Traffic police had deadline date of 31/05/22 to complete them target . Therefore, They stop me charge fine, without any fault from my side. They asking for cash but I agree for online payment. Traffic police :- Turbhe Naka, Navi Mumbai.

Pls check my challans in 10 may, 3 challans of 1500 are made for no parking..where car was parked, although it was no parking as i had to go to hospital so i parked in emergency, but sir charging 3 times on same evening is not valid, please reverse 2 charges......

Chalan no MUMCM[protected]

I was crossing the road on 28th May 2022 on Dr. Annie Basant road Worli on corner of Nehru planetarium at around 5:30 PM and one Cool cab taxi driver was rash driving and was about to hit me and while heated argument he started abusing which was not acceptable at all and he ran immediately after we told we will file an complaint. Fortunately we were able to note the taxi number MH01CR1981. As this kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable and threat to the normal public.

Challan no. - HSPCC[protected] Rs.1000,
The amount debited but Not Reversed from my IDBI Bank mapped to BHIM UPI - A/c number [protected] on Transaction ID[protected], Amount - Rs.1000, Date 22 November 2021, Time 10:02 PM.
One more thing to update you, I was awaiting this amount for reversal but since did not get it reversed. I have paid the Challan payment on 18.12.2021 which was received at the merchant.
Request for reversal of the payment which was debited on 22.11.2021.

Wrong challan is issued for my vehicle challan no MUCCM[protected]. Already added grievance on mumtraffic app but it got declined by saying on duty police offer issued a challan and said location of the challan is chembur I never go there how can some one can issue challan

The said E-challan has been issued stating causing danger/ obstruction/ undue inconvenience to other users (Sec 122/177 MVA). The said challan is falsely issued to me to charge penalty for unknown reasons. Yesterday on eastern express highway near bhandup village, a white coloured car numbered Mh 04 eh 0927 was rash driving. The car almost literally pushed me down but somehow i managed to balance myself.
He tried to make way in between my scooty and an auto while the other sides were empty. I was on the left lane and auto in the next lane. Please file a complaint against car number mentioned that will be a great help. Thank you

I own Maruti Wagon R car, I have been charged a fine for Rs2000 for overspeeding, but I haven't done overspeeding as my wagonR speed limit doesn't cross 90/km, as I auto locked at speed of 90/km.
Kind request to pls check and reverse the same.

Received Echallan No. MUCCM[protected] On 20-May-22 06:57:00 am Morning for Rs 1500/- for Causing Danger / Obstruction.

It was extremely upsetting to see such unethical and morally repugnant driving behaviour by a blue swift with the number MH 43 BB 9170. I was travelling in a taxi while this swift car had its horn on for 1/2 an hour and after overtaking reduced its speed to around 20kms/hr on the eastern expressway while there was no vehicle ahead. Please issue a sort of warning if not a fine.

I have been charged with challans of amount of Rs. 1500 and Rs 500 on two different occasions where in my vehicle was parked in the Yellow line (parking spot) and there were no boards of No parking or any similar boards suggesting a possibility of there being a No parking zone.
Further I filled an online complaint seeking redressal but the same was declined without any appropriate reason.
Further more I visited the Azad Maidan Police station but there was no help provided there either. (Only denial of there being any mistake).I waited there for about half an hour for seeing the notification under which they declared the zone no parking, however they failed to provide the same.
I seek to understand the reason why I have been booked on these two occasions.
And if there stands a no parking then why no board indicating the same is present.
Why could the police station not provide me with an explanation of why I had been booked?

सर मी ओला ड्रायव्हर आहे सर मला माहित नव्हते टुरिस्ट कॅब चा गणवेश काय आहे मी 2022 मध्ये 10 खाली सोडले 5.40 मी छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज टर्मिनस प्लॅटफॉर्म क्रमांक 18 च्या पिकअप पॉईंटवर ट्रॅफिक पोलिसांनी लायसन्स पुचा थांबवला मी पाहिले सर्व काही स्पष्ट नव्हते मग त्यांना न सांगता गणवेशाला 500 रुपये दंड होईल मी म्हणालो सर मला माहित नव्हते की आमचा गणवेश (ओला कॅब) असती का मिस्टर चुकले असेल पुढच्या वेळेस युनिफॉर्म आधी ड्युटी करेन, चिडून म्हणाली की २०० डी किंवा ja 1st बुकिंग पूर्ण झाले कोणाचे सुद्धा ऑनलाईन पेमेंट झाले आहे, रोख जास्त नाही, माझ्याकडे फक्त 150 आहेत, मग भिकारी म्हणाला, आम्ही ट्रॅफिक पोलीस किंवा 500 ची ऑनलाईन शिक्षा गाडीवर भरली आहे किंवा मी नाव सांगेन. ज्या लोकांनी खिशात टाकले असते.मला वरती जे वाटते ते मी टाकलेही नाही, मला त्या 500 रस्त्यांचे वाईट वाटले, साहेब, तुम्ही त्यांच्यावर कारवाई करा, ते रोज सगळ्या वाहनांमधून लाच घेतात आणि चांगले पैसे गोळा करतात.

The traffic police who stopped at the spot before the airoli toll naka for signal jumping was drunken and was very rude to me and my driver. When i asked him to give his bhakel number was very rude.
The person has to be penalized and taught a lesson for consuming alcohol while on duty.

I would like to bring to your notice that there E challan that is been issued against my car wrongly. The same is proved via image attached. The challan should be issue against MH04HM7953 but is issued against MH04HM7923. Please helppp me to resolve it. The attached image is of the car whose image was shared with challan. And that is not my car. Please check owner details.

My bike is Honda Unicorn and the number is MH03CYO878. On 15.07.2021 Wrong challan of a moped bike and its number is MH03CYO879. As photo blur is visible, last number is 9 and it is 8 which is the last number of my bike. So the wrong challan that came to me should be canceled plz.

I was taking my sister in car where she was suffering from serious illness and she can't even breathe and sametime traffic fellow came to mee and charged me 2000 rs.. i am really helpless to understand is the charge for calling emergency where ther is serious conscious if i have been delayed. I have explained to traffic police sir I am in emergency and kindly let me go he clicked the number plate and i got sms for 2 k.. i have wear my belt my license was there and still he behave like this.. is it ethical as police says they are support where ever is required but I don't think they help the people they just want to make money that's all..

I parked my car under a monorail bridge where usually a lot of cars in my area are parked and there is not a single NO Parking sign there. I was fined a challan on my car for parking where I park everyday and it was done 3 times in a row and I was unaware of it because the application did not notify me of it until I got it the third time. It is not fair that I was fined 3 times in a week's span for the same thing and it wasn't even a legit challan. There are literally 15 vehicles parked on the opposite side on the footpath and nothing is being done about it, no challans for them and no action. But my car being parked in a normal parking space is an issue. It isn't even blocking any traffic flow, and yet i got 3 challans for it. I submitted grievance report for all 2 and 2 are already declined.

I have been charged an incorrect challan . The image shown is not my car and just coz the no difference is EH and EN that is not captured in the camera it was raised in my account. I don't even own the car. 5May 2022 it allowed me to open the challan site but since yesterday evening and today 6May 2022 the site is not opening . I wanted the challan no to raise the grievance but the site is not working and I have received a court notice for incorrect challan raised.

This has reference to illegal Echallan No. MUMCM[protected] received by me on 2/5/2022 on my registered mobile no. against my car no. MH03CB7801. The said challan is made just to harass vigilant & honest citizen for interfering and questioning them in their illegally stopping vehicles, collecting penalty and asking for his name plate. Full detail is given below:
On 2/5/22 while coming from antop hill side on sewri chembur road after taking LH turn below freeway I observed one traffic inspector was stopping lorries and other vehicles and illegally collecting fines from them. He stopped me also. As he was not wearing name plate I questioned for his name on which he got angry and started accusing me. On this I left him and started driving to my destination. However to teach me lesson and cautioning me that in future none of the citizen shall dare to question traffic police for any of their illegal activity he might have taken photo of my vehicle rear side and made illegal challan alleging that I have not stopped vehicle on police manual signal violation. Further following controversies can be found in challan:
1. If he was posted to manage signal than what was he doing on the middle of the road. Why he was not on traffic signal.
2. If he was managing signal or giving me signal to stop than his hands should have been busy in giving signal than how could he manage to take photograph when no ther assistance was available with him.
I am law abiding 60 year old senior citizen thus, you are requested to immediately cancle & withdraw this illegally made challan and caution the concerned traffic police inspector to stop all illegal means of harassing the citizens. Your right and timely action will restore my faith in the just administration. With due regards….
