Sir,

Would like to seek clarification with reference to the challan.

Image taken by traffic police is at panvel railway station, inside railway premises, which does not come under the perview of state govt, as railway property is central govt property. Manned by railway authorities

Railway authorities has not defined any no entry area, there are no such sign boards, so why i should be challaned by traffic police.

Point two, of the same challan mentions trafic manual violation, infact the same is contradiction to the first charges, since i stopped at the instructions of the lady cosntable, she patiently took photo, i asked here where is no entry mentioned to which she did not respond & also informed her my dl is under renewal, since she asked for it.

After that i left the spot.in front of me there were two vehicles, one was a small pickup tempo who was not charged & a local passenger auto who was also not charged.

This challan is not related to my bike because as per image provided, it is different bike model i. E. Activa which is spotted for rule violation.
I am owning bajaj discover150f bike.

Seems some mistake while reading the last alphabate of activa number from image captured.

I request to please check again the verical number in image and model registered and send echallan to correct person.

I have received a wrong echallan aganist my bike no (Mh01dc2461) i received a msg on 29 august 20:50 stating —

In this echallan the picture of the bike is not of my bike i owe a scooter and the picture is of splendor with no number plate, and the driving license number in the echallan is also not mine in the echallan the time of crime is 14:26 on 29 aug 2019 at that time my scooter was parked down my building and i was having lunch with my family

Today i received an e challan dated 29/08/2019. I was shocked to receive the message of e challan with a total fine of ₹800. I was at home at the time i received the message and my bike was parked under my building. When i checked the website with the e challan number it shows no photos of my bike or any evidence. I am not looking forward to pay fine for something that i have not done.. I am requesting you to please look into this matter and do the needful asap. The challan number issed to me is mumcm[protected]

I got echallan vide number mumcm[protected] for rs.200 on 27/08/2019 for "parking the vehicle in no parking area on 27/08/2019" at 12.25.

I want to state that at 12.25hrs i was inside sbi bank mahul road branch, and my two wheeler was parked just out side the bank along with other 15/20 vehicles.
I want to say that bank is on r. C. Marg near fci post office. That area of road is not marked as "no parking" so i have parked my vehicle along with other vehicles, over and above the parked vehicles are very inside of the road near to one small cycle shop and hence it is not obstruction to moving vehicles.

So i feel the echallan is totally wrong and request authorities to confirm the facts and cancel the above mentioned echallan.

Got a challan for my number plate with the violation of rules I didn’t commit. They filed an echallan on my number plate which starts with MH01 while the image they provide has an Activa in it whose plate starts with MH02 while the rest of the numbers and letters combinations being the same. Please resolve this asap. As they have fined me ₹200 for something I didn’t do.

I, avinash kumar Singh have got transferred from Mumbai to jharkhand in march 2018. I also transferred my bike MH05DB5804 from Mumbai RTO to Dhanbad, RTO Jharkhand in March 2018. I have been living in jharkhand since then.

By some misinterpretation my bike no has been noted for traffic rule violation on 29th August and I have received request to pay fine for challan No NVMCM[protected] My bike is in jharkhand and not in navi Mumbai.

This fine has been put by mistake.
I humbly request you to please cancel this fine imposed on me as I have not been living in Mumbai since 18 months.
I shall be very grateful to you.

This challan is not related to my car because as per image provided, it is different car model i. E. Skoda which is spotted for rule violation.

Seems some mistake while reading the last digit of car number from image captured.

I request to please check again the car number in image and model registered with mparivahan and send echallan to correct car owner and requesting to cancel this echallan on my car number.

This is about worst road conditions and traffic of 24 x 7 due to the same and being given e challan in that situation.

My point is that traffic police can issue e challan for us but how can we raise complaint or e challan for not handling the traffic properly or 24 x 7 traffic. Who is responsible for that?

Anybody can visit and see the conditions and its same since almost a year.. No solutions! No road maintenance! No proper traffic handling! Helmet is not compulsory in this area and in all such conditions people get e challan for making their way in hell of traffic from wrong way.

The old Nagardas road leading up to the subway below the highway is at times 70% occupied with vertical unauthorised parking of tourist vehicles, tempos, trucks and unauthorised share Rickshaw. To allow this kind o[censored]nauthorised parking obviously there is a vested interest. Further a fake No Entry board has been put up. Share rickshaw are allowed to enter however other rickshaw drivers are harassed and fined. After the fake board was put up the road has been painted with a double line in the centre, meaning no overtaking. Why will a one way be painted in such a manner. This means the board has been put up for vested interests. Will the department take this matter seriously, make the road parking and convenience the public. Harassment police photo attached.

This is a very urgent message and must be dealt with on priority! This is a fake blame on me and i fear the same rto - registered number of my bike. Type - royal enfield thunderbird 350 (Marine).

As per your message giving report or detail below:

My name is mr. Rajendra t. Tank. I reside at vile parle (W), mumbai - 400056. My bike is registered on the same name. I just received a message yesterday at 9:41 p. M. From ad-vahaan (Delhi traffic police) that my bike with number mh02en9595 has been charged for riding overspeed from karol bagh to todapur on 02/07/19 (2nd july) at 00:44 and i need to pay a fine of inr 400.

Firstly, i am a resident of mumbai and on 02/07/19 at 00:44, i was dealing with the floods in mumbai my bike being present at my place itself. Due to floods, the rainwater went into the silencer and air filter of my bike and hence, i had to give my bike (Royal enfield, thunderbird 350) the very next morning at the royal enfield, (Ishna wheels) service center at vile parle (West), mumbai - 400056.

The bike got serviced and i paid an amount of inr. 1246 at 12:10 p. M. Via upi money transfer from my registered number. The proof of payment is attached below. As per delhi traffic police memo, my bike was in delhi at 00:44 hours and on the same date at 9:30 a. M. It was at ishna wheels service center at vile parle, mumbai. How is this possible that the bike will be in delhi at 00:44 and at 09:30 a. M at mumbai?

If delhi traffic police has any doubt about my written statement in answer of your memo, i am ready to scan my bike with official authorities in mumbai itself.

Unfortunately, had i not had the payment receipt, it would have been super difficult for me to prove myself that my bike is in mumbai during that date and time and not in delhi.

My bike has never gone out of mumbai till purchase and i don't understand how the bike can be in delhi.

For your kind information, i am not liable to pay the fine that has been put on my name/registered vehicle number. Also, i am not responsible for any past action or in future crime under rto or any criminal activity with my registered bike number mh02en9595.

I need urgent action to be taken, update and reply!

Also, i have addressed this issue to the delhi traffic police department to be noted.

I have recd a sms for paying fine for challan no. Muccm[protected] dt. 27-8-19. It says the area as kalbadevi at appx 4 pm.

This is totally wrong & baseless. I have not visited this area or nearby. There seems to be some mistake. Kindly provide proof for the same.

Today[protected] I received an SMS from Maharashtra Traffic Police with E challan No. MUMCC[protected] FOR A FINE OF RS 500 and to pay within 15 days.
After I logged in to my Mumbai Traffic Police app on which I am registered I saw this offence has been done by one Motor bike with the same number plate MH-01-CD-4102, My Creta car is registered with the same number

It is hereby requested to take action against the offender i.e Motor bike with the same number as of my car as it seems to be a case of forgery by the motor bike.
Also my plea to cancell this e challan as it is not my car which is seen in the picture rather it is a motorbike

I received message of e-challan no. MUMCM[protected] from Maharashtra Traffic Police, Mumbai.
After checking the challan, it was found that it is a mistake of the concerned traffic controlling officer while recording vehicle registration number.
My vehicle registration no. Is MH 02 DE 9135 and the offender caught with vehicle registration no. Is MH 02 DF 9135.

Therefore, i request you to please cancel this e-challan with immediate effect.

Misuse of my registration number mho2 df 4938.

The e challan issued to me is of duplicate holder, my front panel photo is also attached for seeing the difference.

Kindly arrange to catch the person illegally using my registation number, roaming around in golibar area.
Last time also i was iisued a echallan wrongly sent but the photo was not clear which i paid reluctantly.
Please note i will not be responsible for any illegal activity of this fraud person.

It has become a everyday hassle to commute on the highway especially from hub mall goregaon to the airport flyover ville parle in the morning hours. Almost 90 minutes are taken up to pass this stretch. This has become a regular affair and quite painful. Even ambulance gets stuck and if the patient is not lucky enough may die. Some measures like blocking the left side of the jogeshwari flyover entrance so that vehicles cannot cross over from the service road creating bottlenecks; blocking the sleeper buses/big vehicles at the checkpost itself before entering mumbai till 10am; blocking heavy vehicles from taking the flyover during peak hours can be considered to reduce the burden of travelling. Request you to please look into the matter urgently.

The echallan on my car, creta 7360 is mapped incorrectly. The same is registered for incorrect parking on 4 apr 2019. Neither is the location or driver name mentioned. The vehicle itself in the image is a different one.

The image clearly shows a skoda ending in 7380. This is clearly a mistake hence please correct and drop challan from my account.

In relation to echallan number mtpchm[protected] which is tagged for 14 oct 2018 for my creta registration ending in 7360.

The fine is applied for no parking and it is very clear from the image that the car is in motion. There is no location of the offence given and neither is the driver name captured. It can be seen from the image that the photo is taken in motion.

Request the challan be dropped from my account.

This is to kind inform that today at 7.25 pm i got a message regarding echallan no (Mumcm[protected]) to pay in between15 days.

I think there may be a mistake to carry the actual display of number list because the pic shown is of another vehicle, i'm not understanding that how i get the echallan. Pls suggest me how it be solved.
