the recordings of his presence available.

If my son on this date has violated the rule i request to please show me the proof. If he has done wrong definately he should be penalised otherwise kindly refund the amount.

A mail had been sent in mumtraffic id as per the customer care and said the revert will take 45 to 50 working days. Sir does an email id to check and revert really wants 45-50 working days???. For me the amount is 700 but really matter for updation wrong information without any evidence.

Kindly refund the amount.

Respected sir i stay at antop hill falguni tower opp fire brigade there is too much vehicle park near gate there is no way to go inside the bulding full gate of bulding is block and suppose if any fire accident happen then how will fire brigade will do there work all the people stay at slum or near that building they park there vehicle

I have went on wrong side drive where i was stopped by 2 cops, where one cop tooked snap of front side and second cop tooked snap for back side. Now i have been charged 1000/- for 2 times.
I was surprised when i checked. I want mumbai traffic to take a rectification of this entries made on same day. I'm ready to pay fine of 1000/- for 1 updated fine.

Today I dropped my wife on Ranade Road, Dadar and was moving my car immediately after dropping. I did not park my vehicle anywhere. Meanwhile a traffic police car came from behind and started clicking photos of all the vehicles on the side of the road. I was fined Rs. 200 for parking in "No Parking" zone, where I had not parked my car at all. I was trying to take my car out and even in the photo sent to me, it can be clearly observed that my break lights were on.

Challan Number MUMCM[protected]

The challan no. Mtpchc[protected] dt. 29-may-2018 02:04 for rs. 1000 is against vehicle no. Mh05ds0165 for rs. 1000. This is for speed violation by the driver. However this car was purchased by me from the first owner mr. Bhausaheb chaudhari on 11th jan 2019. Hence this challan should have been recovered from the original owner while giving the noc at the time of transfer.

You are hence requested to reverse the challan amount charged to this vehicle and oblige.

I have been levied fine of rs. 200 as per challan no. Mumcc[protected] dt. 05-jun-2019 09:43. This is for halting ahead of white line at traffic signal. But if you see the photo as per the challan the zebra crossing lines are not clearly visible. I have stopped the car well before the signal and hence this should be reversed.in fact at this signal many two wheelers come from wrong direction everyday but no one stops them.

Mh08z8113, says of double parking wherein the actual case is that i had come to lohar chawl with my mother who is a senior citizen having a back and knee problem. I dropped her at the spot and waited to check whether she went into the right store to replace a magnet belt. I saw the traffic policeman take a photo of my car from the rearview mirror and promptly approached him to explain the cause of stopping. He listened to me and said it was ok.
I wish to mention, that i had stopped my car and not parked as said by the challan.
I appeal that the wrongly issued challan be cancelled.

Challan no. Mumcc[protected] issued on[protected] at 12:42 pm., to car no. Mh08z8113, says of not stopping before stopline. If you have a video stream of that time, you could check that i had a best bus to the left in front of me as well as another vehicle. This stoplight doesn't even give a window of half a minute for vehicles to pass. By the time the other vehicles got across, the light turned red. I had to stop where i was! Being a very law-abiding citizen, i did not wish to jump the light. If i was at error, why didn't the traffic policeman on duty come forward to tell that i had wrongly stopped and move me back, or if possible, let me pass?
Or is the traffic police now assigned to simply fine motorists than manage traffic?
I again wish to mention that i was wrongly issued a challan by a system that overlooks circumstances and issues fines without bothering to check whether there really has been a violation or not.
Above all, is the police to help citizens or harass them? If there is no communication between motorists and the traffic police, we can never have a healthy environment.
I again appeal that both these wrongly issued challans be cancelled.

If the challan is been for all vehicle as such there was no sign board for no parking and especially the board where it was there near the falooda wala a vehicle itself was been parked. Which was far away from the vehicle where i parked
I demand a withdrawal of challan and would raise the issue as per right given by law.

Today while coming from bkc to chembur the main signal post the mtnl at the bkc-cst link road was being manually operated by the traffic personnel. Since it was more than 3-4 mins that we were not let past i asked the officer there why not let us pass. To this he asked for us to keep quite and said that he would book us if we were not quite. I just checked and i have been booked for wrong side driving to my astonishment. This is just a grave misuse of power. Please help resolve.

I am the owner of 4 wheeler hyundai i10 grand reg. No. Mh-02-dn-1442. I received a message on my mobile on 25th september, 2019 that there is a challan (Muccm[protected]) issued on my vehicle for -
1. Without helmet
2. Police manual signal violation

I sincerely request you to check your records as i believe that this challan is wrongly issued to me. The vehicle was parked and not used the entire day on 25th sep 2019. There is no evidence image that is present for this violation.
I request you to kindly reverse the challan amount.

My car was fined for obstructing the free flow of traffic. First of all, its not obstructing the traffic. Secondly, i changed the parking and the next day they fined me for the same reason. I can't park on the foothpath now can i? Please see to it that my challan is been canceled. All the residents are not happy with this decisions of police as everyone was fined for it.

Hello sir i have recived a wrong challan on my scooter the challan which you supposed to put on the number is MH01 DM 7043, and you have approved a challan on my number which is MH01 DM 2043 and the challan is of without helmet
The date is of 24 sept and the fine is of 500 which is unpaid .. the photo which i have put is of the challan you supposed to put the fine on this number which is MH01DM7023

The above challan is wrongly sent to me for the car not belonging to me. The car in attached photo is Maruti where as my vehicle is SUV Audi Q3 and the colour is Orange.
Kindly cancel the above-mentioned challan issued to me and resend to the right vehicle owner. For your reference my vehicle number is MH06 BE 4744.

Mh47k2304 maruti ertiga (Dark grey color) parked illegally in wrong direction on road no. Rsc-37, opp. 194 society in gorai-2, in front of row house no.318-338. Causing nuisance to traffic & entering in adjoining row houses.
Please arrange to remove the vehicle & take action against car owner.
The said car is lying in front since 1 week.

I have recently received an e challan for rs.200 in connection with signal violation. Car shown in the image uploaded is that of red color honda city. But i dont own the honda city car. I own hyundai creta which is also red color. Since the image is not clear, i am unable to read the number plate. You are kindly requested to reverse the fine.

Sir the traffic police stop me and ask for fine for number plate. I tell him that to the number plate issue from the rto but they didn't understand and make on challan on me with other reason. Sir it's a wrong and it's not my fault. I stick a number plate in my bike also and waiting for number plate which issue from rto.
Please cancel my challan which i have with wrong decision.

I stay in bhiwandi. On 11th april 2019 wrong e challan (At panchrasta mulund) has been issued on my two wheeler. I didn't went to mulund on 11th april 2019. My bike no. Is mh 04 hp 7023 (Bike yamaha fz s v 2.0) whereas the two wheeler which violated the traffic rules is mh 04 hp 7026. (Scooty - honda activa). Wrongly challan has been issued to me. Request you to resolve this at the earliest.
