I stay in bhiwandi. On 11th april 2019 wrong e challan (At panchrasta mulund) has been issued on my two wheeler. I didn't went to mulund on 11th april 2019. My bike no. Is mh 04 hp 7023 (Bike yamaha fz s v 2.0) whereas the two wheeler which violated the traffic rules is mh 04 hp 7026. (Scooty - honda activa). Wrongly challan has been issued to me. Request you to resolve this at the earliest.

Challan no: mumcm[protected]

My vehicle was neither on the footpath nor beside the footpath as there is no footpath at all.

It is the safest place where there is no commuter either walking or with vehicle. This is not the hurdle for any one. It is not a no parking zone. It neither blocks the society gate nor it blocks the gate of adani electricity office.

I want to know the basis on which the challan has been issued. I request you to drop this challan.

I have attached photos of my vehicle when the challan was issued and today's photo of other vehicle i took. It clearly shows, there is no footpath over there. Moreover, my vehicle was very much close to the society wall, not creating obstacle to any one.

I have received above challan which is shown online.
The car shown on image is MH01BK7184 whereas my car is MH01BK0184
Since my car no is different, this must be clerical mistake
Also my car is Honda amaza whereas this car is inova
please cancel challan issued to me wrongly

Near bombay dyeing showroom, prabhadevi, mumbai.
Group of boys where making sound and racing on road with no limit speed.
At 12:57 am, they started as usual race and creating unwanted sound. Each and every night. Here i have some proof and details of video recording. Please find the riders through cctv footage and fine them.
My grandfather and grandmother and other old age people and some of them facing disease are getting disturbed, feel panic or sometime they cant sleep again.
I request to mumbai traffic police to fine them as soon as possible.
For original 4k video please reply to my complaint.

Hello SIr/Madam,

I had received text message on 09-Sep'19, 5 :46 pm that E Challan no : MUMCM[protected]. When I had checked the details it was a false challan issued against my vehicle ( by mistake by traffic Police), please find below details

1.E Challan issued was against four wheeler "Kamal Motors" and I have two wheeler - ACTIVA 3G, i have attached screen shot for reference.
2. Challan issued against Vehicle Number "MH-43 BG 2294 " | Activa number "MH-43 BH 2294" - Instead of traffic police BG entered BH
3.E Challan details also didn't match i.e. two wheeler no seat belt required

Request Mumbai Traffic police to revoke the Echallan from my vehicle account at earliest and raise the same on the correct person.

Please treat this at utmost priority and request you to kindly be a little careful before uploading echallans against any account.

Motorbike plate no. Mh 01 aa 1876.
Driving roughly from shiv sena bhavan to gokhale road on pulsar rs 325. Creating unwanted sound through silencer, when speeding up. Bike colour looks grey in colour. Took cut when b. E. S. T. Bus is approaching to bus stop. Even bus make hard brake and passenger where about to fall. Even bus driver scold him but he did not stop. He started his ride from shiv sena bhavan (Footpath side) turning point. Approx 3:30 p. M. From shiv sena bhavan to gokhale road, mumbai.
The person age is 35 to 40 years approx.
With white and black beard. Aged person with muscular body. When we stop him he started showing attitude and style and some weird language. Sorry i dont have proof, but please check out road cctv camera. According to my given time.

Dear sir,
I am the owner of honda activa reg. No. Mh01-dh-9239. I received a message on my mobile on 15th september, 2019 that there is a challan (Muccm[protected]) issued on my scooter for -
1. Without helmet
2. Police manual signal violation

I sincerely request you to check your records as i believe that this challan is wrongly issued. 15th september was a sunday and i was at home the entire day and did not ride my scooter. There is no evidence image that is present for this violation.
I request you to kindly reverse the challan amount as this is wrongly imposed upon me. If you happen to have any evidence kindly forward it to me so i can stand corrected. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and suggest further action.

Sir, i have received a e-challan from your side for rs 400/- for a vehicle that does not belong to me & the same is a mini water tanker. The e-challan number is mumcm[protected]. I am not a tanker driver. I request you to reverse this challan from my account & raise the same on the rightful person. The tanker number mentioned is mh01cr2620 whereas my car number is different. I am also currently out of mumbai city & my car is at the moment inside my garage. Thank you for the poor road service.. Because of this heavy traffic jam it takes me more than 2hrs to reach from home to office.. And same back home. If it is happening to me, it is happening to others too. So, my question is do u all are really looking into it? Or still u all want that mumbai should top the chart of heavy traffic jam city.. Anyways.. Complaining here won't do.. Neither u will hear, not u will act.in short.. I'm disappointed with this city mumbai only.. Thanks to u all. Atleast u can do is to check on the traffic please.. So 1hr way should not turn into 2hr30min.. If possible. Otherwise chuck it.. Nothing to expect from u..

I have my residence at anant regency, which is on m m malviya road mulund west, opposite telephone exchange. I have been living here since 2006 i. E. Almost 13 years. My car is parked outside the building everyday along with many other cars and buses parked, this road does not have any no parking sign yet. I have been regularly getting the challans since october 2018 with different reasons. I have already paid 6 challans thinking this will stop i have again received 2 challans. I would like to bring this to notice of the traffic authority that they need to put a no parking sign on this road, i feel that it is unreasonable to issue challans on the m m malviya road if the road is declared as no parking. The janta needs to be aware of this status. Kindly highlight this to the concerned authority and help me with this grievance.

Huge heavy 4 oversized trucks of moti doing loading unloading causing heavy noise. Senior citizens cannot sleep from 4am regular nuisance complained several times
Police does nothing. They never impose heavy fines. Trucks not allowed to park in streets yet this menace continues. Road being used as godown free of charge
Several complaints to acp vp road police station but he is not concerned for public. These trucks stay till 9am and cause nuisance to public use handcarts as godown for storage block roads at 1st panjrapole lane near sarvodayanagar mumbai 400004. Please take action and fine for wrong entry and disturbing public

I have received an eChallan for 10 Sep 2019 for my vehicle number MH12 0938
Details say "Tinted Glass/Black Film". However, the photo is for some other car. The number in the photo is MH 12 N*0038. I have following to submit
1. The car is not my car
2. My car is RED color the one in the picture is white/grey

Please remove this.

Also, you can see another vehicle standing beside then why I am charged with challan. Also, the Maruti showroom parks their vehicles on footpath (which they have included along their showroom as their own property) and on the road.

I'm filing this complaint on behalf of the taxi driver Mr Pankaj Lalji Gupta. Today he received a SMS saying he has been given a challan (MUCCM[protected]) of Rs 200. Time of SMS[protected]:19. But at that time he was at a gas pump filling gas. To prove his case he has and and receipt of bank transaction (photo attached). What should he do in this case? Please help.

the challan number mentioned above are for not my vehicle. I don't even own the vehicle. Get it out of my system.

Mumcm[protected] this echallan however, does not do any justice for the violation. There is no evidence of the number plate. Also, i dont own any container vehicle with that horse color.

The attached challan was wrongly issued to vehicle mh02al7096 instead of
Vehicle mh - al 096. (Check the attached images sent by department
Along with challan). Department must cancel the challan issued to
Vehicle mh02al7096 because this vehicle has not done this offence.
Please cancel the chalan immediately or i will have to approach higher
Authorities for rectification.

With reference to your correction of challan as paid is not acceptable
To me as i have not paid the fine and i refuse to accept challan issued
To wrong vehicle.

The above mentioned car, a honda brio is parked in a closed garage since 5 am on friday september 2019 at shivaji park. The above challan is issued at jogeshwari at 13.37 hours and from the picture it is very clear that the car is not honda brio. The comlaint says that the car driver is not telling his name and and not co operating. Kindy therefore cancel the echallan.
