I was checking online today my scooter if there were any e challan or not to see how e challan works.

But i was shocked to see there was 700rs. Fine for no helmet and no license that with no evidence on 12th july 2019. How is that possible my scooter is not working properly so take it out very rarely. I also remember on 12th i did take my scooter outside
Cause i went in morning for giving my bike (Not scooter) for servicing...

Please note that there is no evidence found in the details.

My vehicle is lying in parking and i am not even using it during rainy season. I commute using office transport from and to office and home.

Today i got a message with a challan payment request for fine for some driver named anish.

I don't know who that person is.

Moreover i was in my office when i got the message.

Also, i have not even changed the number...

As checked on the website of maharashtra traffic e-challan, penalty of rs.700 is wrongly charged dated 25-jun-2019 19:41 pm.

On 25.06.2019 my bike was at home only and please note that there is no evidence or any license no found in the details.

We have already raised a complaint via mail but have not yet received any revert.

I request you to reverse the amount which is charged wrongly.

I had parked my vechile in front of maker chamber 4 @ nariman point in bmc approved parking location. I have paid a parking fees of rs 100 / hr. Still i have received a e-challan for wrong parking and obstruction of traffic.

Bmc has installed barricades on the edge of the footpath and have left some space for the public to walk. However the motorist park their vehicles in front of this gap. I was in Bandra visiting a restaurant. The hotel gave me a parking spot in front of the hotel at 12.30pm and there was no board saying no parking. After 2hrs I left and visited a relative in Bandra and parked my bike in the building at 2.30pm and left from there at 6pm
